The damage characteristics of a typical semiconductor bridge and a microsemiconductor bridge under the action of an electrostatic discharge are studied in experiments, which include semiconductor film shape measurement, resistance fluctuate evaluation, ignition characteristics, and invalidation threshold voltage measurement. A problem of ignition of a semi-infinite solid-propellant plate by a low-temperature plasma jet formed in an igniter under a high-power electric discharge is considered. Particular attention is paid to formation and evolution of zones of forced gasification of the fuel under the action of a heat flux from the plasma to the propellant. The acute toxicity of lead frame effluent to Daphnia magna was found to be 22.62 TU, which far exceeded the toxicity discharge limit in Korea (<1 TU). TIE phases I and II result suggest that the mixture of Ag, Cu and CN were likely responsible for the observed toxicity, and this was confirmed by mass balance approach (TIE phase III). In addition, the Visual MINTEQ simulation suggested the presence of [Ag(CN)2] and [Cu(CN)3]2− complexes in the effluent. Therefore, TIE procedures with chemical speciation modeling were effective for identifying the cause of acute toxicity in industrial effluents.  相似文献

1.  Critical conditions of thermal ignition of an annular layer have been investigated, with an arbitrary temperature difference at the cylinder surfaces and also with one surface thermostatted and the other heat-insulated. Transcendental equations determining the critical value of the Frank-Kamenetskii parameter are obtained.
2.  With the same temperature boundary conditions, dissipative flow of a viscous liquid with an exponential temperature dependence of the viscosity between two rotating cylinders has been considered, with the value of the tangential stress specified at the surface of the rotating cylinder. An analogy is established between thermal ignition of an annular layer and dissipative liquid flow between two rotating cylinders.
3.  In the case of one heat-insulated surface, the analogy exists between the ignition of an annular layer from the inner heat-insulated cylinder and dissipative flow with a heat-insulated outer cylinder, and conversely.
4.  For these cases, there is a simple relation between the critical values of the Frank-Kamenetskii parameter of hydrodynamic thermal explosion and thermal explosion of chemical explosion; see Eq. (39).

The initiation of a reactive material by an inert particle at a high initial temperature and with a limited heat reserve is studied numerically. The possibility of using known ignition criteria to study the process are analyzed. The effect of burnout on high-temperature ignition by a particle with a limited heat reserve is studied. 以聚氨酯泡塑为骨架,以双硫腙为接枝螯合基团,经Mannich反应,合成一种具有螯合重金属离子性能的新型材料,即双硫腙接枝聚氨酯泡塑吸附材料。依据含铅废水的水体特征以及合成的双硫腙接枝聚氨酯泡塑材料的性质,对含铅模拟废水进行吸附处理实验,探索了该泡塑材料在处理含铅废水时的最佳工艺条件,并且对其热力学及动力学机理进行了探讨。结果表明,双硫腙接枝聚氨酯泡塑材料对含铅废水有不错的吸附效果。该泡塑材料吸附铅的最佳条件:在温度20℃、p H=6时,0.3 g双硫腙接枝螯合泡塑处理5 mg/L的含铅废水50 m L,反应时间4 h后铅去除率能达到99.99%。此外,对螯合泡塑的合成机理以及吸附机理进行了理论上的分析和解释,指出了按照Mannich反应机理制备出螯合泡塑,基于在聚氨酯泡塑上引入具有螯合作用的基团双硫腙,使得该螯合泡塑具有捕捉Pb2+螯合作用。  相似文献

采用HNO3-H2O2微波消解样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定纸杯中的铅。探讨了最佳的微波消解参数,优化了实验条件。结果表明,该方法的检出限为0.02μg/L,加标回收率在91.66%~109.64%。该方法具有简便、快速、准确和灵敏度高的优点,适用于纸杯中铅元素的测定。  相似文献

The process of fast ignition of double-base solid propellants (ignition time 0.6–40 msec) is studied in a model rocket chamber by means of fine thermocouples that are located on the surface being ignited and in the igniting gas stream under rapidly varying external conditions. The basic parameters of the process (propellant surface temperature, gas-propellant heat transfer coefficient, heat flux from the gas to the propellant, and the heat content and the heat release in the propellant) are obtained as functions of time. Three ignition regimes are found: fast, normal, and delayed. We discuss briefly the nature of the transition to steady-state combustion for the obtained regimes. Approximate analytical solution and numerical calculations of the ignition of a condensed material (CM) by a wire heated by direct electric current are used to study the effect of electrophysical characteristics and geometrical dimensions of the conductor and the thermokinetic properties of the solid fuel on the ignition delay. The results obtained are in satisfactory agreement with experimental data. Results of parametrical analysis are generalized by an interpolation formula.
