基于ZigBee技术的LED路灯节能控制系统的设计

基于ZigBee技术,设计了LED的路灯控制系统,硬件部分主要包括LED灯驱动和调光电路、传感模块电路等电路的设计。基于CC2430开发的传感模块电路和控制电路,可实现对LED电压、电流、环境照度和车流量等参数的测量。软件部分实现的功能有无线传感网络组网、节点与协调器节点的数据通信等功能。同时,设计了上位机监控软件实现监控和管理的功能。系统测试验证了系统的可行性。     

基于51单片机的时间温度显示系统

随着电子技术的发展,有无液晶显示功能成为消费者购买现代电子产品时的衡量标准,时间温度显示作为液晶显示的基本技术在电子设计中显得更加举足轻重。本系统的设计电路以51单片机作为控制器,主要有液晶显示电路、功能控制电路、传感器电路、语音报时电路和键盘电路5部分。吸收了硬件软件化的思想,大部分功能通过软件来实现,既保证了电路简单化,也使得系统的稳定性得到了很大提高。

一种新型图形式LCD控制芯片的设计及实现

Circuit testable design and universal test sets for multiple-valued logic functions

The circuit testable realizations of multiple-valued functions are studied in this letter. First of all, it is shown that one vector detects all skew faults in multiplication modulo circuits or in addition modulo circuits, and n＋1 vectors detect all skew faults in the circuit realization of multiplevalued functions with n inputs. Secondly, min（max） bridging fault test sets with n＋2 vectors are presented for the circuit realizations of multiple-valued logic functions. Finally, a tree structure is used instead of cascade structure to reduce the delay in the circuit realization, it is shown that three vectors are sufficient to detect all single stuck-at faults in the tree structure realization of multiplevalued logic functions.     

Negative failsafe sequential circuits

The letter presents a new method of designing failsafe sequential circuits by using appropriate negative forms for the next state functions and a proper state assignment of a k-out-of-n code. The use of negative monotone functions makes the circuit oscillate between two states which are outside the normal states of the circuit when the circuit, by any reason, assumes some state outside the normal ones.     

Integrated electronic subscriber line interface circuit with ringing on chip

A new high-voltage, dielectrically isolated, complementary bipolar technology has been used to integrate high-voltage functions of a subscriber line interface circuit (SLIC). This circuit, in conjunction with a complementary low-voltage junction isolated bipolar integrated circuit, implements most of the line interface functions required for digital telephone switches. Partitioning of the junctions is based on technology requirements, and the two chips are encapsulated in 28-pin package.     

Dynamic thermal modelling of a power integrated circuit with the application of structure functions

This paper presents dynamic thermal analyses of a power integrated circuit with a cooling assembly. The investigations are based on the examination of the cumulative and differential structure functions obtained from the circuit cooling curves recorded during transient circuit temperature measurements. The experiments carried out and the comprehensive study of the computed structure functions rendered possible determination of the interface contact resistance and the heat transfer coefficient values necessary for numerical thermal simulations illustrating the influence of these thermal model parameters on circuit temperature.     

Additional generalisation scheme of active RC allpass filters

A generalisation scheme of the active RC allpass networks with one differential input operational amplifier and three RC 2-ports is presented. The 2-ports are unbalanced, but not earthed, and only the voltage transfer functions of these networks are used in this generalisation, thus making the analysis of the circuit and the circuit transfer functions considerably easier.     

Crosstalk and transient analyses of high-speed interconnects andpackages

A multiconductor interconnect is modeled using resistors and linear-dependent current and voltage sources. The analysis of a high-speed circuit including lossy interconnection buses is then reduced to simulation of the circuit together with the equivalent circuits of the interconnects. The authors present a new method for the crosstalk and transient analysis of lossy interconnects with arbitrary termination circuits. In order to analyze an interconnect containing N signal conductors, they derive closed-form formulas to determine its transfer functions, and they apply the inverse Fourier transform to obtain its time-domain pulse response functions. Two types of equivalent circuit models can be formulated once the pulse response functions of the interconnect are found. The circuit schematics of the models depend on the number of the signal conductors, irrespective of the physical parameters of the interconnect. These models are compatible with standard circuit simulation tools since they consist of linear resistive networks and linear-dependent sources only. Two example circuits are studied to examine the accuracy and efficiency of the method     

新型IGBT驱动器原理及其保护功能研究

介绍了一种新型H桥驱动器TX-DA841HD,该电路具有强大的IGBT驱动与保护功能,可以选择四路直接驱动和桥臂互补驱动两种工作模式。电路具有IGBT的短路阈值、保护盲区时间、盲区时间设置等功能,短路保护运用缓降栅压结合软关断技术,软降栅压时间可通过外接电路自由整定。电路本身自带隔离驱动电源。试验证明该电路具有良好的驱动及保护能力。     

Implementation and applications of multivalued decoders

A synthesis procedure is described for multivalued threshold decoders and their application to the implementation of multivalued functions. This method is based on the definition of inversion and extreme functions. Decoders are obtained using only the very simple blocks which synthesize inversion functions. This general design procedure may be used for any integrated circuit technology. As an example, the method is applied to the synthesis of an integrated CMOS quaternary decoder. Both the layout and the timing of the integrated circuit, and their application to the synthesis of multivalued functions and multistable memory elements, are shown.
