为了加强火工品仓库的安全防护,实现对库内环境数据的实时监测,设计了基于MQTT和微信小程序的火工品仓库环境监测系统。该系统以STM32为控制单元,MQTT协议进行数据的推送与交互,用户可通过微信小程序将控制指令推送至STM32,对火工品仓库环境进行远程控制与数据实时监测,系统也可根据数据情况进行自发控制调整。测试结果表明,该系统具有稳定性强、安全性高、数据传输准确的优点,满足实际应用需求。  相似文献

针对桥梁健康监测系统直观、高效的业务需求,研究当前的工业监测系统模式,提出了融合虚拟现实技术的桥梁监测系统的设计方案。该系统能够应用开源框架Three.js对桥梁信息进行三维可视化监测显示,全方位展现桥梁内外部结构,并结合传感器的实时数据实时反映其当前健康状态;为优化Web系统实时访问监测数据的速度,提出实时和历史数据分离的二层数据存储结构。实践应用结果表明,以Web3D模型为主,多层数据分离存储为辅的监测系统,可以对桥梁监测数据高效地、直观地呈现以及预警,对桥梁管养单位分析、维护桥梁健康情况具有重要意义。  相似文献

为满足电力行业改革与发展的需要,提高用电营业管理水平,提出了一种基于GPRS技术的网络化远程变压器监测系统。该系统首先对现场测量获得所需要的数据,然后结合GPRS通信技术、J2EE技术和数据库技术,开发了基于B/S结构的网络化远程变压器监测系统。在此分别从硬件和软件两方面介绍了系统的总体结构和具体的实现,系统采用了连接池机制来实现Web服务器与数据库服务器的高效连接,运用XMLHTTP技术来实现实时数据显示。该产品已应用在实际系统中,效果良好。  相似文献

针对基于传统C/S结构的Web服务器软硬件成本高、移动不便等问题,提出一种基于Android和ZigBee的温室监测系统的嵌入式Web服务器设计方案。该服务器的硬件部分由Zig Bee协调器以及嵌入式Android设备组成,Android设备的MCU采用Exynos 4412处理器,Zig Bee协调器采用CC2530作为核心模块,它们之间通过串口相互通信。服务器软件部分采用Android自带的SQLite数据库存储数据,并使用PHP脚本和Ajax技术来实现温室传感数据的实时监测。实验结果表明,该设计方案解决了C/S模式下服务器成本高、部署不便的问题,并且实现了对温室的远程实时监测。  相似文献

作为路桥施工中常见的一种结构,路桥支架结构存在施工监理和在役监测难,以及检测手段有限等问题。在此提出了一种基于Zigbee和GPRS无线通信技术的支架结构安全监测系统。该系统由ZigBee技术组成无线传感器网络对支架结构立杆及剪刀撑部位进行应变和倾角的数据采集,智能无线传感器将所采集数据直接或通过路由设备无线发送至协调器。GPRS网络再将ZigBee协调器汇聚数据进行无线远传至远程监控中心监测软件。上位机监测软件采用LabVIEW编写,实时显示监测现场数据,并能够实现对数据的存储、查询及报警。实验测试结果表明该系统能够实现对支架结构的在线、快速、准确测量,从而满足对支架结构进行长期实时监测的要求。  相似文献

将分布式云计算技术应用于工业生产过程的监测和控制,对于提高系统的实时性、兼容性、可扩展性以及降低设备的造价和维护成本起到重要的促进作用。提出的流量积算管理系统由现场采集控制设备和云服务中心组成,其中现场采集控制设备用于采集现场设备的流量、温度、压力等信号,并将数据发送到云服务中心,云服务中心负责流量的集中积算、实时数据和历史数据的存储、Web交互展示和控制。系统实现了流量数据的分布式采集、云端集中积算、数据统一存储、Web交互展示和控制等功能,满足生产现场对流量数据统一管理的需求,同时为扩展其他应用模式提供了成熟可用的架构模型和基础。  相似文献

结构监测系统的计量性能是结构安全状态评估的关键。针对在役结构监测系统长期、连续使用过程中的在线性能评价难题,依托光纤式结构应变监测系统的数据分析试验,提出了基于序列特征分析的结构监测系统性能评价方法。该方法以参考系统建立测量数据的动态比较基准,通过自然激励条件下的匹配数据序列的结构特征分析,建立性能评价模型。针对不同形态、尺度数据序列的匹配难题,提出了基于字符化表征的匹配方法。现场试验验证表明:该方法具备多尺度、大范围数据序列匹配的适应性,所提评价指标对于不同样本的计算偏差不大于±1%,具有监测系统长期量化评价的实用性。  相似文献

DUV lithography, using the 248 nm wavelength, is a viable manufacturing option for devices with features at 130 nm and less. Given the low kl value of the lithography, integrated process development is a necessary method for achieving acceptable process latitude. The application of assist features for rule based OPC requires the simultaneous optimization of the mask, illumination optics and the resist.Described in this paper are the details involved in optimizing each of these aspects for line and space imaging.A reference pitch is first chosen to determine how the optics will be set. The ideal sigma setting is determined by a simple geometrically derived expression. The inner and outer machine settings are determined, in turn,with the simulation of a figure of merit. The maximum value of the response surface of this FOM occurs at the optimal sigma settings. Experimental confirmation of this is shown in the paper.Assist features are used to modify the aerial image of the more isolated images on the mask. The effect that the diffraction of the scattering bars (SBs) has on the image intensity distribution is explained. Rules for determining the size and placement of SBs are also given.Resist is optimized for use with off-axis illumination and assist features. A general explanation of the material' s effect is discussed along with the affect on the through-pitch bias. The paper culminates with the showing of the lithographic results from the fully optimized system.  相似文献

Today, as flash device test grows in importance in China, manufacturers face growing pressure for reduced cost-oftest, increased throughput and greater return on investment for test equipment. The relation between the power of the Brillouin signal and the strain is one of the bases of the distributed fiber sensors of temperature and strain. The coefficient of the Bfillouin gain can be changed by the temperature and the strain that will affect the power of the Brillouin scattering. The relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is thought to be linear by many researchers. However, it is not always linear based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Therefore, errors will be caused if the relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is regarded as to be linear approximately for measuring the temperature and the strain. For this reason, the influence of the parameters on the Brillouin gain coefficient is proposed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.  相似文献

The parallel thinning algorithm with two subiterations is improved in this paper. By analyzing the notions of connected components and passes, a conclusion is drawn that the number of passes and the number of eight-connected components are equal. Then the expression of the number of eight-connected components is obtained which replaces the old one in the algorithm. And a reserving condition is proposed by experiments, which alleviates the excess deletion where a diagonal line and a beeline intersect. The experimental results demonstrate that the thinned curve is almost located in the middle of the original curve connectivelv with single pixel width and the processing speed is high.  相似文献

Today, micro-system technology and the development of new MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) are emerging rapidly. In order for this development to become a success in the long run, measurement systems have to ensure product quality. Most often, MEMS have to be tested by means of functionality or destructive tests. One reason for this is that there are no suitable systems or sensing probes available which can be used for the measurement of quasi inaccessible features like small holes or cavities. We present a measurement system that could be used for these kinds of measurements. The system combines a fiber optical, miniaturized sensing probe with low-coherence interferometry, so that absolute distance measurements with nanometer accuracy are possible.  相似文献

This paper presents a new method to increase the waveguide coupling efficiency in hybrid silicon lasers. We find that the propagation constant of the InGaAsP emitting layer can be equal to that of the Si resonant layer through improving the design size of the InP waveguide. The coupling power achieves 42% of the total power in the hybrid lasers when the thickness of the bonding layer is 100 nm. Our result is very close to 50% of the total power reported by Intel when the thickness of the thin bonding layer is less than 5 nm. Therefore, our invariable coupling power technique is simpler than Intel's.  相似文献

A new quantum protocol to teleport an arbitrary unknown N-qubit entangled state from a sender to a fixed receiver under M controllers(M < N) is proposed. The quantum resources required are M non-maximally entangled Greenberger-Home-Zeilinger (GHZ) state and N-M non-maximally entangled Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) pairs. The sender performs N generalized Bell-state measurements on the 2N particles. Controllers take M single-particle measurement along x-axis, and the receiver needs to introduce one auxiliary two-level particle to extract quantum information probabilistically with the fidelity unit if controllers cooperate with it.  相似文献

A continuous-wave (CW) 457 nm blue laser operating at the power of 4.2 W is demonstrated by using a fiber coupled laser diode module pumped Nd: YVO4 and using LBO as the intra-cavity SHG crystal With the optimization of laser cavity and crystal parameters, the laser operates at a very high efficiency. When the pumping power is about 31 W, the output at 457nm reaches 4.2 W, and the optical to optical conversion efficiency is about 13.5% accordingly. The stability of the out putpower is better than 1.2% for 8 h continuously working.  相似文献

It is well known that adding more antennas at the transmitter or at the receiver may offer larger channel capacity in the multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) communication systems. In this letter, a simple proof is presented for the fact that the channel capacity increases with an increase in the number of receiving antennas.
