深层水平井双聚胺基钻井液技术研究与应用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对大庆油田深层致密气埋藏深,储层砾岩、火山岩裂缝发育,水敏性强,钻井过程中易发生漏失、垮塌、缩径及高温钻井液性能变差等复杂,且深层水平井钻进会带来摩阻、携岩和储层污染及使用油基钻井液存在成本高、后期环保压力大等难题,在分析总结前人研究成果及经验基础上,从致密气藏地质特征及深层水平井钻井难点出发,明确了钻井液技术对策,通过开展聚胺和聚醚多元醇"双聚"抑制、封堵防塌剂的研究,配合自主研制的新型高效随钻封堵材料,研发出一套适合于深层致密气藏水平井施工的双聚胺基钻井液技术。室内研究及现场应用表明,该钻井液具有较强的封堵防塌、井眼清洁和润滑防卡能力,抗温达180℃以上,有效地解决了深层水平井漏失、垮塌、携屑、润滑问题和储层保护问题,保证了深层水平井的顺利施工,创造了大庆油田深层水平井钻井周期最短(109d),井深最深(5048 m),水平段最长(969.22 m),井底温度最高(180℃)等几项新纪录,完全满足了徐家围子地区深层致密气藏的钻探需求,为深层水平井安全、快速、高效钻井提供了技术保障。  相似文献

川西中浅层气藏地质上具有致密低孔低渗、非均质性强烈、储量丰度低、单层产量低,针对这种情况,推广应用水平井钻井技术将是一个有效的解决手段之一。为满足安全、高效的钻井,选用了两性离子钻井液体系。经过现场实践表明,两性离子钻井液体系性能稳定,抑制性强,悬浮携岩能力好,易于维护,具有良好的润滑性能。该钻井液体系满足川西新场构造水平井钻井施工上的要求。  相似文献

油田中一些浅层的致密性油藏水平井在钻井施工过程中经常会发生造浆、缩径甚至剥落掉块等一系列的问题,在针对该类型的油藏的岩芯进行了电镜扫描等分析后,利用聚胺以及聚合醇等物质的两元协同作用有效地将钻井液的抑制作用进行了强化,充分将物理封堵以及化学封堵等方式进行了结合,实现了双封堵作用使得钻井液实际的封堵能力也得到了有效的提升。  相似文献

多分支水平井技术的突破,有效地改变了我国煤层气开发模式和产业发展步伐。本文针对煤层气水平井钻井过程中遇到的井壁稳定性问题和钻井液对煤储层的伤害问题,在煤储层伤害敏感性评价的基础上,通过室内实验对钻井液基浆进行了优化配置,优选出了能够有效防止井壁坍塌、降低储层伤害的储层保护钻井液体系。  相似文献

AD205H井是伊拉克艾哈代布油田的首口简化三开水平井,上部水敏泥岩易分散造浆、缩径,中部存在高压盐水层、燧石结核地层,储层灰岩含量高,从而增加了施工周期,制约了该区水平井发展步伐。针对上述钻井难点,开展了钻井液抑制性、抗温性、抗盐性、抗污染评价试验,研制了混油聚磺钻井液体系。现场应用表明,聚磺钻井液体系抗污染能力强,施工过程中性能稳定。对于上部水敏性泥浆有很强的抑制作用,对于下部易渗漏的灰岩地层有很好的封堵作用,减少了井下复杂事故的出现。此井为该地区简化井身结构第一口井,低密度优质钻井液保证了该井的顺利施工,创造了该油田钻井施工的多项纪录。  相似文献

D油田浅层水平井开发进入了"爆发期",但是由于技术套管下深浅,甚至没有技术套管,水平井裸眼段相对较长,钻进过程中易出现泥包钻具、拖压严重、起下钻遇阻卡等问题,制约了钻井时效,通过优化轨迹剖面设计、钻具组合优选、优选钻井液性能等,保证了浅层水平井安全高效施工,提高了钻井时效,为今后施工浅层水平井提供了技术保障。  相似文献

针对大庆油田中浅层钻进过程中,特别是钻遇青山口组层位时常发生井壁剥落、掉块、坍塌卡钻等失稳现象的难题,通过优选对青山口组地层具有内封堵作用的聚合醇和微纳米乳液封堵剂,使原钻井液体系的封堵防塌能力大幅度提高。优化后的钻井液体系能对30μm左右的微裂缝具有良好的封堵防塌能力。在现场应用中,优化后的强封堵钻井液体系安全钻穿青山口组地层,振动筛上返出岩屑未见大块剥落片,起下钻未遇阻,后期下套管顺利,青山口组平均井径扩大率小于15%。该研究表明,优化后的强封堵钻井液体系能满足大庆青山口组易塌复杂层的安全钻进需求。  相似文献

针对塔河油田三叠系、石炭系地层失稳严重的问题,分析了井眼失稳原因,提出了适用的钻井液技术,优选了阳离子乳液聚合物钻井液体系,评价了该钻井液体系的性能,进行了现场应用。结果表明,塔河油田三叠系石炭系泥页岩地层微裂隙发育、水敏性强,是典型的不稳定地层。阳离子乳液聚合物钻井液体系抗温140℃,抑制性强,加重稳定性好,封堵润滑性能良好,能够满足钻井施工需要,在YK15H井的现场施工取得理想效果。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
