设计了试验用单缸柴油机高压共轨燃油喷射控制系统,用于柴油机新型燃烧方式的研究.介绍了该系统的构建和工作原理.基于MC68376处理器和LabVIEW软件,分别开发了ECU的驱动程序和上位PC机的控制软件,由后者进行各喷油参数(包括喷油段数、各段喷油定时和脉宽、共轨油压等)的设置并经CAN总线发送给ECU,ECU据此分别驱动高压油泵和电控喷油器工作.结果表明,该控制系统可以实现共轨油压的调控和燃油的最多5段喷射驱动,满足试验对灵活配置喷油规律的要求. 相似文献

随着电力工业的高速发展,大容量、高参数机组投建愈来愈多,对抗燃油油质的要求也越来越高。抗燃油各项指标超标都会不同程度地影响到整个抗燃油系统。上海火力发电厂在抗燃油的运行上分别采取在线处理与离线处理装置进行处理,对保护抗燃油的品质,延续抗燃油的运行寿命起到决定性的作用。但在线处理与离线处理装置的配置、运行、维护均存在一定的问题,使抗燃油的酸值、颗粒度、水分、泡沫特性和电阻率等指标存在超标问题。通过对抗燃油在线、离线处理装置的再生处理介质、运行维护进行分析与比较,提出合理的在线、离线处理方式,用以提高磷酸酯抗燃油的运行寿命。 相似文献

The thermal stability of palm oil as energy transport media in a hydraulic system was studied. The oils were aged by circulating the oil in an open loop hydraulic system at an isothermal condition of 55 °C for 600 h. The thermal behavior and kinetic parameters of fresh and degraded palm oil, with and without oxidation inhibitor, were studied using the dynamic heating rate mode of a thermogravimetric analyser (TGA). Viscometric properties, total acid number and iodine value analyses were used to complement the TGA data. The thermodynamic parameter of activation energy of the samples was determined by direct Arrhenius plot and integral methods. The results may have important applications in the development of palm oil based hydraulic fluid. The results were compared with commercial vegetable based hydraulic fluid. The use of F10 and L135 additives was found to suppress significantly the increase of acid level and viscosity of the fluid. 相似文献

Exploration of thermal performances of composite high-pressure hydrogen storage tank under fire exposure were critical issues to reduce the risk of tank rupture. Three bonfire tests of type III tanks of 210 L-35 MPa with full compressed hydrogen were exposed to a pool fire to study the response behaviours in fire scenarios. Detailed data on the tank wall temperature and inner pressure were presented in this work. Prototype bonfire tests for the type III tank indicated the failure pressure limits amounted to 41.1–41.8 MPa (average 41.4 MPa). Two consequences (rupture and hydrogen blowdown) will be caused when the inner pressure beyond this limits in fire scenario. The loading-bearing capacity of the tank reduced nearly 3 times under the prescribed fire condition when compared to its average burst pressure of 123.5 MPa conducted from the hydraulic burst test. Results also shown that fire resistance rating (FRR, time to rupture) of the three tanks were 784, 666, and 596, respectively. The FRR got shorter when the tank was exposed in the engulfing fire in advance at hydrogen blowdown case. 相似文献

The lubricating performance of the clearance oil film determines the machining accuracy of the hydrostatic thrust bearing and the stability of the oil film. From the perspective of working parameters and cavity structure, based on tribological principles and lubrication theory, the clearance oil film temperature rise equation, pressure equation, and viscosity-temperature equation are deduced, and the relationship between load-rotating speed-oil film thickness for different cavity shapes is matched. Through the combination of simulation and experiment, the multi-factor coupling influences on the lubricating performance of the clearance oil film are studied. The study found that the degree of influence on the clearance oil film temperature is in order: rotational speed, hydraulic oil viscosity, load, and cavity depth, and the degree of influence on the clearance oil film pressure is in order: load, hydraulic oil viscosity, rotational speed, and cavity depth. This work provides a theoretical basis for the research and optimization of the lubrication performance of hydrostatic thrust bearings, and provides a research direction for the machining accuracy and running stability of high-speed and heavy-duty CNC equipment. 相似文献

采用四组不同孔径和厚度的节流孔板试验研究了搅拌阻尼型风能致热装置功率吸收的一般规律。根据试验数据绘制了液压油温度随时间变化曲线和节流孔板前后压差随时间变化曲线,试验结果分析表明:节流孔径越小,装置流量越小,孔板前后压差越大,油液温升越低;孔板厚度越薄,流量越大,孔板前后压差越小。该试验为搅拌阻尼型风能致热的后续研究提供了理论和试验基础。 相似文献
