巴士客车用丙烯酸聚氨酯罩光清漆的制备   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
介绍了以聚酯树脂和特种助剂对罩光清漆进行改性,制得了适合巴士客车使用的丙烯酸聚氨酯罩光清漆。分析了聚酯树脂和特种助剂对罩光清漆的丰满度、抗划伤性能、流平性和施工性能的影响。结果表明当选用高固含、高羟基聚酯树脂对丙烯酸树脂进行改性时,涂料具有较好的丰满度和抗划伤性能;当流平剂选用丙烯酸类和有机硅类搭配使用时,可大大提高罩光清漆的流平性能;当触变剂BYK-410的用量为0.3%时,清漆一次涂装干膜60μm不流挂,当DBE慢干剂用量为2%时,涂料具有好的施工性能。  相似文献

本研究通过向涂料中引入硅溶胶,使用聚乙烯醇和膨润土作为增稠剂,优选填料,并通过试验合理配合,可使涂料中的某些助剂的使用量减少,并解决了高颜料体积浓度内墙乳胶涂料的常见问题,得到水稀释性能稳定、流平性好和涂膜手感光滑的新型内墙涂料。介绍了原材料、工艺、涂料性能和某些因素对涂膜耐洗刷性、对比率、流平性和涂膜手感的影响。  相似文献

重点介绍一种应用于家用电器零部件涂装的防开裂水性涂料。阐述其制备与施工工艺并探讨了主要成膜乳液树脂、成膜助剂、润湿流平剂和消泡剂等的筛选对比及其对涂膜性能的影响,并利用扫描电镜对涂膜进行表征。结果表明,选用自交联型水性丙烯酸酯快干乳液Crysol6318作为主要成膜物,PPH/PnB复合体系作为成膜助剂,BYK-333/BYK-349复配混合体系作为润湿流平剂,BYK-011为消泡剂,配制得到水性塑料涂料在塑料部件用PC或PMMA塑料基材上能够形成一层连续、光滑平整的涂膜,综合性能达到检测指标,得到客户试用认可。  相似文献

以环氧乳液为基料,聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇(APP/MEL/PER)为防火助剂研制了超薄膨胀型钢结构防火涂料.通过调整环氧乳液/固化剂比例改变涂层的性能,研究了固化剂用量对涂料防火性能的影响.通过热分析讨论了防火助剂和环氧涂膜的分解过程及协同作用.结果表明,固化剂占环氧乳液含量15%~20%时,涂层的力学性能和防火性能均较好.  相似文献

环氧树脂涂层因其优异的耐蚀性能、对金属表面良好的附着力而在金属防腐领域得到广泛应用。但涂层固化过程中会形成缺陷和孔洞,腐蚀介质可以直接接触到金属表面。为了开发出具有优良耐久性的防腐涂层,研究人员使用不同的方法和材料制备了多种环氧树脂防腐涂层。该文综述了纳米粒子改性环氧防腐涂层、超疏水型环氧防腐涂层、自修复型环氧防腐涂层、导电聚合物改性环氧防腐涂层及生物基材料改性环氧防腐涂层的制备及性能。但这5种防腐涂层各有局限性,未来应该探究出新的环氧防腐涂层,在提升涂层防腐性能的同时,兼顾其他性能,使环氧树脂基防腐涂层朝着功能化、智能化的方向发展。  相似文献

Epoxy resin is chosen for our present study owing to its exceptional combination of properties such as easy processing, high safety, excellent solvent and chemical resistance, toughness, low shrinkage on cure, good electrical, mechanical and corrosion resistance with excellent adhesion to many substrates. This versatility in formulation made epoxy resins widely applied for surface coatings, adhesives, laminates, composites, potting, painting materials, encapsulant for semiconductor and insulating material for electric devices. There are numerous paint/coating systems based on epoxy resin available for corrosion and fouling prevention. They however are not completely satisfactory in field applications, where high corrosion, fouling and flame resistance are required. The demand for epoxy resin as corrosion/fouling resistant coatings is restricted mainly due to its inferior characteristics like poor impact strength, high rigidity, and moisture absorbing nature besides inadequate flame retardant properties. It is for this reason that silicones and phosphorus-based compounds are used as modifier in this work by intercrosslinking network mechanism (ICN) to obtain epoxy resin with desired properties ideally suitable for field applications for preventing corrosion and fouling with flame retardantancy. The present work involves the development of solvent free silicone/phosphorus modified epoxy coating systems, since solvent free coating systems are widely used for numerous applications due to their lower cost per unit film thickness, freedom from fire and pollution hazard and ability to provide better performance. For the development of coating systems, epoxy resin (X) serves as base material, hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane (HTPDMS) as modifier, γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (γ-APS) as crosslinking agent and dibutyltindilaurate (DBTDL) as catalyst. Polyamidoamine (A), aromatic amine adducts (B) and phosphorus-containing diamine (C) were used as curing agents. The study also describes the evaluation of corrosion resistant behaviour of unmodified epoxy and siliconized epoxy coatings by potentiodynamic polarization method, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), salt-spray and antifouling tests. Passive icephobic surfaces have been extensively studied by researchers due to their advantages of delaying icing time and reducing ice adhesion strength. However, icephobic materials with petroleum-based resources and toxic fluorine-containing chemicals, as one of the excellent icephobic materials, are very unfavorable for resource conservation and environmental protection. In this study, we report fluorine-free, highly transparent, chemically durable and low ice adhesion icephobic coatings prepared by glycerol triglycidyl ether (GTE) derived from natural glycerin and bis(3-aminopropyl) terminated polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) via one-pot method. On the one hand, PDMS with multiple methyl groups and two amine groups acts as a hydrophobic modifier to modulate the surface energy of the coatings, and also acts as a structure modifier to modulate the mechanical properties of the coatings, which allow us to design and synthesis the coating with excellent deicing performance (ice adhesion strength can reach about 16 kPa). On the other hand, GTE with multiple epoxy groups works as cross-linker to endow the coatings with good cross-linked networks, so that the coatings showed good durability after being subjected to different temperature treatment and different solution treatments. In additional, the transmittance of the coating is above 91.4%, which is expected to be applied to windows and sensors.  相似文献

Conventional polyurethane chemistry based on polyol and isocyanate chemistry is widely used for many applications ranging from plastics to coatings, constructions, pharmaceuticals, foods, etc. The growing concern over depletion of petrochemical materials and their rising prices has led to search for environment friendly renewable materials. Cardanol derived from cashew nut shell liquid is one such renewable material which has reactive phenolic group and aliphatic double bond that could be tailor-made to produce novel functional materials for polymer and coating applications. This has previously been used for preparation of phenolics, epoxy resins and phenalkamine hardners. Diglycidyl ether of cardanol which is commercially available, is used as epoxy resin or modifier in epoxy formulations. In the present work, this was modified by simple one step ring opening reaction to produce polyols with different number of functionalities. The various polyols prepared were cured with polyisocyanate cross-linkers and applied on metallic substrates. The cured coatings were evaluated for physical, mechanical, chemical and thermal properties. The study conducted showed that the prepared polyols could be used as sole binder for coating formulation with overall excellent properties.  相似文献

Two types of modified layered aluminosilicates (montmorillonites) with different grain size and gallery spaces were tested as nanofillers in epoxy coating compositions for a steel substrate. Organophilic montmorillonites, in the amount of 2.5 and 5 wt% were introduced to waterborne and to solvent-type epoxy coating materials (based on bisphenol-A epoxy resins and various curing agents). The results of this work indicate that processing properties of coating compositions (leveling and drying time) as well as mechanical properties of coatings (hardness, scratch and abrasion resistance, adhesion to steel) were positively affected by a layered aluminosilicate nanofiller. Enhanced water resistance (lower water absorbance) of coats, especially those formed from waterborne compositions, has been found.  相似文献
