After 290 h electrochemical charging of deuterium,the density of dislocation in well-annealedPd was increased from 10~8/cm~2 to over 10~12/cm~2 and a large amount of bubble-like voidsor cracks was observed by optical and transmission electron microscopes.The mechanism ofdeuterium cracking is believed due to the formation of molecular De during the segregstionand combination of deuterium atoms around dislocations.XRD results showed that the latticeconstant of Pd increased from 0.3890 nm to 0.4034 nm. 相似文献

The basic mechanism and kinetics of the transformation process of alumina inclusions in steel was reported when calcium introduced into the steel by wire feeding orpowder injection. To clarify the mechanisms model, experiments were performed by studying reactions between AltOs and CaO in a laboratory furnace and by performing calcium treatments in an 8kg induction furnace for Al deoxidised melt. The phases formed during the reaction between Al2O3 and CaO were examined by SEM-EDS (scanning electron microscope-energy dispersive spectrometer), and the reaction sequence of Al2O3=〉 CA6=〉 CA2 =〉 CA =〉 CAx(l) was discussed in term of the experimental observations. The kinetics of the reaction of calcium with alumina inclusions were simulated by immersing alumina plates in a Ca treated steel melt in the induction furnace. Results were compared with observations of real inclusion transformation. A kinetic model was proposed based on the results. 相似文献

实验结果表明,硼在γ—Fe中的扩散系数相当于间隙原子的扩散系数,故一般认为硼是以间隙方式扩散,但本文计算结果表明:硼在γ—Fe中,主要是以硼—空位复合体方式扩散,其扩散系数与实验值非常接近,而且γ—Fe/B晶界的非平衡偏聚和Fe—B系晶格常数测量结果支持了本文的观点。 相似文献

Mechanism for diffusion of B in γ-Fe is believed to be mainly by means of boron-vacancycomplexes other than as interstitial atoms previously.This was made of calculation on the ba-sis of theoretical model proposed by the authors.The calculated diffusion coefficient of B inγ-Fe after this mechanism is consistent with the experimental values.In addition,this is alsosupported by the non-equilibrium segregation phenomenon of B at grain boundaries of γ-Feand the lattice constant measurement of Fe-B alloy. 相似文献

The fracture mechanism of deformation-aged Al-Li alloy was approached by investigatingthe influence of prior cold deformation on the precipitation kinetics as well as the behavioursof work hardening and fracture for Al-2.73Li alloy.The experimental results show that thework hardening rate and the strength are increased and the ductility is decreased by prior colddeformation.The decrease in ductility is mainly due to the cell dislocaton substructure distrib-uted inhomogeneously and the hardening of precipitate free zones at grain boundaries causedby prior cold deformation.The failure mode in the alloy is a mixed integranular andtransgranular one.The tendency of intergranular fracture is intensified through thedeformation-aging.The mechanisms of intergranular failure in the alloy are different undervarious deformation-aging treatments. 相似文献
