针对一次模锻成形双轮缘行车轮的弊端,基于成熟的"模锻+轧制复合成形"火车轮专用生产线,对双轮缘行车轮的成形工艺进行了研究。通过分析双轮缘行车轮的结构特点,对现有轧机设备进行了改造。首先提出采用轧制直踏面行车轮的工艺方案进行加工,其中双轮缘部位由机加工完成,工艺试制后合格率为93.1%,毛坯质量基本趋于稳定。之后提出了双轮缘轧制工艺方案,并设计和改进了模具结构,工艺试制后合格率达到96.4%,毛坯尺寸及外观质量理想。最后使用该锻轧成形工艺对其他双轮缘行车轮进行了批量生产验证,合格率较高,进一步提高了成材率。另外,根据多种行车轮结构尺寸设计了通用化模具,缩短了制造周期,提高了生产效率。 相似文献

太阳轮是行星齿轮传动机构中重要的零件,针对太阳轮的结构特点提出了一次成形和分步成形的两种冷挤压成形外齿和内花键的工艺方案。运用Deform-3D塑性有限元分析软件对这两种方案的成形过程进行数值模拟,并对其成形过程和成形质量进行了分析比较。数值模拟和工艺试验表明:太阳轮可以通过分步冷挤压成形的工艺方法成形出质量合格的内花键和外齿;分步成形的工艺方法能够简化凸模结构和提高模具使用寿命,同时可以避免一次成形工艺方法中由于金属堆积等因素造成的质量缺陷;分步成形工艺方法中增加了精整外齿工艺,在保证内花键成形质量的同时提高了外齿的成形质量。 相似文献

根据差压计锻件形状特点,详细分析了锻件采用可分凹模多向闭塞精密模锻工艺方案的可行性.差压计锻件可以采用普通开式模锻成形和可分凹模多向闭塞精密模锻成形.开式模锻工艺简单,但是需要制坯,工艺流程长,材料利用率低.可分凹模多向闭塞精密模锻能一步顺利成形锻件,产品质量高,工艺稳定,材料利用率可提高20%~30%,但是若在普通模锻设备上生产,模具结构复杂;专用多向模锻设备通用性低;在大批量生产时,采用专用设备生产效益好.本文用塑性成形模拟软件Deform-3D对多向闭塞精密模锻进行了模拟分析,验证了该工艺方案的可行性. 相似文献

提出采用辊锻后模锻工艺生产细长变截面非轴对称剑条,并采用有限元法分析剑条的模锻过程。以剑条最复杂截面的模锻过程为研究对象,对比了一道次模锻成形和两道次模锻成形过程中金属材料的流动规律。结果表明:一道次模锻成形过程中,金属材料变形量大且分布不均匀,最大等效应变区域的最大主应力为拉应力,该区域易产生裂纹;预锻和终锻两道次成形后,锻件截面最大等效应变和等效应变的标准差均较大幅度降低。通过正交实验对预锻模具结构开展优化,结果表明,上模凹槽深度对锻件横截面等效应变分布的影响最为显著。与一道次模锻成形相比,预锻模具优化后二道次成形锻件的最大等效应变和等效应变的标准差均显著降低。将上述优化方法用于剑条模锻模具其他截面的设计,制造出了满足实际生产需求的模锻模具。 相似文献

The use of finite element analysis in the development of closed-die forging processes is widely established in industry. However, the simulated and the real workpiece dimensions differ from each other in a significant way, as the interactions between the forging process and the production machine are not adequately considered in the simulation. As a result, multi-stage dies in particular often need to undergo an experimental time-consuming optimization process on the production machine. In this paper a method is presented that allows the coupling of the forging simulation with external machine tool simulation systems and nonlinear-elastic press models in order to consider the interactions between the process and the machine, and to improve the accuracy of the forging simulation. This method of coupled simulation was integrated into a software tool and may be used for single-stage as well as for multi-stage processes in closed-die forging operations. It allows simulation-aided optimization of the dies as early as the design stage as well as individual adaptation to the particular production press well in advance of the test phase of the dies on the press. 相似文献

Warm forming of steel is an economic and ecologic alternative to the conventional hot forging technology. It offers several
advantages like decreased energy input, reduced scale formation, better surface quality and closer tolerances. Warm forming
is common for rotation symmetric parts but has not been applied for long flat pieces yet. The main obstacles prohibiting the
transfer are the missing of a suitable preforming technology and the problems to keep the narrow temperature tolerances despite
the increased number of forming operations compared to rotation-symmetric process routes. In a cooperative effort within a
European consortium of forges and scientific institutes, closed-die warm forging processes for long flat pieces have been
developed. To cover a wide range of longitudinal geometries, two model products, a connecting rod and a steering link, with
