Fault diagnosis is essential for the normal and safe operation of dynamic systems. To improve the spatial resolution among multiple channels and the discriminability among categories of the original data collected from actual operating equipments and to further achieve high diagnostic accuracy, this paper proposes a method for fault diagnosis by cascaded space projection (CSP) and a convolutional neural network (CNN) model. First, one of every kind of sample is selected from the original data to calculate the PCA transformation matrices. Second, the original data are expanded to 10 dimensions by the W2C projection matrix provided by Google-image searching, which is the main part of CSP. Third, the ten-dimensional matrix is multiplied by the PCA transformation matrix, which corresponds to its fault type, to make the data more representative by reducing unnecessary dimensions. Finally, the processed data are converted into images to input into a CNN, the backbone structure for fault diagnosis. To verify the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed method, the Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) and Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU-SY) rolling bearing datasets are used to perform experiments. Comparison with other methods is carried out to show the superiority of the proposed method. The experimental results demonstrate that the method proposed in this paper can effectively achieve 100% accuracy.  相似文献

The convergence of telecommunications and computer science, the realization of computer-based networks and the integration of languages, by overcoming space and time constraints, gave rise to the globalization process and to the development of the knowledge society. We are facing a true revolution that is based on the multiplication of knowledge and its corresponding applications, but also on the knowledge codification, memorization and knowledge transfer. The challenges that educational institutions, and the University in particular, are called to face are linked to the fact that classrooms or lecture halls are no longer the only places where one can follow study courses: anybody from anywhere, if he has the required technological equipment and the appropriate materials can build his own environment to carry on his own educational and self-learning process. This is the reason why we need to identify new models of university and psycho-pedagogic theories allowing for the development of new Internet-based teaching and learning models by carrying on research work. In the light of the problem of MEMS hydrophone data “submerged” in strong noise field, the combination filter of LMS adaptive noise cancellation and Fourier transform filtering is proposed. The filter algorithm is applied to MEMS hydrophone signal and noise separation. When the frequency of signal is given, the combination filter algorithm is used for signal extraction and the ideal signal performance comparison. Simulation results show that the effect of extraction resolution in strong noise field of -15 dB is higher in the algorithm. The algorithm can be used to search similar to the “black box” case. The filter is used to separate signal and noise in the Fen machine test of North University of China. In this study, Bayesian Information Criterion algorithm is utilized for the estimation of number of soil profile layers. In order to collect data, several probes are performed by geotechnical specialists in WUoLS (Warsaw University of Life Sciences) campus. Then soil profiles have been manually generated by geotechnical experts. It lets us to compare the results of novel automated method presented in this paper to real soil profile manually generated by geotechnical engineers. The database has been generated based on values derive from a probe CPT applied by geotechnical experts. Examination and accuracy calculation of the proposed method is presented and compared to reference real soil profile obtained by experts group.  相似文献
