平湖秋月变迁图考

平湖秋月曾为南宋西湖十景之首,有着1000多年的发展历程。从唐代望湖亭时期的单体建筑到清末以御书楼为主体的建筑群落,景址屡经变迁,规模陆续增加,意境不断充实。利用方志、版画、山水画、照片等历史文献,对平湖秋月及其前身望湖亭的变迁过程进行考察,追寻历史原貌,探究变化因果。认为"建筑—平台—湖面"的布局关系形成于明万历年间,并保持至今。康熙年间景址的确定和园林建设对平湖秋月意义重大,使之进入一个平稳发展的新阶段。     

新旧城区容积率弹性控制方法探讨

容积率直接反映了一片地区或一宗地的开发利用情况及其经济价值.控制性详细规划中在对容积率进行赋值时,各地方规划管理部门制定的城市规划管理技术规定是其主要依据.但该类规定中的相关内容制定得往往过于粗略,对城市内部不同的区域在开发特征上存在着差异性缺少考虑.主观臆断式的“一刀切”赋值方法对于城市整体的开发百无一利,由此,本文将以探讨容积率指标弹性控制为出发点,针对城市中新、旧城区的开发建设特征,对区域差异视角下的容积率弹性控制展开探讨,提出“近实远虚”的弹性值域控制方法以期带来新旧城区协调发展.
