为建立一种试剂消耗量小、杂质少的测定烟叶中二硫代氨基甲酸酯农药残留量的方法,用顶空-气相色谱/质谱联用法(GC/MS)检测二硫代氨基甲酸酯与氯化亚锡的盐酸溶液反应分解产生的二硫化碳,并与行业标准法进行分析比较。结果显示:顶空法和行标法的标准曲线相关系数R2分别为0.9983、0.9992;5次测量值的变异系数范围分别为6.26%~6.69%、4.26%~4.86%;检出限、定量限均为0.00mg/kg;方法的回收率分别在106.17%~108.71%和101.82%~105.34%%之间;相对平均偏差在两次平行测定值的允差之内;从全扫描总离子流图看出,顶空法的杂质峰数量明显减少,强度明显降低。 相似文献

The goal of present work was to investigate the use of bioerodible polymeric nanoparticles as carriers of retinoic acid (RA), which is known to induce differentiation of several cell lines into neurons. A novel method, named “Colloidal-Coating”, has been developed for the preparation of nanoparticles based on a copolymer of maleic anhydride and butyl vinyl ether (VAM41) loaded with RA. Nanoparticles with an average diameter size of 70 nm and good morphology were prepared. The activity of the encapsulated RA was evaluated on SK-N-SH human neuroblastoma cells, which are known to undergo inhibition of proliferation and neuronal differentiation upon treatment with RA. The activity of RA was not affected by the encapsulation and purification processes. 相似文献

The possibility of using ultrasonic waves in the reaction between methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) and polypropylene glycol (PPG) to create polyurethanes is described in this article. This normally slow reaction without chemical catalysts was found to occur to completion within minutes in the presence of ultrasonic waves. A commercially available ultrasonic apparatus was used and characterized for the ultrasonic power. The effect of varying the isocyanate/alcohol groups (NCO/OH) ratio in the presence of ultrasonic waves was also studied. These ratios were found to have a strong effect on the reaction time and mechanical properties of the materials. They also influence the thermal stabilities of the products. Higher NCO/OH ratios lead to faster curing times and harder but brittle materials. 相似文献

A novel method for preparing calcium hydroxyapatite (Ca10 (PO4 )6 (OH)2 : HAp) fibers has been developed. HAp fibers can be prepared successfully by heating a compact consisting of calcium metaphosphate (ß-Ca(PO3 )2 ) fibers with Ca(OH)2 particles in air at 1000°C and subsequently treating the resultant compact with dilute aqueous HCl solution. The ß-Ca(PO3 )2 fibers and the Ca(OH)2 in the compact were converted into fibrous HAp and CaO phases by the heating, and the CaO phase was removed by acid-leaching. HAp fibers obtained in the present work were 40-150 µm in length and 2-10 µm in diameter. The fibers had almost the same dimensions as those of the ß-Ca(PO3 )2 fibers. 相似文献
