The problems of fault diagnosis and fault‐tolerant control are considered for systems with measurement delays. In contrast to the present fault diagnosis and fault‐tolerant control approaches, which consider only the input delay and/or state delay, the main contribution of this paper consists of proposing a new observer‐based reduced‐order fault diagnoser construction approach and a design approach to dynamic self‐restore fault‐tolerant control law for systems with measurement delays. First, the time‐delay system is transformed into a delay‐free system in form by a special functional‐based delay‐free transformation approach for measurement delays. Then, the fault diagnosis is realized online via the proposed reduced‐order fault diagnoser. Using the results of fault diagnosis, two dynamic self‐restore control laws are designed to make the system isolated from faults. ABSTRACT

This paper investigates the problem of fuzzy filter design for a class of delayed nonlinear system under random sensor faults with an event-triggered (ET) mechanism. (1) To estimate the dynamics of nonlinear plant, a T–S fuzzy model is manipulated. Random variables are disclosed to express the sensor fault. (2) To take some advantages over existing one, a variable ET mechanism is offered in networked systems (NSs). Under the ET mechanism, sensor data are released only when the plant's measurement (sampled) violate specific threshold of the event condition. (3) Another purpose of this article is to design filters involving system state delays. Then, by using a novel fuzzy Lyapunov–Krasovskii function approach with free weighting matrix technique, dissipative filter design of ET delay networked control systems is proposed. We consider both the sensor fault and ET scheme simultaneously. The simulation example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of design method.  相似文献

针对一类离散时间线性时变系统提出了一种传感器故障诊断方法.本文首先通过状态增广的方式将被研究的系统转化为描述系统的形式,并且基于该描述系统模型,采用方差最小化原则设计了一种能够同时估计系统状态和传感器故障的故障估计滤波器,然后利用一组故障估计滤波器提出了一种故障诊断方法.本文的主要贡献在于针对离散线性时变系统提出了一种不需要对故障动态进行假设的传感器故障诊断方法.所提出方法的另一个优点是该方法能够在存在过程和测量噪声的情况下实现故障检测、分离与估计.仿真结果说明了所提出方法的有效性.  相似文献

Quantized fault detection for sensor/actuator faults of networked control systems (NCSs) with time delays both in the sensor-to-controller channel and controller-to-actuator channel is concerned in this paper. A fault model is set up based on the possible cases of sensor/actuator faults. Then, the model predictive control is used to compensate the time delay. When the sensors and actuators are healthy, an H ∞ stability criterion of the state predictive observer is obtained in terms of linear matrix inequality. A new threshold computational method that conforms to the actual situation is proposed. Then, the thresholds of the false alarm rate (FAR) and miss detection rate (MDR) are presented by using our proposed method, which are also compared with the ones given in the existing literatures. Finally, some numerical simulations are shown to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

The problem of active fault‐tolerant tracking control with control input and system output constraints is studied for a class of discrete‐time systems subject to sensor faults. A time‐varying fault‐tolerant observer is first developed to estimate the real system state from the faulty sensor output and control input signals. Then by using the estimated state at each time step, a model predictive control (MPC)‐based fault‐tolerant tracking control scheme is presented to guarantee the desired tracking performance and the given input and output constraints on the faulty system. In comparison with many existing fault‐tolerant MPC methods, its main contribution is that the proposed state estimator is designed by the simple and online numerical computation to tolerate the possible sensor faults, so that the regular MPC algorithm without fault information can be adopted for the online calculation of fault‐tolerant control signal. The potential recursive infeasibility and computational complexity due to the faults are avoided in the scheme. Additionally, the closed‐loop stability of the post‐fault system is discussed. Simulative results of an electric throttle control system verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

Fault and delay accommodating simultaneously for a class of linear systems subject to state delays, actuator faults and disturbances is investigated in this work. A matrix norm minimization technique is applied to minimize the norms of coefficient matrix on time delay terms of the system in consideration. Compared with the matrix inequality scaling technique, the minimization technique can relax substantially the obtained stability conditions for state delay systems, especially, when the coefficient matrices of time delay terms have a large order of magnitudes.An output feedback adaptive fault-delay tolerant controller(AFDTC) is designed subsequently to stabilize the plant with state delays and actuator faults. Compared with the conventional fault tolerant controller(FTC), the designed output feedback AFDTC can be updated on-line to compensate the effect of both faults and delays on systems. Simulation results under two numerical examples exhibit the effectiveness and merits of the proposed method.  相似文献

研究含大测量时滞和噪声的网络控制系统(Networked control systems, NCS)的故障诊断问题, 提出一种新的基于无时滞转换方法的最优故障诊断器的设计方法. 该方法首先构造一个隐含故障状态的增广系统, 并利用无时滞转换方法将含有测量时滞的网络控制系统转换为无时滞系统. 然后给出了故障的可诊断性判据, 并利用对偶原理将最优故障诊断器的设计问题转换为状态反馈控制器设计问题. 最后, 通过构造一种满足二次型性能指标的最优故障诊断器, 实现了故障的实时诊断. 仿真示例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性.  相似文献

针对一类不确定连续线性定常时滞系统,提出了一种执行器、传感器增益故障的鲁棒检测与估计策略。该类系统含有多状态与输出时滞,状态和输出方程上同时作用有非结构有界未知扰动。在Trunov和Polycarpou方法的基础上,设计了一种新的时滞系统自适应观测器用于检测并估计突变或缓变的增益故障。与Wang等针对线性无时滞不合输出扰动系统的工作相比,该结论更具一般性。理论分析表明,该方法对于未知扰动鲁棒,能够保证故障的估计,状态与输出估计偏差一致有界。数值仿真验证了方法的有效性。  相似文献

This paper investigates a fault detection and accommodation (FDA) problem of a class of nonlinear time-delay systems in the presence of unknown multiple time-delayed faults. Compared with existing literature, a main contribution of this paper is to design a time-delay independent FDA scheme, namely, the exact information on time delays is not required to implement the proposed FDA scheme. Under the assumption that the magnitude and occurrence time of multiple faults are unknown, we first design a delay-independent fault detection scheme with a detection threshold for time-delay systems and analyze the fault detectability. Then, an approximation-based fault accommodation design activated after the detection of the first fault is presented for compensating multiple faults. The robustness of the fault detection scheme and asymptotic stability of the tracking error are established through Lyapunov stability analysis. A simulation example is used to illustrate the proposed FDA scheme.  相似文献

This article addresses the problem of designing a sensor fault‐tolerant controller for an observation process where a primary, controlled system observes, through a set of measurements, an exogenous system to estimate the state of this system. We consider sensor faults captured by a change in a set of sensor parameters affecting the measurements. Using this parametrization, we present a nonlinear model predictive control (NMPC) scheme to control the observation process and actively detect and estimate possible sensor faults, with adaptive controller reconfiguration to optimize the use of the remaining sensing capabilities. A key feature of the proposed scheme is the design of observability indices for the NMPC stage cost to improve the observability of both the state of the exogenous system and the sensor fault parameters. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is illustrated through numerical simulations.  相似文献

This paper investigates the problems of simultaneous actuator and sensor faults estimation, as well as the fault‐tolerant control scheme for a class of linear continuous‐time systems subject to external disturbances. First, the original system is transformed into a singular form by extending the actuator fault and sensor fault to be parts of the new state. Then, a new estimation technique named non‐fragile proportional‐derivative observer is designed for the singular system to achieve simultaneous estimations of states and faults. With the obtained estimations information, an integrated design of the non‐fragile output feedback fault‐tolerant controller is explored to compensate for the effect of faults by stabilizing the closed‐loop system. Finally, a simulation study on a two‐stage chemical reactor with recycle streams is provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

通过分析目前航空发动机控制系统故障检测仿真软件缺乏通用性、模块化的问题,将发动机建模、故障检测和组件开发技术相结合,提出并设计了航空发动机控制系统故障检测仿真平台,分析该平台的设计目标、软件总体架构与主要功能.针对某型涡扇发动机为研究对象,给出传感器与执行机构典型故障的模式分析和检测逻辑,在飞行包线设计点进行仿真计算.实践表明该平台能够准确实时仿真发动机控制系统典型故障,具有功能可靠、易扩展、工程化程度高的特点.  相似文献

研究时滞系统中含有执行器故障和传感器故障情况下的故障诊断方法,提出一种基于对偶原理的故障诊断器的设计方法.首先将故障状态转化为增广系统的状态,然后利用对偶原理将基于观测器的故障诊断器的设计问题转化为状态反馈控制器的设计问题.根据不同的要求,分别设计了渐近稳定的故障诊断器和保性能故障诊断器.利用Lyapunov稳定性理论和线性矩阵不等式技术,实现了系统的实时在线故障诊断.仿真结果证明了该方法的可行性和有效性.  相似文献
