主要研究了复合材料转移法金属化所用脱模剂的制备及应用。通过对脱模剂配方和成膜工艺的研究 ,提高了转移金属层表面的平整度和光洁度 ,该技术的应用成功地实现了大型复合材料制件的表面金属化。由于该脱模剂的防锈性和可剥性 ,它可推广应用于制件运输和储存过程中的保护。  相似文献

高分子表面金属化是对高分子材料表面进行改性处理使其具有良好物理性能、力学性能及金属光泽的表面技术,广泛应用于高分子导电、薄膜修饰、电磁屏蔽等领域。本文综述了高分子表面金属化的两大类技术方法,即干法镀膜和湿法镀膜。介绍了几种典型的表面处理技术,如真空镀膜、喷涂金属转移法、化学镀、化学还原金属化以及电镀,并总结了它们的技术特点以及在科学研究和工业生产应用中的难点。阐明了从传统电镀技术发展而来的高分子表面直接电镀工艺的优势,直接电镀工艺省去了电镀前的活化工序,缩短了工艺时间,避免了电镀前工艺对环境造成的污染,成为高分子表面金属化技术发展的新方向。  相似文献

为解决由碳纤维复合材料制备的雷达天线罩自身导电性能差、反射能力弱和空间防护能力不高的问题,先通过电弧喷涂技术在Q235钢模具表面制备铝涂层,然后在碳纤维复合材料固化的过程中将其转移至天线罩表面。研究了电弧喷涂时的主要工艺参数对铝涂层孔隙率的影响,得到最佳的工艺参数为:空气压力0.6 MPa,喷涂距离300 mm,喷涂电压28 V。扫描电镜表征和热淬法测试表明,通过上述方法在天线罩表面制备的导电涂层均匀连续,表面致密,无裂纹、空腔和外来夹杂物,结合力良好。  相似文献

使碳纤维复合材料反射器的表面金属化可以有效降低电磁波在反射器表面的能量消耗,采用机器人进行喷涂可以有效解决人工喷涂产品质量不稳定以及效率低下的问题。基于机器人的喷涂过程,分析了喷涂过程的影响因素:一是机器人轨迹,包含机器人行走路径模式和相邻行走路径的间距;二是喷枪单元参数,包含各路气压值、喷涂丝材的走丝速度、喷枪的行走速度以及喷枪距离基体表面的相对高度。以某反射器为基础,确定了合适的自动喷涂参数,制备了某含有金属涂层的复合材料卫星天线反射器,孔隙率检测结果为0.162%,粗糙度结果为Ra=1.417μm,均优于常规要求,为后续的优化使用打下了基础。  相似文献

通过磁控溅射镀膜工艺,采用铝靶为溅射源,成功实现铝单质在微米级二氧化硅粉体表面的沉积,制备出新型多面体金属效果颜料。重点比较了多面体金属效果颜料与铝颜料在注塑制件中的流痕与熔接痕差异,同时,研究了多面体金属效果颜料对塑料基材物性的影响及加工工艺对多面体颜料所呈现表观效果的影响。最后,采用多面体金属效果颜料共混入塑料基材中成型出“无流痕”免喷涂制件。结果表明,与传统铝颜料相比,多面体金属效果颜料表现出良好的金属质感,流痕几乎完全消除,熔接痕亦大幅度减轻,并进一步从理论角度分析和解释了产生上述流痕和熔接痕差异的原因;与喷涂制件相比,“无流痕”免喷涂制件更环保,成本更低,表观效果更加独特,并得到了消费者认可,成功实现了商业化量产。  相似文献

The electron microprobe technique was used to provide information on reactions occurring during the metallizing of alumina ceramics and their subsequent brazing to metal members. During a 1425°C metallizing firing, the refractory metal component of the metallizing paint sintered and bonded to, but did not measurably diffuse into, the oxide phases of the seal systems studied. Conversely the oxide components of the paint reacted with the alumina phase and interdiffused with the grain boundary phase of the ceramic. Copper and copper-gold alloys with small amounts of nickel did not attack a copperplated molybdenum metallizing layer. Use of nickel plate is to be avoided with such brazes.  相似文献

Four kinds of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)-based composites, such as pure PTFE, PTFE+30%(v)PbO, PTFE+30%(v)Pb3O4, and PTFE+30%(v)Cu2O composite, were prepared. The friction and wear properties of these metal oxides filled PTFE composites sliding against GCr15 bearing steel in both dry and lubricated conditions were studied by using an MHK-500 ring-block wear tester. Then the worn surfaces of these PTFE composites and the transfer films of these PTFE composites formed on the surface of GCr15 bearing steel were examined by using a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and an Optical Microscope, respectively. Experimental results show that the friction and wear properties of these metal oxide-filled PTFE composites can be greatly improved by liquid paraffin lubrication, and the friction coefficients can be decreased by one order of magnitude. Meanwhile, the interactions between liquid paraffin and metal oxide-filled PTFE composites, especially the absorption of liquid paraffin into the surface layers of these PTFE composites, reduce the mechanical strength and the load-carrying capacity of these metal oxide-filled PTFE composites. This leads to the deterioration of the friction and wear properties of these PTFE composites. Investigations of the frictional surfaces show that Pb3O4, Cu2O, and PbO enhance the adhesion of the transfer films to the surface of GCr15-bearing steel, and thus promote the transfer of the PTFE composites onto the surface of GCr15-bearing steel. Therefore, they greatly reduce the wear of the PTFE composites. However, the transfer of these PTFE composites onto the counterfaces can be greatly reduced by lubrication with liquid paraffin. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. An apparatus using the sessile-drop method is described for determining surface tension and wettability data of liquid-solid systems at elevated temperatures in vacuum and in controlled atmospheres. The relative merits of some of the current methods of metallizing alumina ceramics are evaluated in terms of solder wetting. The wetting by molten brazing metals and alloys is reported as a function of time in terms of contact angle on surfaces of high-alumina ceramics with and without various types of hightemperature metal coatings.  相似文献

This work highlights evaluation of suitable process parameters to result significantly higher hardness, fracture toughness and wear resistance in metal matrix composites (MMC) developed with different proportions of reinforcements, namely, TiB2, TiN, and SiC in steel (AISI 304). The composites are developed through powder metallurgical route and are subsequently laser surface glazed. Thorough characterizations of composites’ mechanical and tribological behaviors before and after laser surface treatment and application of response surface methodology (RSM) for modeling and analysis of its behavioral responses towards variations in process parameters are performed.  相似文献
