Heavy metal uptake from greenhouse border soils for edible vegetables   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Six essential elements, cadmium and lead were determined in some horticultural species cultivated in greenhouse borders by atomic absorption spectrophotometry to evaluate the contribution of these vegetables to the daily intake of cadmium and lead in Spain. The existence of significant differences ( P <0.001) in the levels of metallic concentration found among the vegetable species has been proved, and the greater capacity of concentration of heavy metals, except copper, in green beans was observed. No statistically significant correlation ( P > 0.05) between the concentration of the soil and that of corresponding vegetable species was found. The heavy metal uptake from soil to plants is a function of the physical and chemical nature of the soil and is altered by innumerable environmental and human factors. If the mean levels of cadmium and lead (0.029 mg kg?1 and 0.221 mg kg?1 respectively) are taken into account, the daily intake contribution of these metals will be 1.4 μg day?1 for cadmium and 11 μg day?1 for lead.  相似文献

 Cultivated Agaricus bisporus possess the ability to bioaccumulate seven heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Hg, Fe, Cu, Mn, and Zn). The cultivated champignon mushroom A. bisporus was grown in soil composts of 16 different compositions. An edible mushroom, A. bisporus was also cultivated on humic compost artificially fortified with the seven heavy metals at five different concentrations (0.1 mg/kg, 0.5 mg/kg, 1.0 mg/kg, 3.0 mg/kg, and 10.0 mg/kg) and on control substrate (0 mg/kg) on a dry weight basis. Two hundred fish samples were collected seasonally from November 2000 to December 2001 from the Tuzla Lagoon. Heavy metal (Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn, and Fe) concentrations were measured in the muscle, gill, liver and gonad of three fish species (Sparus aurata, Dicentrarchus labrax and Mugil cephalus). The concentrations of heavy metals were determined by using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (FLAAS) and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry (GFAAS) after wet digestion method.  相似文献

The concentrations of cadmium, copper, mercury and lead in fish from the Neretva river have been investigated in order to assess safety for consumers and the level of contamination. Samples of muscle and liver from six fish species (brown trout, common carp, prussian carp, chub, rudd and gray mullet) were collected at six locations upstream and downstream from the three largest towns along the Neretva river. Metal concentrations were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry after microwave-assisted acid mineralisation. Accumulation of metals in fish tissues was species-dependent. The average content of metals in fish muscle samples was 0.013-0.055, 0.068-16.059, 0.050-0.401 and 0.055-0.703 mg/kg for Cd, Cu, Hg and Pb, respectively. Health effects due to fish consumption could not be excluded. Further investigation is recommended, including a survey of fish consumption frequency among the local inhabitants and sports fishermen.  相似文献

近年来,随着我国居民对健康的重视程度不断提升,食品安全问题也逐渐成为人们关注的焦点问题。食品供应链物流环节较长,容易引发食品安全问题,因此对食品供应链物流运行机制的研究具有重要意义。本文通过分析食品供应链物流的现状,指出了食品供应链物流中制约食品安全的因素,包括:食品物流包装不合格、食品供应链物流基础设施不完备、信息化程度低和缺乏食品安全监督机制。最后提出了建立保障食品安全的食品供应链物流运行机制,主要从建立食品供应链物流企业信用评价体系、建立食品供应链物流的科学协同机制、建立食品供应链物流的信息化保障机制以及监督机制4方面进行了论述。  相似文献

In this study, 144 raw milk samples were analysed for heavy metal contamination derived from emissions from industrial operations in Tekkekoy, Samsun, Turkey. Cu, Fe, Zn, Cr, Ni, Cd, As and Pb levels in samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP‐MS). The average amounts of copper, chromium, iron, zinc, nickel, cadmium, arsenic and lead were determined as 1.130, 0.441, 12.920, 0.032, 0.483, 0.006, 0.003 and 0.004 mg/kg, respectively. It was determined that the summer period has the highest levels for copper, lead and cadmium. The highest contents of arsenic and copper were found at the two industrial regions that were close to Black Sea, described as ‘1st’ and ‘2nd’ region. Whereas the 3rd and 4th regions that were far from an industrial zone and also from the Black Sea, nickel, lead and chromium had the highest levels.  相似文献

Aroma compounds are most closely associated with the volatile fraction of foods. Common analytical separation procedures employed to analyse volatile compounds need, even today, that prior to GC analysis of an aroma or a fragrance, these compounds be concentrated or/and isolated from the non-volatile matrix. This step constitutes a problem that has still not been satisfactorily resolved and for this, several sample preparation methods can be found into the bibliography. This review gives a brief overview of solid phase extraction techniques to analyse volatiles. Procedures such as solid phase extraction (SPE), solid phase microextraction (SPME), stir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE), and the recent solid phase dynamic extraction (SPDE) will be discussed and critically evaluated. Contemporary applications of these techniques to the study of volatile compounds in wine and other enological products will be presented.  相似文献

Whereas the dramatic environmental impact of plastic waste rightfully receives considerable attention by scientists, policy makers and public in general, the human health impact of micro- and nanoplastics contamination of our food and beverages remains largely unknown. Indeed, most studies aim at understanding the environmental impact rather than the human health impact of a possible exposure to micro- and nanoplastics. In addition, these papers generally lack a methodological, standardised approach. Furthermore, some studies focus on the damage to and contamination level of animal species collected from the wild environment, and others investigate the rate and biology of microplastic uptake of animals fed with microplastics in laboratory. This review aims at understanding human exposure. Since there is, with few exceptions, no evidence available on the presence of micro- and nanoplastics in a normal diet, this study takes an indirect approach and analyses peer-reviewed publications since 2010 that document the presence of micro- and nanoplastics in those animals (more than 200 species) and food products that are part of the human food chain and that may thus contribute directly or indirectly to the uptake of micro- and nanoplastics via the human diet. It also addresses the question of the definitions, the methodologies and the quality criteria applied to obtain the reported results. This review suggests that, beyond a few estimations and comparisons, precise data to assess the exact exposure of humans to micro- and nanoplastics through their diet cannot be produced until standardised methods and definitions are available.  相似文献

Foodborne illness continues as a considerable threat to public health. Despite improved hygiene management systems and increased regulation, pathogenic bacteria still contaminate food, causing sporadic cases of illness and disease outbreaks worldwide. For many centuries, microbial antagonism has been used in food processing to improve food safety. An understanding of the mode of action of this microbial antagonism has been gained in recent years and potential applications in food and feed safety are now being explored. 随着大数据时代的到来,数据作为新的生产要素起到了越来越重要的作用。在食品安全领域,频发的食品安全质量问题引起人们对食品质量的高度重视,其主要原因在于食品供应链环节存在风险,因此,对供应链流通链条的风险控制、进行食品信息的可追溯构建显得尤为重要。由于食品交易的信息不对称性,一旦发生食品安全事件,食品流通过程的数据信息将对问题的溯源起到至关重要的作用。因此,本文试图从供应链的角度对食品流通过程的信息进行整合分析,基于各个环节的风险管理目标,通过对食品从采购、到加工、贮存、运输、销售的各个环节的信息进行全方位的记录,提出建立食品流通数据库的基本构想,以期对国家食品流通数据库的建设提供参考,为食品安全质量控制和国家宏观调控做出贡献。  相似文献

食品重金属污染事件常见报道,重金属在人体内积累后,可通过干扰人体蛋白质和酶的运输而产生生理毒性。因此,重金属的检测对于保障食品安全具有重要意义。近年来,生物传感检测技术因其方法构建灵活、特异性强、检测效率高和易于便携化等优点,广泛应用于临床诊断、药物分析、环境检测和食品安全领域。尤其在食品中重金属污染的检测中,生物传感方法可提供灵活多变的检测策略,且易于实现现场快速检测。本文总结了食品重金属污染的传统检测方法和新型检测方法,重点介绍了荧光、表面增强拉曼、电化学、场效应晶体管等生物传感器的优缺点,为食品中重金属污染物的检测和控制提供参考,同时也有助于促进检测新技术的发展,为规范食品安全和提高食品质量提供新思路。  相似文献
