Healthcare delivery is evolving from disease-centered to patient-centered care delivery where patients are active participants in their healthcare delivery. This calls for more communication and collaboration among all healthcare actors. There is also an increasing demand for personalized healthcare systems that provide effective information management, facilitate communication and collaboration, and support applications to meet user requirements. To address these challenges, we need to advance the integration and interoperability of healthcare applications in a controlled manner. Drawing upon a conceptual model from a collaborative care case study, we identified a set of interoperability requirements and developed a Mashup based interoperability framework. Our framework allows patients and other healthcare actors to engage in collaborative processes through online applications facilitated by mashups. We then use proof-of-concept implementations to demonstrate how our framework is able to facilitate different types of interoperability. We believe that collaborative technologies such as mashups can implement process interoperability requirements to support collaborative care delivery, particularly for asynchronous care delivery.  相似文献

To establish real u-healthcare environments, it is necessary to receive the context information obtained from various platforms at the proper time in portable devices which operate using both wired and wireless communication. Moreover, a knowledge model is required that reflects the information and characteristics needed for such services while remaining appropriate for medical reference. This paper develops an ontology-based healthcare context information model to implement a ubiquitous environment. Contextual information will be extracted and classified to implement the healthcare services using the context information model. The healthcare context information model can be defined using the ontology, and a common healthcare model will be developed by considering medical references and service environments. Application and healthcare service developers can use the sensed information in various environments by authoring device- and space-specific ontologies based on this common ontology. In addition, this paper designs a personalized u-healthcare service system. The validity of the model used in this study is evaluated for the food and exercise recommendation in u-healthcare services.  相似文献

随着区域医疗、移动医疗、转化医学等新兴技术的应用和发展,电子病历、电子健康档案及转化基因等数据都呈现出爆炸式增长.为了将医疗服务信任问题渗透到人与医疗信息系统可信交互中,提供以个性化、一体化、协同化与知识化为特征的现代医疗服务,必须有效管理和分析这些海量数据资源,达到医疗信息与服务普适共享、广大民众普遍受惠的目的.文中以社会计算为背景,提出一种面向现代医疗服务模式的普适医疗信息管理与服务体系PMIMSS,讨论了普适医疗面临的关键技术问题,包括医疗信息共享与集成、医疗知识发现与服务、医疗服务质量评价、个性化医疗服务推荐,以及基于人与医疗信息系统交互的可信机制等,并总结了当前的研究现状和进展,详细分析了存在的挑战性问题,提出了未来的研究方向.  相似文献

为了克服Web搜索引擎在可扩展性、协作性和个性化等方面存在的不足,提出了一种基于Peer to Peer 的全分布、协作式、自组织的个性化Web信息检索,定义了以查询主题为中心进行主题聚类、数据组织和查询路由的用户协作共享策略,设计了协作生成用户兴趣列表向量、对相似语义查询进行主题聚类和更新、基于查询集建立倒排索引以及基于查询主题进行语义路由等算法和机制,以提供人性化、协作式、个性化的搜索。模拟实验表明,原型系统可以加快查询速度,减轻网络负荷,提高搜索的准确率。  相似文献

The demand for better health services has resulted in the advancement of remote monitoring health, i.e., virtual nursing systems, to watch and support the elderly with innovative concepts such as being patient-centric, easier to use, and having smarter interactions and more accurate conclusions. While virtual nursing services attempt to provide consumers and medical practitioners with continuous medical and health monitoring services, access to allied healthcare experts such as nurses remains a challenge. In this research, we present Virtual Nursing Using Deep Belief Networks for Elderly People (DBN-EP), a new framework that provides a virtual nurse agent deployed on a senior citizen’s home, workplace, or care centre to help manage their health condition on a continuous basis. Using this method, healthcare providers can assign various jobs to nurses by utilizing a general task definition mechanism, in which a task is defined as a combination of medical workflow, operational guidelines, and data gathered from a remotely monitored virtual nursing system. Practitioners are in charge of DBN-EP and make treatment decisions for patients. This allows a DBN-EP to act as a personalized full-time nurse for a client by carrying out practitioner support activities based on information gathered about the client’s health. An electronic Personal Health Record (ePHR) system, such as a specialized web portal and mobile apps, could provide such patient information to elderly person family members and care centres. We created a prototype system using a DBN-EP system that allows traditional client applications and healthcare provider systems to collaborate. Finally, we demonstrate how this system may benefit the elderly through a result and debate.  相似文献

Future Internet (FI) technologies are introducing new ways of networking and cognitive data delivery. In this paper, the potential of FI-based architectures for enabling the context-aware content adaptation and specialized delivery of health related information in assistive environments is investigated. The proposed system utilizes the publish/subscribe internetworking (PSI) architecture, an information-oriented architecture built for the FI using the so-called publish/subscribe paradigm. Information is brought at the center of the approach, providing several advantages: flexibility, seamless information morphing and exploitation of context, access control, and security in general. In addition to an overview of the approach and its characteristics, this work also presents the implementation of a subset of an assistive environment, using Blackadder, PSI’s prototype, and illustrates its potential with an emergency service scenario for the assistive healthcare domain.  相似文献

Healthcare is an increasingly collaborative enterprise, involving broad range of healthcare services provided by many individuals and organizations. Apart from the provision of healthcare services to patients during hospitalization, the ability to assist people who have healthcare needs at their homes (e.g., the elderly) has become an increasingly critical issue. Provision of such personalized medical care services to patients requires readily access to integrated healthcare services ubiquitously. The integration of mobile and wireless devices with Grid technology can provide ubiquitous and pervasive access to Grid services. This article presents MASPortal, a Grid portal application for the assistance of people who are in need of medical advice at their homes. MASPortal is designed for use with wireless Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) and provides remote access to an automated medical diagnostic and treatment advice system via an adaptive and easy to use interface. MASPortal has been implemented with a multi-layered security infrastructure in order to ensure secure access to healthcare processes and sensitive patient data.  相似文献

在电子商务环境中,实现个性化服务,理解用户兴趣就成了提供个性化服务的关键任务。因此,建立用户兴趣模型和构建推荐库就成为个性化推荐系统的实现基础。论文通过网络爬虫获取到相关的网页,进行预处理后,采用SVM(支持向量机)分类文档建立推荐库。通过对用户访问路径、搜索关键字等分析,获取用户兴趣,采用向量空间模型表示用户兴趣,利用机器学习构建用户兴趣模型。在推荐库和用户兴趣模型的基础上,加入推荐引擎,实现了基于电子商务的个性化推荐系统。  相似文献

Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) is becoming a platform that changes the way we obtain information and entertainment, and offers interactive features and personalized services. Although IPTV service providers can perform TV viewer identification and authentication through a unique hardware identifier in the form of a set-top box (STB), it is based on STB-level identification which leads to the situation where all members of a subscriber family get the same level of access to services. This indicates that existing identification schemes are inconsistent with IPTV’s main intent, namely, providing personalized services. Smartphones with NFC (Near Field Communication) capabilities have grown to become very popular over the years. In this study, we present a novel personalized IPTV service system in which NFC-based identification with HCE (Host Card Emulation) is adopted. The experiments and analyses show that the proposed system can meet the system requirements and provide great usability, deployability and service scalability for personalized IPTV services.  相似文献

针对中心化的Web信息搜索系统在覆盖率、及时性、个性化、可扩展性等方面存在的问题,提出了一种基于Peer-to-Peer(P2P)的可扩展、个性化的Web搜索系统PeerBridge。PeerBridge基于分布式哈希表组织大量的网络结点形成有组织的P2P覆盖网络,每个对等体作为一个主题搜索引擎,根据用户兴趣从Web中搜索特定主题相关的信息,而具有相似主题的对等体被聚集在一起形成基于主题的对等体簇,协作进行Web搜索与信息共享。并采用主题驱动的Web爬行、基于语义概念的文档分类、个性化的链接分析和基于主题划分的P2P搜索等机制来改善PeerBridge的性能。  相似文献

Recently, as the Internet service technology has been activated and popularized, digital contents industry is increasingly attracting attention as a promising industry. Digital content is a material or information that appears with the development of information and communication technology. It is represented by a sign character, voice, sound, image and video. This digital content industry has been applied to various disciplines. P2P service model is being used as a new business model in the field of digital contents industry. P2P service model is the most important factor in constructing a collaboration system between users. In other words, as more users collaborate, such as sharing content, contributing computing resources, etc., the network becomes rich in data. In addition, smooth traffic processing can be ensured through contribution of computing power. Conversely, as collaboration between users decreases, the resources of the P2P system become exhausted, which can lead to system collapse. Therefore, this paper developed a system for creative English education for young children. To this end, we designed and developed an English education system that can generate interest by applying augmented reality(AR) and implemented which is based on the P2P network service model. Finally, we provide virtual multimedia education contents using augmented reality and build a system environment applying P2P network service model method. Based on this, we implemented the functions such as learning process, progress check, result feedback between instructor and learner in real time.  相似文献

作为个性化服务技术的核心,用户模型的质量关系到个性化服务的质量。目前的用户模型大多只考虑用户的显式信息或隐式信息,很少同时考虑两者,使得检索质量不如人意。提出了一种新的基于日志分析的用户个性化模型,结合了传统的显式建模和隐式建模的优点,把显式个性化信息和隐式个性化信息通过两层树状结构结合起来。模型同时考虑了用户历史信息的长短期划分,以及检索系统返回结果的顺序和用户对结果页面的点击顺序。实验结果表明,基于该用户模型的个性化检索效果与原有检索系统的检索效果相比有显著提高。  相似文献

Cloud computing has become a promising paradigm as next generation computing model, by providing computation, software, data access, and storage services that do not need to know the location of physical resources interconnected across the globe providing such services. In such an environment, important issues as information sharing and resource/service discovery arise. In order to overcome critical limitations in centralized approaches for information sharing and resource/service discovery, this paper proposes a framework of a scalable multi-attribute hybrid overlay featured with decentralized information sharing, flexible resource/service discovery, fault tolerance and load balancing. Additionally, the proposed hybrid overlay integrates a structured P2P system with an unstructured one to support complex queries. Mechanisms such as load balancing and fault tolerance implemented in our proposed system to improve the overall system performance are also discussed. Experimental results show that the performance of the proposed approach is feasible and stable, as the proposed hybrid overlay improves system performance by reducing the number of routing hops and balancing the load by migrating requests.  相似文献

A web-based transitional health record was created to provide regional healthcare professionals with ubiquitous access to information on people with brain injuries as they move through the healthcare system. Participants included public, private, and community healthcare organizations/providers in Eastern Ontario (Canada). One hundred and nineteen service providers and 39 brain injury survivors registered over 6 months. Fifty-eight percent received English and 42% received bilingual services (English-French). Public health providers contacted the regional service coordinator more than private providers (52% urban centres, 26% rural service providers, and 22% both areas). Thirty-five percent of contacts were for technical difficulties, 32% registration inquiries, 21% forms and processes, 6% resources, and 6% education. Seventeen technical enquiries required action by technical support personnel: 41% digital certificates, 29% web forms, and 12% log-in. This web-based approach to clinical information sharing provided access to relevant data as clients moved through or re-entered the health system. Improvements include automated digital certificate management, institutional health records system integration, and more referral tracking tools. More sensitive test data could be accessed on-line with increasing consumer/clinician confidence. In addition to a strong technical infrastructure, human resource issues are a major information security component and require continuing attention to ensure a viable on-line information environment.  相似文献
