目前,我国非晶合金铁心变压器产品已发展为非晶三相配电变压器(容量50-2000kVA),非晶组合式变压器[其中非晶共箱组合式(ZG型)容量250-1000kVA,非晶分箱组合式(ZF型)容量500-1000kVA],非晶单相配电变压器(容量5-160kVA),非晶地下式配电变压器(容量100-500kVA),非晶地下式路灯变压器(容量16-50kVA)和非晶干式配电变压器(容量100-1000kVA)等6大类,文中给出了SBH16-M系列非晶三相配电变压器与机械行业标准及S9系列空载损耗的比较表,指出空载损耗约为S9的1/5,并给出了SCBH10系列非晶干式变压器性能参数表,最后预测我国非晶合金变压器随着国产非晶合金带材的进展将有更大的发展。  相似文献

Advanced manufacturing technology (AMT) instruction is and is likely to remain an important component of the industrial engineering education curriculum. As new manufacturing technologies become available and as existing manufacturing technologies become more integrated, industrial engineering departments must continuously develop their laboratory resources in order to provide their students with effective instruction. While financially limited departments cannot acquire state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment, they can provide improved hands-on AMT integration instruction without major capital investment. By developing an interface box between existing LabVolt PLC trainers and Microbot TeachMover robots, the industrial engineering department at a major Northeastern US university was able to provide its students with improved AMT integration instruction  相似文献

In parallel-hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs), both the electric drive and the internal combustion engine provide driving torque to the wheels either separately or together. The electric drive also can be used as a generator to recharge the batteries when the engine produces more power than is needed to propel the vehicle. As a result of the battery peak power density requirement, the vehicle needs a multispeed transmission between the electric drive and the main differential. In addition, due to the load sharing between the two independent driving sources, a clutch to separate the internal combustion engine and electric drive from the drive shaft is also required. Because the shift quality is directly related to the driving comfort of the vehicle, it is important to reduce both shift shock and time. To enhance the shift quality, we have proposed the advanced gear-shifting and clutching strategy for a parallel-hybrid drive train with an automated manual transmission (AMT). By using the electronically controlled AMT, users can achieve the optimal gear shifting, with regard to the efficiency of the hybrid drive train. Owing to the speed control of the induction machine and the diesel engine at gear shifting, the synchronization is always guaranteed and it reduces the shift shock and shortens the shift time. Gear-position-decision (GPD) tactics strongly affect the performances of automatic transmissions (AT) and, therefore, the performance of the vehicle. Since the electronic control methods were introduced into ATs, many advanced techniques have been raised to make AT vehicles more human friendly and better in fuel economy and dynamic behaviors. As a type of emerging AT, the automated manual transmissions (AMT) are being researched and developed in all relevant technologies. In this paper, we proposed a driving knowledge-based GPD (KGPD) method for AMTs. The KGPD algorithm is composed of a driving environments and driver's intentions estimator, the shift schedules for each typical driving environment and driver's intention situations, and an inference logic to determine the most proper gear position for the present situation. The estimator identifies the driving environments and features of driver's intentions, which are divided into some typical patterns. Based on the identified results, the gear-position inference algorithm calculates the best gear position at the moment. In fact, the method just simulates the course of a driver's making gear-position decision when driving an automobile with manual transmission. The test results show that the AMT with the method gives less unnecessary shifting, conducts more proper gear positions, and behaves better in subjective assessment than that with the method that is directly based only on automotive state parameters.  相似文献

A major limitation of the transmission-line matrix (TLM) method used to solve Maxwell's equations is the long computation time required. The TLM scattering calculations involved can, however, be viewed as parallel in nature. This paper describes an effort to reduce computational time by using an SIMD, DAP multiprocessor computer employed to solve a two-dimensional TLM electromagnetic field formulation. A parallel algorithm based on the TLM scattering algorithm is designed and implemented using FORTRAN- PLUS Enhanced on an AMT DAP 510 machine. Here the connectivity of the DAP is exploited to simulate the intrinsic scattering behaviour on which the TLM algorithm relies. The results show that parallel processing on an SIMD machine such as the DAP is advantageous, especially for higher-order mesh sizes.  相似文献

因为磁粉离合器的传递转矩与励磁电流呈线性关系,而且易于实现电子控制,故越来越多地应用在微型车上。针对装有磁粉离合器的电控机械式自动变速器,设计了磁粉离合器的驱动控制电路。由于驱动电路存在非线性以及汽车运行时复杂环境的干扰,应用传统的PID控制难以在控制参数整定上达到最优,为此提出利用具有自学习和自适应能力的神经元来构成磁粉离合器的自适应控制器。实验结果表明,基于该方法的磁粉离合器驱动控制动态效果较好,且系统具有较好的自适应性。  相似文献

For the demonstration of feasibility and loss‐reduction effect of the larger‐capacity amorphous core transformers (AMT), this paper proposed the support structure and design method of the iron‐loss reduced amorphous wound cores with a weight of 7 tons. We designed and manufactured 10 MVA single‐phase test model with the cores inserted in a support cage having structures of the stress‐buffered core support, the proof electromagnetic force from the windings, and the stray loss‐reducing shields. The 50%‐loaded total loss of the test model estimated from the calculated and measured results has been reduced by 35% compared with a conventional silicon‐steel core transformer (SST) with the same power capacity.  相似文献
