研究了用超声分散的碳纳米管对硅酸盐水泥物理力学性能的影响,并利用XRD和SEM等测试手段对碳纳米管改性水泥的水化产物及硬化浆体的形貌进行了分析.结果表明:碳纳米管的掺入改变了水泥净浆的标准稠度用水量和凝结时间,提高了其抗压和劈裂抗拉强度,但并未造成安定性不良.随碳纳米管掺量的增加,水泥净浆的标准稠度用水量逐渐增加,凝结时间不断缩短,标养28天的抗压和疲劳抗拉强度较未掺碳纳米管的硬化浆体分别提高了15.34%和18.44%.XRD分析表明碳纳米管的掺入不仅提高了水泥净浆的水化程度,增加了C-S-H的生成量,而且降低CH的结晶度.SEM证明碳纳米管的掺入较未掺的水泥净浆硬化浆体结构趋于优化,更致密. 相似文献

以不同温度烘干和煅烧处理山东某化纤工厂的化纤污泥,并对该污泥处理样进行了EDS和XRD分析;然后将预处理后的化纤污泥作为矿化剂制得硅酸盐水泥。相关测试结果表明:(1)处理后的化纤污泥可以代替磷石膏作硅酸盐水泥矿化剂;(2)同一温度下,污泥作矿化剂配制的硅酸盐水泥生料易烧性要比磷石膏作矿化剂配制硅酸盐水泥生料的好。 相似文献

将磷铝酸盐水泥熟料掺入到硅酸盐水泥中制备的改性硅酸盐水泥具有优异的力学性能.对改性水泥IR图谱中-OH基非对称伸缩振动带进行曲线拟合,并与硅酸盐水泥进行对比,研究了磷铝酸盐水泥对硅酸盐水泥的改性机理.结果表明改性硅酸盐水泥浆体中有5种状态的“水”:Ca-OH,Si (P)-OH,Al-OH/AFt结晶水、氢键水和配位水,其在各水化龄期与Si、Al结合的以OH状态存在的“水”较硅酸盐水泥多,而与Ca结合的以OH状态存在的“水”以及氢键结合的水、配位水较少,从而展现较硅酸盐水泥优异的力学性能. 相似文献

研究硅酸盐水泥在20 ℃、200 ℃、400 ℃、600 ℃、800 ℃以及1000 ℃六个温度条件下的耐高温性能,通过外观变化,质量损失以及抗压强度等宏观数据表征硅酸盐水泥的耐高温性能,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X衍射分析(XRD)和差热分析(DTA)研究了硅酸盐水泥在不同温度下稳定性变化的机理.试验结果表明:硅酸盐水泥在400 ℃以下的温度,仍能保持一定程度的外观完整和抗压强度;当温度超过600 ℃时,其稳定性开始急剧下降,试件内部出现大量的蜂窝状孔洞,使得C-S-H凝胶被完全分解,导致强度完全丧失而被破坏. 相似文献

The degree of hydration of the four major anhydrous cement phases in three U.K. portland cement mortars has been observed during the period of water storage at room temperature after an initial short-term heat cure. Such a heat cure at 85° or 100°C for 12 h generally accelerated the initial hydration of the four major anhydrous minerals in portland cement. Subsequent retardation of the degree of hydration of the alite, tricalcium aluminate, and ferrite phases was observed when these heat-cured mortars were stored at ambient temperature. General similarity but some differences in hydration behavior were observed between the three cements. The hydration of belite in the heat-cured mortars during storage at room temperature produced porous inner products that favored deposition of ettringite and reduced the risk of expansive ettringite formation. The substantial retardation in hydration of the aluminate-bearing phases, especially the ferrite phase, during the storage at room temperature raised the overall SO3 /Al2 O3 ratio of the cement hydrates formed, bringing about a potential for ettringite formation and hence the risk of expansion through delayed ettringite formation. 相似文献

试验研究了一种新的硅酸盐水泥熟料煅烧方法:先用电炉将生料加热到一定温度后再用微波进行强化烧成,实验发现在较低的电加热温度下(1000-1200℃左右),再使用微波强化煅烧1-2min即可烧成熟料,熟料中f-CaO的质量分数在1%-2%之间;人微波炉的物料温度越高,微波加热需要的时间越短,加热到1300℃的物料,微波加热只需40s,熟料中f-CaO的质量分数可降至0.65%,试验证明,采用新的煅烧方法可大幅度提高硅酸盐熟料形成速度;Fe2O3对熟料的微波烧成有很好的促进作用,熟料的XRD图谱显示,熟料矿物的组成和XRD特征衍射与传统方法烧成的熟料一致。 相似文献

The electrical conductivity of portland cement mortars was determined experimentally as a function of the volume fraction of sand and the degree of hydration. The results were analyzed using theoretical models that represent the mortars as three-phase, interactive composites. The three phases are the matrix paste, the aggregate, and the thin interfacial transition zone between the two. The microstructure and properties of the conductive phases (the transition zone and the matrix paste) were determined by a micrometer-scale microstructural model, and were used in conjunction with random-walk algorithms and differential-effective medium theory to determine the overall mortar conductivities. The presence of the transition zone was not found to significantly affect the global electrical conductivity of the mortar. However, there were significant differences in conductivity between the transition zone and matrix pastes when examined on a local level. These differences were found to vary with hydration and were most significant when the degree of hydration was between 0.5 and 0.8. 相似文献
