A pressure transducer has been developed using a metallic resonating tuning fork. The fork has been mounted horizontally across two pillars which are an integral part of the diaphragm of a pressure transducer. The displacement of the diaphragm induces an axial force in the fork. The applied stress causes the natural frequency of the fork to increase. The experimental pressure transducer has a linear characteristic over its 6 bar range with repeatability better than 0.1%, and hysteresis of 0.1% of the range. 相似文献

Theoretical studies of a silicon integral pressure transducer characteristics are made. The sensitive element of the transducer is a strain sensitive controlled unijunction transistor (SSCUJT) with controlling p–n-junction. The transistor has horizontal structure and could be considered as combination of p–n–p bipolar and n+–p–n+ unijunction transistors. The unijunction transistor is integrated in the planar side of the silicon square-shaped diaphragm with two rigid islands (the EE-type diaphragm). Using Green’s function formalism characteristics of the pressure transducer are investigated and the optimal topology of the sensitive element is determined. It has been shown that high sensitive pressure sensors with frequency output could be created on base of the unijunction transistors. 相似文献

Most commercially available silicon pressure transducers are based on a Wheatstone bridge configuration and given an analogue output signal. These devices are generally very sensitive to noise and require complicated circuits (by using passive components) for temperature and non-linearity compensation. This limits the transducer accuracy and increases the calibration cost. To overcome these problems, a new generation of pressure transducers with digital output, based on MOSFET ring oscillators, has been developed. A fully digital integrated pressure sensor and data-acquisition procedures will be presented. 相似文献

介绍一种获得压力传感器动态特性指标的方法,可以利用周期压力波激励压力传感器,测得压力传感器的频率响应,然后,利用计算机采集输出电压,通过软件处理滤波的方法,就可以获得压力传感器的频谱特性。测量结果证明:这种测量方法可以很方便地获得传感器全频程的动态特性,为进一步设计改善压力传感器的动态性能提供实验数据。 相似文献
