以承接离岸业务为主的业务流程外包(Business Process Outsourcing)产业中,其服务质量依赖于作业人员的可靠性.本文以我国接包方企业承接BPO业务中代表性业务“数据处理”为研究背景,通过对录入人因失误根原因进行定性分析研究,发现时间压力是诱发录入人因失误发生的一个重要因素.本文以实验的方式来进一步研究时间压力对录入人因失误的影响.实验结果显示,被试者在高时间压力的条件下,录入绩效显著下降,低时间压力下的录入绩效要稍好于无时间压力;进而提出了相应的制约措施. 相似文献

Degradation analysis is very useful in reliability assessment for complex systems and highly reliable products, because few or even no failures are expected in a reasonable life test span for them. In order to further our study on degradation analysis, a novel Wiener process degradation model subject to measurement errors is proposed. Two transformed time scales are involved to depict the statistical property evolution over time. A situation where one transformed time scale illustrates a linear form for the degradation trend and the other transformed time scale shows a generalized quadratic form for the degradation variance is discussed particularly. A one‐stage maximum likelihood estimation of parameters is constructed. The statistical inferences of this model are further discussed. The proposed method is illustrated and verified in a comprehensive simulation study and two real applications for indium tin oxide (ITO) conductive film and light emitting diode (LED). The Wiener process model with mixed effects is considered as a reference. Comparisons show that the proposed method is more general and flexible, and can provide reasonable results, even in considerably small sample size circumstance. A Synthesis of Feedback and Feedforward Control for Process Improvement Under Stationary and Nonstationary Time Series Disturbance Models 下载免费PDF全文
Process adjustment strategy is an important part of the process improvement methods. The feedback control technique is used to compensate for the deviation of the output, and it has been intensively investigated. For continuous improvement and proactive strategies, feedback control has a delay and thus is not the ideal solution. In this article, motivated by a realistic manufacturing example, we propose the periodic shift disturbance models and investigate the feedforward control application from a new disturbance decomposition framework. We combine feedforward control with feedback control for maintaining the stability of the process and delivering products at target values. Then, we evaluate the performance of different control strategies for various disturbance models by using the output mean square error criterion. Sensitivity analysis of these control methods is made on different model parameter spaces, and robustness analysis for both model parameter and model structure misspecifications is presented. Two simulated examples show that the proposed control strategies can significantly reduce the variation of an evolving disturbance process. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

The successful execution and management of Offshore Software Maintenance Outsourcing (OSMO) can be very beneficial for OSMO vendors and the OSMO client. Although a lot of research on software outsourcing is going on, most of the existing literature on offshore outsourcing deals with the outsourcing of software development only. Several frameworks have been developed focusing on guiding software system managers concerning offshore software outsourcing. However, none of these studies delivered comprehensive guidelines for managing the whole process of OSMO. There is a considerable lack of research working on managing OSMO from a vendor’s perspective. Therefore, to find the best practices for managing an OSMO process, it is necessary to further investigate such complex and multifaceted phenomena from the vendor’s perspective. This study validated the preliminary OSMO process model via a case study research approach. The results showed that the OSMO process model is applicable in an industrial setting with few changes. The industrial data collected during the case study enabled this paper to extend the preliminary OSMO process model. The refined version of the OSMO process model has four major phases including (i) Project Assessment, (ii) SLA (iii) Execution, and (iv) Risk. 相似文献
