针对传统输液依靠人工控制和监视的问题,研制了一种医用输液滴速自动控制与报警系统。该系统以MCS-51单片机为控制核心,采用红外光电式传感器对点滴速度进行检测,通过步进电机控制松紧机构自动调整点滴速度,实时显示输液信息并进行声光报警。经临床应用结果表明,该系统具有检测准确,响应速度快,安全可靠等优点。  相似文献

基于AVR单片机设计了智能电动机启动器,采用减压方式启动电动机,在电动机启动和工作过程中对其运行情况进行监控,当出现异常时断开电动机电源,防止电动机使用过程中因过载、短路、缺相、过压、欠压而烧毁或损坏的情况发生。智能电动机启动器可以对交流信号进行有效值转换计算,实现对电动机运行中的电压、电流参数及时准确的测量。由于采用了内置模数转换器的高速AVR单片机,其较高集成度使启动器不仅体积小,功耗低,而且能实现对电动机的多功能、智能化保护。  相似文献

为了提升直流电源系统运行的稳定性,提出一种基于AVR单片机的直流电源系统智能母联控制方法。通过智能母联控制装置控制母线联络开关闭合,以单片机作为智能母联控制装置的控制芯片,利用FO-PI控制器控制双向DC/DC变换器的启动,保障直流电源系统持续供电;通过粒子群优化算法获取FO-PI控制器的最佳控制参数,有效提升智能母联控制装置控制的灵活性以及可控性。实验结果表明,该方法可实现直流电源系统的智能母联控制,有效控制母联开关闭合。所提方法能够保障直流电源系统稳定运行,提升系统可靠性。  相似文献

介绍了基于AVR单片机ATmega128的智能电动跑步机控制器的软、硬件设计。系统采用上、下位机的结构,上位机提供虚拟场景漫游和人机界面的显示,下位机以单片机为核心控制器,通过多路开关量输入/输出、编码器信号输入、矩阵式键盘输入、与上位机的串行通信等对电动跑步机进行实时控制。在操作上采用触摸屏与薄膜按键结合的方式,通过串行通信实现上下位机的协调,在实际应用中运行稳定,达到设计要求。  相似文献

直流电机调速系统具有调速性能优良、可靠性高的优点,被广泛应用于实际生产的各个领域。首先简要介绍了直流电机调速原理以及对调速的要求,然后设计了基于CPU224XPPLC的直流电机调速系统,并通过仿真软件编写了PLC梯形图,最后在S7-200中进行了电机调速实验。实验结果表明所设计的直流电机PLC调速系统能比较好地实现给定的任务指标。  相似文献

针对变频器发生故障时很难在较短时间内恢复正常运行的问题,设计了煤矿电动机应急调速系统。该系统采用应急变频装置替代故障的原始变频器来控制电动机:当原始变频器发生故障时,PLC主控单元根据电动机和变频器的故障状态实时控制应急变频装置;当应急变频装置的输出达到电动机的运行条件时,切换装置立即动作,从而实现应急变频装置对电动机转速的稳定控制。仿真结果表明,该系统在原始变频器故障的情况下能够快速接入应急变频装置,具有较好的调速性能。  相似文献

针对扩展卡尔曼滤波器(EKF)中噪声协方差阵对估计准确性影响较大,且选取较困难的问题,提出基于粒子群优化(PSO)算法优化协方差矩阵的方法.使用EKF估计永磁同步电机(PMSM)的转速,实现PMSM无速度传感器控制,并利用PSO优化噪声协方差阵.采用STM32F407ZET6作为核心控制器构建控制系统,实验结果表明:使用PSO的EKF观测器能以较高的精度估计转速,实现精确控制.  相似文献

设计了基于双螺旋桨差动调节的双体船航向智能控制系统,通过系统辨别得到双体船航向运动的数学模型,并在该模型的基础上运用模糊控制算法,将得到的参数赋予双螺旋桨控制,同时通过双螺旋桨转速的差动调节,达到控制双体船航向的作用.仿真结果表明,该系统对于海情的变化具有较强的自适应能力.  相似文献

This paper investigates the impact of prolonged experience with an Intelligent Speed Adaptation (ISA) system on driver behaviour. ISA refers to a driver support system which brings speed limit information into the vehicle. Drivers' interaction with the ISA system was explored by means of data collected from long-term field trials carried out in the UK and Sweden. Results indicated that participants' overriding behaviour increased in line with system exposure. However, there was no strong evidence supporting a generalised turning point of behavioural changes (e.g. 3000 km, 4000 km, or 5000 km accumulated experience) at which the upward trend plateaued. Driver characteristics were found to be influential on the pattern of overriding the ISA system with respect to subjective measures (intention to speed) as well as objective measures (observed speeding behaviour). Driving environment also demonstrated an impact on participants' overriding behaviour. Implications for driver behavioural changes in the presence of a generic ADAS are discussed.  相似文献

The parameters selection of proportional coefficient and integral coefficient (PI) for speed controller is important for direct torque control system. However, it is difficult to adjust these parameters. In this paper, firstly, we use particle swarm optimization to search the appropriate PI values of the speed controller. Secondly, based on the optimized PI parameters, the fuzzy-PI speed control strategy is presented to solve the poor self-adaptability problem. Thus, the proportional coefficient k p and integral coefficient k i can be adjusted dynamically to adapt to the speed variations. And finally, to obtain the high-speed parallel processing ability, the well-trained RBF neural network replaces the fuzzy-PI speed controller. The comparison with conventional PI speed controller shows that the proposed intelligent integrated speed controller brings good benefits of fast speed response and good stability and reduces the torque ripple. The validity of the proposed intelligent integrated speed controller is verified by the simulation results.  相似文献

Discriminating between potato tubers and clods is the first step in developing an automatic separation system on potato harvesters. In this study, an acoustic-based intelligent system was developed for high speed discriminating between potato tubers and soil clods. About 500 kg mixture of potato tubers and clods were loaded on a belt conveyer and were impacted against a steel plate at four different velocities. The resulting acoustic signals were recorded, processed and potential features were extracted from the analysis of sound signals in both time and frequency domains. A multilayer perceptron neural network with a back propagation algorithm was used for pattern recognition. Altogether, 17 potential discriminating features were selected and fed as input vectors to the artificial neural network models. Optimal network was selected based on mean square error, correct detection rate and correlation coefficient. At the belt velocity of 1 m s?1, detection accuracy of the presented system was about 97.3% and 97.6% for potatoes and clods, respectively. Increasing the belt velocity resulted in the reduction of detection accuracy and increase in the number of miss classified samples. By using this system, it is expected that a potato harvester may operate at a capacity of 20 ton hr?1 with the accuracy of about 97%.  相似文献

由于以往系统只能在无干扰条件下,对变频器调速装置进行维护,无法保障系统在有干扰条件下是否能够正常运行,避免以往系统出现的问题,提出了电磁干扰下智能维护系统设计。采用AT89C51ED2型号芯片作为单片机主控制器,设计电源箱控制电路,经过该电路可将二次侧电压信号传递到VIN+移动端,二次侧电流信号传递到IIN+接信号源端。利用RS485总线构成变频调速传感网络,在该网络环境下选择应用功率较大的晶闸管作为开关器件,在维护电路中增加继电器,保证系统在正常情况下和外界干扰条件下都能智能切换变频调速模式。设计单片机应用程序,计算电池剩余容量关键词在不同参数中的重要程度,以此作为系统维护初始输入值,使用图形化语言编程开发软件,根据硬件结构中的UPS放电维护原理,实现维护功能设计。通过实验对比结果可知,该系统最高维护效率可达到98%,为自动化设备的高效运行奠定基础。  相似文献

The paper is concerned with the question of whether and under what conditions active help systems with plan recognition components that have been developed in the environment of artificial intelligence research are able to prove their value in the real context of commercial application programs. The question is investigated using the development of the COMFOHELP intelligent help system as an example. COMFOHELP supports the COMFOTEX graphical text processing program and has been developed by the Linguistic Information Science Group at the University of Regensburg since 1988. The system recognizes erroneous and suboptimal plans pursued by the user by analyzing the dialog history and comparing them with the correct plan for achieving the user's goal.Section 2 discusses the research situation and elaborates on those problems which up to now prevented research concepts for plan recognition and intelligent help systems from being practically applied. Testing error situations empirically is a first prerequisite since potential erroneous plans can only be established in real-world tests. The second prerequisite is a special system architecture which counteracts the problem of ambiguities in plan recognition. Section 3 introduces a first still restricted prototype version of COMFOHELP whose efficiency was verified in a statistical hypothesis test. The users performing their text processing tasks with the support of COMFOHELP came off significantly better than members of a reference group working without the intelligent help. Section 4 shows that the proposed COMFOHELP system architecture is reconfirmed by the results of extensive empirical investigations (with more than 100 users) of erroneous plans when using a more complex version of COMFOTEX. The architecture still proves to be worthwhile even when functionality is increased by a factor of three to four.  相似文献

Nuisance alarms often clutter and obscure a process plant operator's view of critical information, with potentially severe consequences. The intelligent alarm management system (IAMS) suppresses nuisance alarms and provides valuable advisory information to help the operator focus quickly on important alarm information and take correct, quick actions. Test results show that IAMS effectively suppresses nuisance alarms, making alarm systems more helpful.  相似文献
