硫脲光度法测定粗铼酸钾中铼时钼干扰的消除

探讨了盐酸羟胺-钼(Ⅴ)-EDTA络合物掩蔽钼,硫脲-铼-氯化亚锡分光光度法选择性测定含钼粗铼酸钾中铼含量的方法。对盐酸羟胺-钼(Ⅴ)-EDTA掩蔽钼的体系及对硫脲-铼(Ⅱ)-氯化亚锡络合物显色的条件进行了优化。结果表明:于弱盐酸介质中,80℃水浴35min条件下,4mLEDTA溶液和3mL盐酸羟胺溶液能够掩蔽3.0mg钼,且络合掩蔽体系对显色络合物无影响：于3.0mol/L盐酸介质中,在吸收波长λ₄₄₀nm处,铼质量浓度在0～20μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律,检出限为1.91×10^-8μg/mL。方法用于含钼40%～50%的粗铼酸钾样品中10%～20%的铼含量测定,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)为0.15%～0.25%,回收率为100%。     

硫氰酸盐分光光度法快速测定钼铁中钼

研究以高氯酸铁为抑制剂,抗坏血酸为还原剂的硫氰酸盐分光光度法测定高含量钼的方法。钼铁试样用硝酸和高氯酸溶解,硫酸冒烟,盐类溶解后在高氯酸铁的存在下,以抗坏血酸还原Mo(Ⅵ)为Mo(Ⅴ),Mo(Ⅴ)与硫氰酸铵生成橙色络合物,在460 nm波长处测定其吸光度。用本法测定3个钼铁标样中钼,测定值与认定值相符,6次测定的相对标准偏差为0.29%~0.35%,分析时间只需50 min。     

钼(Ⅵ)和钼(Ⅴ)与硫氰酸盐及维多利亚蓝4R在水溶液中显色反应及其应用

基于钼(Ⅵ)和钼(Ⅴ)与硫氰酸盐和维多利亚蓝4R在增溶剂存在的水溶液中的显色反应,发展了一种高灵敏分光光度测定钼的方法。显色反应的适宜酸度是:钼(Ⅵ)0.02～0.08M硫酸溶液,钼(Ⅴ)0.48～0.72M硫酸溶液。离子缔合物的组成:钼(Ⅵ)是(VB4R)_4·〔MoO_2(SCN)_5),钼(Ⅴ)是(VB4R)2·〔MoO(SCN)_5〕。两种离子缔合物最大吸收波长均位于575nm处,摩尔吸光系数分别为2.64×10~5 〔钼(Ⅵ)〕和1.30×10~5〔钼(Ⅴ)〕。钼(Ⅴ)的离子缔合配合物比钼(Ⅵ)     

EDTA差减滴定法测定钼精矿和钼焙砂中钼含量

用盐酸羟胺还原钼(Ⅵ)至钼(Ⅴ),EDTA络合钼(Ⅴ)及共存离子,锌盐滴定过量EDTA求得合量。于等量试液中不加盐酸羟胺,EDTA络合共存离子,滴定至近终点用酒石酸钾钠掩蔽钼(Ⅵ),锌盐滴定过量EDTA求得分量。二者之差即为钼量。2%～5%钨(Ⅵ)、铬(Ⅵ)或钒(Ⅴ)等共存离子不干扰测定。测定10.00～15.00 mg钼,相对误差-0.20%～+0.20%,测定37%～57%的钼含量,相对标准偏差0.10%～0.15%,样品加标准回收率99.60%～100.80%。方法结果准确度与钼酸铅重量法的一致,但本法选择性好、分析快速。     

在吐温-20存在下硫氰酸盐罗丹明B荧光淬灭法测定微量钼的研究

本文采用在硫酸介质中,表面活性剂吐温-20存在下,钼(Ⅴ)与SCN~-、罗丹明B形成多元配合物的荧光淬灭法测定微量钼,线性范围为0～10μg/25ml,检出限量为3×10~(-4)μg/ml.该方法灵敏度高、选择性好,可测定合金钢及石墨中的微量钼.
