洗发体系中,同时使用高分子量聚氧化乙烯(PEO)和阳离子羟乙基纤维素(HEC)可以提供卓越的调理性能。用含有阳离子HEC和高分子量PEO的配方清洁头发,湿梳理性比仅含阳离子HEC的配方改善30%。与PEO结合使用,阳离子HEC控制的硅油和甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯(OMC)的吸附量分别有27%和25%的提高。极化显微镜观察发现,已稀释配方中聚合物一表面活性剂络合物(凝聚物的外观)在PEO存在时发生变化。含有PEO和阳离子HEC的配方,凝聚物的粒径更细小。这些结果表明:PEO阻止凝聚物聚集,以减小吸附颗粒大小。表面分析也显示:含有阳离子HEC的配方中存在PEO时,不溶性活性物在头发表面的吸附更加均匀。  相似文献

<正> 丙烯酸类聚合物皮革鞣剂,作为一类高质量、多性能的产品,在国外,已发展成为性能日臻完善的系列化产品,美国Rohm&Haas公司的Leukotan系列以及西德BASF公司的Relugan系列便是其典型代表;在国内,80年代已取得重大进展,虽然如此,但是此类鞣剂性能的多样性还未体现,系列化还未形成。本文作者在综合分析国内外同类产品的基础上,对共聚单体组成以及引发剂、改性剂用量等进行研究,研制成功GAP—1新型聚合物皮革鞣剂,从某种意义上说,它是市售丙烯酸树脂鞣剂系列化品种之一,性能得到补充和提高。GAP—1是以其它乙烯基单体与丙烯酸等衍生物共聚后,经适当改  相似文献

采用氧化还原引发体系及复合乳液聚合方法,研究了环氧树脂/聚(苯乙烯─—丙烯酸丁酯─—甲基丙烯酸甲酯)[EP/P(St─BA─MMA)]半胶乳型工穿聚合物网络(Semi—LIPN)的聚合反应规律。考察了反应温度、引发剂用量、乳化剂用量、交联剂种类及用量,特别是EP含量对单体转化率及反应速率的影响。环氧树脂因含有微量双酚A,在聚合反应中同时起到了阻聚剂和缓聚剂的作用。从而使得该聚合反应较不含合成树脂(或橡胶)的普通乳液聚合要困难得多。  相似文献

氟弹性体在石油和天然气工业中的应用一直在不断增长之中.由于传统氟弹性体性能的限制,在今天高温高压(HPHT)和苛刻化学介质的环境中,为了满足特定的应用而选择一种适宜的弹性体材料已经愈发困难了.该文主要讨论3种基于APA(新型聚合物结构)技术的氟弹性体,并与传统的FKM和FEPM进行了对比.为了满足高温高压油井中选择最适宜弹性体材料的需要,对室温下和200℃下的物理性能、低温弹性性能、耐化学介质性能,包括在酯类钻井液和甲酸盐中的性能变化进行了对比.同时也讨论了APA聚合物加工性能方面的改善状况.  相似文献

半个世纪以来,Viton(R)氟弹性体被成功应用在苛刻的宇航领域中.极端的高温与低温是飞行过程的固有特性.文中讨论的几种过氧化物硫化新型氟弹性体,其工作温度-45℃~+275℃,工作介质为空气、润滑油、标准参比油等.这些新型氟弹性体均采用APA技术合成.经过各种试验后发现,其具有更高的使用性能、更好的加工性能,能满足制造高品质航空密封件的需要.  相似文献

Adhesion reduction occurring after polymer coated glass was immersed in water was studied in a variety of UV-cured urethane acrylate coatings containing alkyloxysilane adhesion promoting additives. It was observed that water accumulated under the coating surface in drops and formed ‘blisters’ in the glass-polymer interface. A non-destructive imaging technique was developed to measure the average size of the water blisters. The size of the water blisters within the interface was correlated with the wet adhesion force measured by coating resistance to 180° peel. The force of coating resistance to 180° peel off glass surface decreased non-linearly with the increase of the average size of the water blisters. It was concluded that the decrease in adhesion between the coating and glass was a result of stretching and breaking of the silane bridging bonds and polymer fibrils by water condensing on the glass surface within the polymer-glass interface. The mathematical model relating coating wet peel resistance force with the size of the debonding produced by water accumulation was presented.  相似文献

用自制的引发剂,通过溶液聚合反应合成了淀粉、丙烯酰胺(AM)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)季铵型淀粉基强阳离子高分子聚合物,并通过红外光谱对其进行了表征。最佳反应条件为:接枝共聚反应引发剂用量为0.15%,m(淀粉)∶m(AM+DMDAAC)=3∶7,m(AM)∶m(DMDAAC)=7∶3,反应时间4 h,反应温度50℃。产物对油田污水中油和固体悬浮物的去除率优于阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)。  相似文献

简要叙述了蒙脱石的结构;综述了阳离子表面活性剂插层蒙脱石以形成有机蒙脱石的机理、插层方法以及阳离子表面活性剂的结构对被插层蒙脱石的层间距的影响;讨论了不同类型的聚合物/蒙脱石纳米复合材料制备方法;同时比较了所得到的纳米复合材料的力学性能、热性能与纯聚合物的力学性能和热性能。结果表明:前者的力学性能和热性能比后者均有较大程度的提高。最后提出了聚合物/蒙脱石纳米复合材料目前存在的问题、发展方向和应用前景等。  相似文献

A transition of morphology from island-like structure to disordered and ordered holes on the surface of polystyrene (PS) and poly(2-vinylpyridine) (PVP) blend films were observed with the increase of humidity. At appropriate weight ratio of PS/PVP and PS molecular weight, when humidity reached to a critical value, the hexagonal arrays of holes formed for PS/PVP blend films due to ‘breath figures’ stabilized by PVP with its strong hygroscopic characteristics during phase separation.  相似文献

We report here the synthesis of two new oligomeric copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) derivatives by esterification of the corresponding carboxylic acids with tri(ethylene glycol) monomethyl ether. The solubility of these derivatives in N,N′‐dimethylformamide (DMF) enabled us to perform dielectric studies with poly(vinylidene fluoride‐trifluoroethylene) P(VDF‐TrFE), acting as the host polymer matrix. The highest room temperature dielectric constant achieved is 94 at 100 Hz, compared with 12 for the base polymer host matrix. Thermogravimetric analyzes of the polymer films showed that they are thermostable at 100°C for a long period of time. Thermo-crosslinkable copolymers (PGMAA and PGMAS) of glycidyl methacrylate containing azobenzene chromophores (20 mol%) and stilbene chromophores (19 mol%) respectively were synthesized and characterized. In order to obtain crosslinked polymers with high and stable second-order nonlinear optical (NLO) property, PGMAA and PGMAS were doped with a reactive nonlinear optical (NLO) dye, 4-nitro-4′-aminobiphenyl (20 mol% of the glydidyl group). In the poled state, these doped polymers systems (PGMAD and PGMSD) can be thermo-crosslinked to yield materials with high second-order (NLO) coefficient (d33) of 4.33×10−7 esu and 4.74×10−7 esu respectively. The investigation of SHG decay at room temperature and 100°C showed that the polymer networks much improved the SHG stability.  相似文献

A quartz crystal microbalance technique has been utilized to measure water sorption and desorption in three photoresist polymers: poly(p-hydroxystyrene), novolac, and bis-triflouromethyl carbinol substituted poly(norbornene). The humidity of the sample environment was varied to determine the rate and amount of water absorbed into the photoresist thin films as a function of local environmental conditions. At 100% absolute humidity, the polymers were found to absorb 9.8, 2-3, and 5-8 wt%, respectively. The sorption and diffusion of water into the polymer thin films was observed to initially follow Fickian behavior in the low fractional mass uptake regions (Mt/M<0.6), but concentration dependent diffusion behavior was seen at higher levels of water uptake. All films sorbed and desorbed water rapidly with the majority of the water uptake or loss occurring in the first few seconds of exposure.  相似文献

A series of ultra‐high‐molecular‐weight reactor powders with different technological prehistory were utilized for obtaining fibers through the gel technology. The fibers prepared from some powders exhibited high draw ratios and good mechanical properties (Young's modulus and tensile stress) but other powders yielded fibers of very low drawability. The low‐frequency Raman study revealed that the straight‐chain‐segment (SCS) length distributions in dried gels prepared from powders of “drawable” group are bimodal, while the gels issued from powders unsuitable for fiber drawing have unimodal length distributions of SCS. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
