稀土蠕墨铸铁鉴定会在济南召开

山东省机械工业厅受一机部委托,于1980年12月9日—11日在济南召开了“用冲天炉熔制稀土蠕墨铸铁”鉴定会。参加会议的有领导机关、大专院校、科研单位、工厂等35个单位,共42名代表。会议对稀土蠕墨铸铁的熔炼工艺、稀土锌镁蠕化剂熔炼工艺、稀土蠕墨铸铁的机械加工性能、耐磨性能、铸造性能、铸件的钢性等方面进行了鉴定。并参观了济南材料试验机厂的现场操作表演。     

蠕墨铸铁在焦炉护炉铁件设计中的应用

蠕墨铸铁具有较高的机械性能和良好的抗热疲劳、耐磨损、耐热腐蚀的性能。采用蠕墨铸铁代替灰铸铁作护炉铁件材料 ,经对炉门、炉框、大保护板强度进行核算 ,证明蠕墨铸铁适合于护炉铁件 ,并具有可观的经济效益     

富镧蠕化剂对铸铁中的石墨形态和组织的影响

为了合理利用稀土资源中随着钕、铈的大量提取和应用后所得的副产品富镧混合稀土金属,本文直接在直流矿热炉中用碳热还原法制备富镧基稀土硅铁合金,并利用所制备的富镧稀土硅铁合金作为蠕化剂来制取蠕墨铸铁.主要研究了富镧稀土硅铁合金的加入量对铸铁中石墨形态和组织的影响.结果证明,用富镧基稀土蠕化剂,通过控制适当的工艺条件,能够得到蠕墨铸铁和球墨铸铁.     

稀土对铸铁在600℃、700℃时抗氧化性影响的试验研究

本文采用氧化增重及氧化层厚度两种试验疗法和参数,探讨了稀土对铸铁在600℃、700℃时抗氧化性的影响。研究结果表明:稀土元素改善铸铁抗氧化性能的机制在于残留在铸铁中的稀土改变了石墨形状及分布特征,而不是通过合金化改变氧化膜的结构和组成。在灰铸铁中,随片状石墨的细化,D型石墨数量的增加,抗氧化性得到改善。而蠕墨铸铁的抗氧化性能与其蠕化率有着密切的关系。试验发现在含碳量相同时,高蠕化率的蠕墨铸铁抗氧化性能优于A型片状石墨铸铁,而劣于D型石墨铸铁。     

稀土蠕墨铸铁在小型钢锭模中的应用

山东省机械设计研究院与莱芜钢厂协作进行了蠕墨铸铁钢锭模的研制工作。蠕墨铸铁用该厂冲天炉熔炼,采用稀土锌铝镁合金作蠕化剂,所生产的锭模在炼钢车间四个锭盘上与灰铁锭模作了对比,浇注钢种大部份为合金结构钢、滚珠钢、其余为碳     

稀土在铸铁中的应用及其效果

本文综述了近几年来稀土合金在灰铸铁、蠕墨铸铁、球墨铸铁、可锻铸铁以及特种性能铸铁(耐磨、耐热和耐腐蚀铸铁)中的应用情况以及作者等人的少量工作。稀土合金在各种铸铁中的应用是以球化剂、蠕化剂、孕育剂(或称变质剂)等形式出现的,它们对改善和提高铸铁组织与性能起了良好的作用,但针对不同生产条件,需要研究最佳加入量和最合适的加入方法。文中还结合稀土应用的效果,阐明了稀土具有纯化精炼、改变石墨形状、中和干扰元素以及减少白口倾向、填加石墨化程度和细化共晶团等作用。从而,提出了今后应在采用现代实验手段,进一步研究稀土元素的性能和作用,并有效加以利用的基础上,开拓稀土在铸铁生产中更为广泛的应用前景。     

稀土对余热淬火低合金耐磨蠕铁组织和性能的影响

研究了稀土对余热淬火低合金耐磨蠕铁中石墨形态及碳化物尺寸的影响。试验表明，稀土能使低合金铸铁组织中的板条状碳化物细化，其原因主要和细小均匀分布在基体中的蠕墨对碳化物长大起阻碍作用有关。生产实践表明，这种稀土变质低合金铸铁在余热淬火处理条件下能获得较好的韧性及耐磨性。     

《稀土铸铁》专著介绍

清华大学机械系副教授根据长期从事稀土铸铁理论研究与生产应用所积累的大量资料,特别是“六五”“七五”期间承担国家科技攻关项目所取得的成果,于1993年初完成专著——《稀土铸铁》。稀土铸铁是指含有稀土元素的球墨铸铁,蠕墨铸铁,灰口铸铁及其它的铸铁材料。     

含砷铁水的蠕化处理

本文研究了用稀土铁合金直接处理含硫含砷铁水生产蠕墨铸铁的可行性及其工艺原理。采用1号稀土铁合金作为变质剂对中等含砷量(最高达0.27%)的铸造铁水进行处理,得到69%的平均脱硫率和44%的平均脱砷率。研究了所得蠕墨铸铁的石墨形态和力学性能。分析了硫、砷和稀土等元素对石墨形态和铸件力学性能的影响。通过热力学计算分析了稀土同时脱硫脱砷的可行性和可能产物。确定了合理的工艺条件。     

铸铁模材质的研究及改进

简要介绍选用蠕墨铸铁作为铸铁模材质的原因、试制的工艺措施及装机服役情况，并分析了蠕墨铸铁模的使用寿命与其材质中的石墨形态的关系，指出蠕墨铸铁模的使用寿命主要取决于其本身的蠕化率。
