Smart Cities are advancing towards an instrumented, integrated, and intelligent living space, where Internet of Things (IoT), mobile technologies and next generation networks are expected to play a key role. In smart cities, numerous IoT-based services are likely to be available and a key challenge is to allow mobile users perform their daily tasks dynamically, by integrating the services available in their vicinity. Semantic Service Oriented Architectures (SSOA) abstract the environment’s services and their functionalities as Semantic Web Services (SWS). However, existing service composition approaches based on SSOA do not support dynamic reasoning on user tasks and service behaviours to deal with the heterogeneity of IoT domains. In this paper, we present an adaptive service composition framework that supports such dynamic reasoning. The framework is based on wEASEL, an abstract service model representing services and user tasks in terms of their signature, specification (i.e., context-aware pre-conditions, post-conditions and effects) and conversation (i.e., behaviour with related data-flow and context-flow constraints). To evaluate our composition framework, we develop a novel OWLS-TC4-based testbed by combining simple and composite services. The evaluation shows that our wEASEL-based system performs more accurate composition and allows end-users to discover and investigate more composition opportunities than other approaches.  相似文献

IPSec VPN技术因其方便、安全性高等特点,成为现在普遍采用的一种增加网络安全性的方法。智能卡是一张内含嵌入式集成电路芯片的信用卡般大小的电子卡,它将密钥对与证书封在卡内,能够使加密操作在卡内进行,从而保证私钥不需出卡,大大提高了安全性。IPSec VPN和智能卡的结合在网络中应用已经越来越广泛。智能卡软硬件相结合的CSP能够通过微软的Crypto API向应用程序提供各种网络安全应用。该文在移动安全终端系统的背景下,详细介绍了基于智能卡的CSP的设计与开发过程。  相似文献

随着城市规模越来越复杂,全国各级政府都在进行城市物联网和信息化建设,目前虽然搭建了互联骨干网和部署了大量的传感器,收集了众多的城市行为数据,但落后的信息管理模式难以体现信息价值,将信息体现在服务提升之中,造成信息资源的极大浪费。因此,将情境感知技术引入到智慧城市服务的应用之中,构建了一个基于情境感知的城市服务系统,并通过情境信息采集、情境信息推理和服务配置模型等关键技术,实时感知城市内的情境需求,从而提供智能化的业务服务组合。最后通过一社区智慧街道管理系统来验证本文所设计的系统效果。  相似文献

Smart cities are increasingly evolving, initializing new strategies, and programs that have a significant influence on policy making and scheduling while coexisting with urban facilities. To recognize urban planning offers to a smarter city context, it is now necessary to understand the contribution of the smart city in overall urban planning and vice versa. Currently, transportation has been seen as a connection to all aspects of life across the world. This article presents the results of a survey testing into whether the public supports the concept of green transportation in the smart cities. The green urban mobility model has been proposed to investigate urban traffic information to characterize important features of smart mobility in the smart cities. The development of intelligent transportation systems using the proposed model that makes traffic easier in the city to transport safe and more comfortable. The experimental results suggest the required factors of green transportation and realistic behavior of smart mobility.  相似文献

Smart city driven by Big Data and Internet of Things(loT)has become a most promising trend of the future.As one important function of smart city,event alert based on time series prediction is faced with the challenge of how to extract and represent discriminative features of sensing knowledge from the massive sequential data generated by IoT devices.In this paper,a framework based on sparse representa-tion model(SRM)for time series prediction is proposed as an efficient approach to tackle this challenge.After dividing the over-complete dictionary into upper and lower parts,the main idea of SRM is to obtain the sparse representation of time series based on the upper part firstly,and then realize the prediction of future values based on the lower part.The choice of different dictionaries has a significant impact on the performance of SRM.This paper focuses on the study of dictionary construction strategy and summarizes eight variants of SRM.Experimental results demonstrate that SRM can deal with different types of time series prediction flexibly and effectively.  相似文献

An earthquake significant on the Richter scale occurring in an area with a high population density requires an effective and equitable emergency response plan. Emergency resources are usually located in so-called responding centers. One of the first problems faced by disaster-response management personnel in the rapidly degrading post-earthquake conditions is to gage the hazard rate to which the disaster-affected area is subjected, estimate the time taken to bring the situation under control, also called restoration time, and select the appropriate responding center for relief-and-rescue activities. In this paper, we propose an elaborate semi-Markov model to capture the stochastic dynamics of the events that follow an earthquake, which will be used to quantify the hazard rate to which people are exposed and estimate the restoration time. The model will be further used, via dynamic programming, to determine the appropriate responding center. Our proposed model can be employed in conjunction with a variety of hazard scales and by collecting data on a few parameters related to emergency management. The model will be particularly useful in a smart city, where historic data on events following an earthquake would be systematically and accurately recorded.  相似文献

Numerous smart card based authentication protocols have been proposed to provide strong system security and robust individual privacy for communication between parties these days. Nevertheless, most of them do not provide formal analysis proof, and the security robustness is doubtful. Chang and Cheng (2011) proposed an efficient remote authentication protocol with smart cards and claimed that their proposed protocol could support secure communication in a multi-server environment. Unfortunately, there are opportunities for security enhancement in current schemes. In this paper, we identify the major weakness, i.e., session key disclosure, of a recently published protocol. We consequently propose a novel authentication scheme for a multi-server envi- ronment and give formal analysis proofs for security guarantees.  相似文献

The Internet of things (IoT) is emerging as the next big wave of digital presence for billions of devices on the Internet. Smart cities are a practical manifestation of IoT, with the goal of efficient, reliable, and safe delivery of city utilities like water, power, and transport to residents, through their intelligent management. A data‐driven IoT software platform is essential for realizing manageable and sustainable smart utilities and for novel applications to be developed upon them. Here, we propose such service‐oriented software architecture to address 2 key operational activities in a smart utility: the IoT fabric for resource management and the data and application platform for decision‐making. Our design uses Open Web standards and evolving network protocols, cloud and edge resources, and streaming big data platforms. We motivate our design requirements using the smart water management domain; some of these requirements are unique to developing nations. We also validate the architecture within a campus‐scale IoT testbed at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and present our experiences. Our architecture is scalable to a township or city while also generalizable to other smart utility domains. Our experiences serve as a template for other similar efforts, particularly in emerging markets and highlight the gaps and opportunities for a data‐driven IoT software architecture for smart cities.  相似文献

从通用分布式中间件和业务流程自动化两个角度剖析了Web Services技术,指出目前用以实现分布异质企业应用即时和自动集成的Web Services技术、与实现电信网络资源对第3应用开放的Parlay API技术存在结合点。进一步提出了结合二者、能够统一整合电信网络资源和企业应用资源的业务体系,该体系具备统一资源整合、业务逻辑即时集成、业务流程自动化的优点,有望从中产生下一代杀手业务。  相似文献
