综述了国外PA6聚合生产工艺与设备,介绍了几种常用的聚合方法及特点,并进行了对比。德国Zimmer公司、KarlFischer公司;瑞士Inventa公司;意大利NOY公司等的工艺技术设计合理,所生产的产品质量较好,分子量分布均匀。其设备特点是在聚合管内广泛采用静态混合器或整流器,萃取塔采用狭缝式结构,干燥塔内采用热氮气干燥,聚合过程采用DCS集散系统控制,生产过程全部连续化。建议各地在引进新装置时,应围绕技术经济性、产品用途作全面评价,根据具体情况,选择最佳方案。  相似文献

对国内外一部分尼龙6厂家使用的直型 VK 管进行了实地考察和对比,认为国产直型 VK 管处于落后状态:设备结构过于简单,生产能力小,所生产的产品质量较差。爱姆斯—伊文达公司设计的直型 VK 管比较先进,设计合理,在技术上处于领先地位。针对国产直型 VK 管存在的缺陷,建议有关研究设计院研制具有中国特色的直型 VK 管,以利于发展我国的尼龙生产。  相似文献

The flow mechanism of Polyamide-6 (PA6) melt over conical perforated baffles in the VK tube is elucidated by computerized analysis based on a rational assumption of Stokes' flow. The governing equations for a two-dimensional flow are solved by the finite difference method to generate the stream function profile, velocity field and residence time distribution. Optimization of the geometries of the baffle structure brings about a uniform residence time distribution, so as to ensure a homogeneous extent of reaction for the final product. The complete mathematical model for PA6 polymerization while flowing through the VK tube was established according to PA6 hydrolytic polymerization kinetics. The optimized baffle structure was shown to be compatible with the desired polymerization variables.  相似文献

A new type of three-phase thermoplastic composite has been made, consisting of a main reinforcing phase of woven glass or carbon fibres and a PA6 nanocomposite matrix. Nanocomposites have the potential to improve the matrix dominated flexural and compressive strength by increasing the matrix modulus. Good quality fibre composites have been made with several types of PA6 nanocomposite and unfilled PA6 in combination with glass and carbon fibre reinforcement. Flexural tests on commercial PA6 fibre composites have shown the decrease of the flexural strength upon increasing temperature and this has been compared with the decrease of the matrix modulus. The nanocomposites used in this research have moduli that are much higher than unfilled PA6, also above Tg and in moisture conditioned samples. The strength of glass fibre composites can be increased by more than 40% at elevated temperatures and the temperature range at which a certain minimum strength is present can be increased by 40-50 °C. Carbon fibre composites also show significant improvements at elevated temperatures, although not at room temperature. The advantage of the use of nanocomposites instead of other polymers to improve the fibre composite properties is that the properties can be improved without any change in the processing conditions.  相似文献

A series of polymer blends were designed and manufactured. They are composed of three phases: polypropylene (PP), polyamide-6 (PA6) and polyethylene-octene elastomer (POE) grafted with maleic anhydride. The weight fraction of PA6 was adjusted from 0 to 40% by increments of 10%, and the weight fraction of POE was systematically half that of PA6. The morphology, essentially made of PA6 particles dispersed in the PP matrix, was characterised by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). In the extruded plates prepared with the blends, the shape of the dispersed PA6 particles showed an elongated ellipsoidal shape, whose aspect ratio increased somehow with alloying content. The POE modifier was observed both as a thin interlayer (less than 100 nm thickness) at the PP/PA6 interface, and as a few isolated particles. The elastic modulus and yield stress in tension are nearly constant for PP and blends. By contrast, the notched Izod impact strength increases very much with alloying content. This remarkable effect is interpreted in terms of POE interphase cavitation, enhanced plastic shear deformation and resistance of PA6 particles to crack propagation.  相似文献

PA‐6/organo‐modified layered silicate nanocompounds were prepared by the melt mixing of PA‐6 with different nanoclay loadings in a corotating twin‐screw extruder. Gasoline tubes based on these nanocompounds were produced at different silicate loadings. Thermal, mechanical, rheological, and barrier properties of the different samples were investigated and correlated to their morphology. Transmission electron microscopy, wide angle X‐ray scattering, and linear melt state viscoelastic measurements were used to characterize the different aspects of nanoclay dispersion in the nanocomposite samples. While tensile modulus, softening point, heat distortion temperature, and gasoline barrier properties of the prepared tubes were improved considerably by increasing the clay content, performance improvement with respect to clay content (after a certain value) decreased with increasing clay loading. It could be attributed to the re‐agglomeration of tactoids at higher concentrations. These findings were correlated with the rheological and morphological observations. J. VINYL ADDIT.
