试验针对核电压力容器用钢SA508-3钢进行,采用TGS-56焊丝和TIG焊,在100 mm厚SA508-3钢板进行单道次堆焊,通过对焊缝断面的宏观金相观察,分析不同焊接工艺参数对回火焊道焊接技术中焊接接头几何尺寸的影响.结果表明.回火焊道焊接技术的实现与焊接电流和送丝速度关系明显,焊接电流对热影响区深度d尺寸影响较大,送丝速度主要起改变焊道余高(b)的作用,焊接电流越小或送丝速度越大,b+h(焊缝熔深)与d的差值越小,越利于回火焊道焊接技术的实现;焊接速度对焊接接头各几何尺寸影响均较大,焊接速度变化不能明显地改变b+h与d的差值. 相似文献

Methods for determining the permissible deviations of welding conditions are investigated. The sensitivity parameters do not provide information on the relative risk of different types of perturbation of the parameters. A relative coefficient of transfer of perturbations is proposed which can be used to estimate the susceptibility of the welding parameter to perturbations and does not require any controlling effect of the system. An example of the application of the methods of determining the requirements for the accuracy of the parameter and the conditions for two-sided argon-shielded arc welding of sheets made of high-alloy steel without edge preparation is described. 相似文献

在分析了以往焊补的轴颈在使用较短时间内产生裂纹和断裂原因的基础上,较详细地介绍了从减少焊接残余应力和确保焊缝质量入手,采用细焊丝、小线能量CO2气体保护焊堆焊轴颈磨损面的工艺和操作要点.使用结果表明:该焊接工艺方法成功地解决了轴颈在使用过程中产生的疲劳裂纹和疲劳断裂的技术问题;较以往焊补的轴颈使用3~5个月就产生裂纹甚至断裂相比,提高了其使用寿命3.6~6.0倍;仅计算提高修复后轴颈的使用寿命和延长其再次修复的时间,对制糖企业产生了可观的经济效益. 相似文献

In high speed MAG welding process, some weld formation defects may be encountered. To get good weld quality, the critical welding speed beyond which humping or undercutting weld bead can occur must be known for different conditions. In this research, high speed MAG welding tests were carried out to check out the effects of different factors on the critical welding speed. Through observing the weld bead profiles and the macrographs of the transverse sections of MAG welds, the occurrence tendency of humping weld was analyzed, and the values of critical welding speed were determined under different levels of welding current or voltage, and the effect of shielding gas compositions on the critical welding speed was also investigated. 相似文献

为了探究航空发动机可磨耗封严涂层与叶片在高速刮磨过程中磨损和黏附情况,使用大气等离子喷涂方法制备 AlSi-PHB 中低温封严涂层,对其进行高速刮磨试验,并对涂层和叶尖形貌和黏附形态进行研究。通过高速转子试验台测得刮磨过程中径向力和切向力并拟合刮磨温度曲线。采用共聚焦显微镜和扫描电镜设备获取涂层和叶尖表截面形貌、EDS 面扫描能谱以及涂层表面粗糙度,采用高精度电子秤测得涂层和叶尖失重量并计算失重速率,进一步佐证刮磨温度变化趋势。结果表明:高速刮磨时的单次切削量影响涂层失重速率,且产生不同的刮磨温度,刮磨温度影响叶尖黏附物状态;叶尖黏附物形态进一步影响刮磨后的涂层表面形貌,最终影响涂层封严性能。对高速刮磨过程中涂层刮磨形貌和叶尖黏附形态进行定性和定量分析,可为判断不同刮磨形态对涂层使用性能影响提供参考。 相似文献

搅拌摩擦焊具有焊接质量高的显著特点,但若工艺参数选择不当也会存在焊接缺陷等问题.文中综述了国内外搅拌摩擦焊焊接缺陷的研究现状,主要涉及缺陷的类型、影响因素以及缺陷的检测方法等三方面的内容,具体包括孔洞、飞边、未焊合及沟槽等四大类缺陷.总的来看,目前对搅拌摩擦焊焊接缺陷的研究,主要是从接头性能和组织的角度出发,进而获得缺陷的种类及形成原因,对于缺陷的形成机理以及检测技术还有待深入研究,以便揭示诸多影响因素的交互作用,从而实现对缺陷的有效控制. 相似文献

基于X射线显微CT技术,对小直径管路焊缝试样内部缺陷和内表面质量进行了三维观察,发现了5个近球形气孔缺陷. 通过三维可视化显示了气孔缺陷的空间位置分布,并量化分析了气孔缺陷的位置、体积、直径、球度等三维特征参数,量化结果表明其中3个气孔为超标缺陷,其余2个气孔为允许存在的缺陷. 引入了三维剖切技术,在内表面发现了一个非超标的表面凹坑. 在三维重构模型的基础上,通过壁厚分析云图表征了焊缝区厚度分布的均匀性. 研究表明,该技术能高精度地对小管路焊缝内部缺陷进行定位、定量和定性分析. 相似文献

An improved method for calculating the minimum permissible electron beam welding (EBW) speed with continuous penetration is described. Calculations are carried out to construct nomograms for determining the welding speed in relation to the thickness of the welded joint and the width of the vapour-gas channel for 40Kh13 steel, 5V titanium alloy and D16 aluminium alloy. Experiments were carried out to investigate the effect of electron beam welding speed in the range 20–120 m/h on the properties of welded joints in 20-mm-thick plates of D16 alloy. The distribution of magnesium in the cross section of welded joints in dependence on the welding speed was determined. The structure of the welded joints was investigated by optical and electron microscopy. The hardness in different zones of the welded joints after welding and different types of heat treatment was measured. The relationship between the chemical composition, structure and mechanical properties of the welded joints produced at different welding speeds was determined. 相似文献
