针对普通的圆筒型直线电机单位体积产生的推力不大的缺点,提出并设计了双定子直线电机。采用T型等效电路分析了该新直线电动机的特性。分析表明该电动机与同体积的圆筒型直线电机相比,能产生较大的推力。实验表明该方法正确可行。 相似文献

A linear induction motor (LIM) is suitable for use in trains. The motor can be used in both wheel‐suspended and contact‐less types such as the Linear Metro and HSST trains in Japan. The LIM has end winding as well as asymmetrical winding. The end effect is a major problem in the LIM, and it makes the analysis, design, and control of motors difficult. This paper describes a method that combines numerical analysis and the equivalent circuit for the LIM in order to design a high‐performance controller for the LIM that includes the end effect. A sample basic field‐oriented control scheme that is based on the plant model is applied to the LIM in order to check the control performance. 国内外震害表明,变压器在地震中的破坏型式多样,易损性极高。隔震技术是一项能够有效降低地震反应的新型抗震技术,而变压器及套管隔震层的设计和参数选择与普通结构有较大的差异。首先,建立了大型电力变压器及套管隔震体系的多质点分析模型,采用Matlab软件编写计算程序,分别输入人工地震波和Taft地震波,对变压器及套管隔震体系的地震响应进行分析;最后,开展了隔震层等效水平刚度、等效阻尼比、双线性恢复力模型的屈服剪力系数及屈服后刚度等参数的地震响应影响分析。分析结果表明:合理设计变压器及套管隔震体系的隔震层参数,可有效降低变压器及套管的地震响应;另外,通过隔震层的参数分析,得到了相关参数的合理取值范围。该研究对今后变压器及套管隔震体系的设计具有参考与指导作用。 相似文献

One industrial application of linear motors is as working-body drives of vibration-technology machines. Such drives allow manufacturing of equipment with very low energy consumption and material costs. This paper presents the results of research on substantiation of the prospects of application of linear electric motors as drive vibration-technology machines. The results of designing a linear dc motor are presented. This paper describes the design of the electric motor and its operation in the hold-down and vibrating modes. The main technical characteristics of the motor are given. Simulation of the electric-motor electromagnetic field based on symmetrical setting of the task for the Poisson equation was performed with a view to specifying and verifying the preliminary calculation data. The results of the calculations and simulations show that it is possible to create low-cost, manufacturable, and reliable electrical motors for a linear vibratory actuator. 相似文献

ABSTRACT This paper describes a theoretical and experimental investigation into the design parameters which influence the magnitude of the twice-line-frequency pulsating torques in shaded-pole motors. Linear analysis is shown to be capable of producing calculated results which agree well with the experimental results over the normal range of motor operation. It is shown that pulsating torques are most sensitive to changes in stator-side parameters, and that by careful design they can be considerably attenuated. 相似文献
