数控机床在线检测系统是集数控机床、测头及计算机等为一体的高度集成化系统.高精度在线检测是实现柔性制造系统连续可靠工作的重要手段,是保证数控机床加工精度和效率的重要措施.在航空、汽车、模具等现代工业生产中出现了越来越多的自由曲面零件,这对测量系统提出了更高的要求,因而对具有自由曲面的零件进行高精度高效率的检测将是当前的一个重要研究方向.本文主要介绍自由曲面零件的在线检测技术在国内外的研究现状与进展,包括检测系统开发、自由曲面零件的接触式测量及路径规划和误差补偿等3部分,指出了目前在该领域存在的有待于进一步解决的关键问题. 相似文献

为了解决未知自由曲面测量和建模过程无反馈的问题,提出一种自由曲面逆向工程的新方法,使得数据获取和曲面重构形成闭环系统,缩短了整个逆向工程的时间,提高了重构模型的质量。核心是使用CMM自适应测量方法和非均匀B样条曲面重构方法,将自由曲面测量和建模集成在一个闭环系统中,实现CMM实时在线测量和重构曲面实时更新。 相似文献

要实现空间自由曲面数控自动测量,则必须在测量前自动生成合理的测量路径。特别是对于带有测量障碍区域的未知曲面,其测量路径的规划不仅直接影响到测量的准确性和效率,而且影响到系统的可靠性和安全。木文采用“曲面→曲线→点集”的曲面分解测量策略,对曲面网格结点分类处理,然后在矩阵域中通过分别构造‘P’形点阵块,对测量路径进行优化。实践表明这种测量路径优化方法是保证CNC坐标测量系统安全、准确、高效使用的关键技术。 相似文献

超塑性自由胀形实验中准确测量胀形件轮廓曲面以及曲面上各点的变形是建立超塑性自由胀形解析理论的重要基础.本工作依据自由胀形件轮廓为轴对称旋转曲面这一重要特征,将曲面测量问题转化为曲面上特征点的测量,采用双目立体视觉系统测量特征点的三维坐标,并进行曲线拟合以确定其轮廓曲面,计算几何参数,通过分析轮廓曲面上特征点位置变化以及两相邻特征点之间间距的变化来测量应变.介绍了双目立体视觉系统的组成和测量方法,以及系统模型、标定方法、消除高温影响和图像处理等关键环节,给出了胀形件几何参数和变形测量的方法,进行了测量实验. 相似文献

In free-form inspection, it is often that only portion of a surface has high precision requirements. This paper proposes a feature-based automatic localization and comparison method for the situation where the measurement surface is only a portion of the design model. To make comparison, these two surfaces must be brought to a common coordinate system which is called localization. The proposed method localizes the portion surface to the whole surface through two steps of localization process. The first step is general localization. The corresponding features between the measurement surface and the design model are searched. Based on the feature correspondence, the measurement surface is localized very close to the design model. The second step is fine localization that establishes the point-point correspondence and localizes the surfaces more accurately. 相似文献

A new method for tool path generation for grinding is proposed. This method for tool path generation is based on a conceptually simple yet fundamental representation of the manufactured surface. Such representations of the manufactured surface, which are derived analytically, were traditionally derived by measurement based methods. The representation of the manufactured surface is also advantageous in developing analytical estimates of surface roughness. These analytical estimates provide a starting point for the measurement or inspection operations which are usually data intensive and often times expensive for free-form surfaces. This paper thus presents an integrated approach to tool path generation which takes into account the manufacturing and measurement activities. 相似文献

Fabrication of free-form surfaces that are frequently demanded for the construction of optical imaging systems is described. To obtain a tool motion with large amplitude and high bandwidth, a novel long-stroke fast tool servo is proposed and installed on the Z-axis of a diamond turning machine as an additional synchronized axis. In addition, a special on-machine measurement device is used to measure the optical parameters of the machined surface and to compensate for the residual form of errors that are commonly produced in the diamond turning process. Actual machining test results show that the proposed procedures are capable of generating the copper free-form mirrors of 50 mm diameter to a form accuracy of 0.15 μm in peak-to-valley value error. 相似文献
