User authentication is a prominent security requirement in wireless sensor networks (WSNs) for accessing the real‐time data from the sensors directly by a legitimate user (external party). Several user authentication schemes are proposed in the literature. However, most of them are either vulnerable to different known attacks or they are inefficient. Recently, Althobaiti et al. presented a biometric‐based user authentication scheme for WSNs. Although their scheme is efficient in computation, in this paper, we first show that their scheme has several security pitfalls such as (i) it is not resilient against node capture attack; (ii) it is insecure against impersonation attack; and (iii) it is insecure against man‐in‐the‐middle attack. We then aim to propose a novel biometric‐based user authentication scheme suitable for WSNs in order to withstand the security pitfalls found in Althobaiti et al. scheme. We show through the rigorous security analysis that our scheme is secure and satisfies the desirable security requirements. Furthermore, the simulation results for the formal security verification using the most widely used and accepted Automated Validation of Internet Security Protocols and Applications tool indicate that our scheme is secure. 为解决家居环境中数据实时监测的问题,设计了以CC2430作为控制核心的超低功耗智能家居数据采集系统。无线传感器采集家居环境中的温度、湿度、二氧化碳浓度、光照强度等数据,通过ZigBee协议组建星状无线局域网实现与上位机的通信,在上位机中实现图形化界面显示和数据入库存储。经实验证明,该系统可实现设计目标,数据准确接收率为100%,正常工作时间超过6个月,能够实时采集家居环境中的各项参数,为家居环境的智能化改造提供了一个切实可行的方法。 相似文献

Increasing level of personal and social health and life expectancy has resulted in the growth of aged people population. Elderly care is an essential and costly issue in any society that should be addressed in researches. Elderly care has faced some problems such as elderly solitary, trained caregivers insufficiency, and increasing cost of late diagnosis of diseases and accident. Regarding to these problems, smart home technology can be used as an efficient solution. It provides an expertise, long‐term, and low‐cost care that empowers elderly to have an independent life. In this paper, we propose an architecture for a health‐care system in a smart home. In this architecture, rapid and timely diagnosis of environmental incidents and health risks causes reduction in costs of health care and relief. Given to the vital aspect of health‐care systems, the proposed architecture components and solutions are presented to meet quality attributes such as availability, performance, security, and interoperability. The proposed architecture evaluation is based on the Architecture Tradeoff Analysis Method (ATAM) scenario‐based approach. ATAM is a method for analysis and evaluation of software systems architecture. And quality attributes scenarios are examined to meet quality requirement. 目前智能家居系统的数据加密技术多采用对称加密方式,但是这种方式存在密钥管理的问题,为实现密钥的安全,智能家居系统采用非对称加密技术,在此基础上设计了基于椭圆曲线密码体制(ECC)的密钥管理机制来达到保障密钥安全的目的.本密钥管理机制包括基于ECC的数据加密密钥管理机制和基于ECC的数字签名密钥管理机制,它们可以使得无线网络节点在身份认证,密钥的产生、分发、存储、更新等环节中密钥的安全性得到保障,其中密钥的存储环节利用了芯片内部闪存的读保护机制,实现了硬件级别的安全存储.最后对本机制的安全性、耗时和可扩展性进行了分析,结果表明该机制具有较强的安全性和可扩展性,在耗时方面优于E-G密钥管理方案. 相似文献

无线传感器网络在智能电网目标检测、监测和定位中得到到越来越多的应用.在无线传感器网络中,能量是一种临界资源,系统寿命通过节能策略得到延长.提出了一种基于能量感知的节点检测和定位方法.这种方法只需要少量的传感器节点信息,由簇头执行定位程序来确定进一步定位所需的传感器子集.这样减少了能量消耗和通信带宽需求,延长了系统寿命.实验结果显示,这种定位方法可以节省高达32%的能量. 相似文献

随着电子技术与网络技术的飞速发展,使得家居控制呈现出智能化、远程化、无线化的特点。本设计以ARM嵌入式平台作为中心控制装置,利用 GSM 网络、WI-FI 无线通讯技术、nRF24l01无线组网技术、以及基于单片机Atmega16的各类传感器组建了一个智能家居的系统网络。在本地可以按照需要调整电器状态,另一方面各类传感器可以监控家居的安防情况,一旦发现险情,系统通过GSM模块通知远方主人作出相应处理,减少财产损失。本设计对于进一步提高智能家居控制系统的实际应用水平和相关研究具有一定借鉴意义。 相似文献
