为保证核电站放射性废树脂及时安全排放,本文研制了一套车载式废树脂接收装置,该装置具有移动式和一体化等特点,能在低温恶劣环境下实现废树脂接收的功能。研制过程中,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了装置的三维计算模型,对装置进行了模态分析和响应谱分析,得到了装置在设计工况下各载荷组合后的应力强度,并基于有限元分析结果根据RCC-M规范规定的应力准则对装置结构进行了应力强度评定。结果表明:装置在设计工况下符合RCC-M规范O级准则的强度要求。试验验证结果证实,该车载式废树脂接收装置满足废树脂接收和安全运输的要求。 相似文献

某核设施运行单位的放射性废树脂水泥固化处理设施,采用界面测量的体积计量法对放射性废树脂进行计量,在调试中多次出现废树脂界面不稳定,造成计量不准确,甚至出现液位计卡滞导致无法正常计量的现象。为实现放射性废树脂准确计量,改为采用定容式体积计量法对废树脂进行计量,并设计了一套定容式体积计量系统。本文对定容式体积计量系统中的核心设备废树脂计量槽进行了设计和验证,结果表明,设计的废树脂计量槽具备进料快速、计量准确且下料完全的特点,计量的最大误差仅为1.6%,可满足放射性废树脂准确计量的要求。 相似文献

Radio frequency (RF) transmission systems with high-precision phase stability are required by the next generation of particle colliders and light sources.An RF transmission system was designed to meet this requirement.In this system,RF signal generated at the sending end is modulated onto a continuous wave (CW) optical carrier,transmitted through an optical fiber,and demodulated at the receiving end.The phase drift is detected by a digital phase monitor with femtosecond-level accuracy and compensated by a motorized optical fiber delay line (ODL).The measurement results show that the long-term phase drifts can be stabilized to within 100 fs (pk-pk),500 fs(pk-pk),and 1.8 ps (pk-pk) in a 400-meter-long optical fiber over 1 h,24 h,and 10 days,respectively. 相似文献

AbstractAs the Japanese nuclear power plants are located on the sea coast, the optimal system for LLW transport consists of sea and land modes. A special ship ‘Seiei Mam’ was built to transport the LLW from nuclear power plants to the LLW Burial Centre in Rokkasho-mura, Aomori Prefecture, and dedicated trucks were prepared to transfer the LLW from the receiving wharf to the Burial Centre. Containers were developed to transport LLW drums efficiently and were designed and tested to meet the IP-2 packaging requirements. Of such containers 3000 have been used since 1992 and the safe transport of LLW has been demonstrated by means of the IP-2 packagings. 相似文献

由于内陆厂址受纳水体容量有限,使得核电内陆厂址面临的一个关键问题就是液态流出物排放。本文通过对比分析三代压水堆内陆厂址液态流出物排放与现有排放国家标准要求,发现三代压水堆两项指标不能满足内陆厂址要求,即除氚、14C外其他放射性核素和氚排放均不能满足内陆厂址要求。针对除氚、14C外其他放射性核素排放,建议增加化学絮凝、离子交换床和反渗透装置以满足100 Bq/L的排放要求。针对氚排放,通过调整排放方式能满足2台机组氚排放要求,使得下游1 km处氚浓度不超过71 Bq/L;多机组内陆电厂的氚排放建议利用联合电解催化交换(CECE)和水精馏(WD)技术,以达到分离氚的目的。 相似文献

At present, it is increasingly difficult for the nuclear power design products to meet user expectations for there is no effective method to collect and manage the requirement information, and it is unable to perform early the requirement verification and to change the requirements in the research and development process. In view of the above problems, this paper takes the safety injection system as an example and applies the requirement modeling to the requirement analysis process. The collection of requirements is achieved through requirement use case modeling, requirement scenario modeling and requirement logic modeling. the state diagram is implemented to ensure that the top-level design proposal meets user requirements, and the timing diagrams are compared to check for the missing and inconsistent requirements. Therefore, the early validation of requirements is realized by means of requirements modeling, ensuring that the design products meet the user requirements, and at the same time providing a reference for the further application of requirements modeling in nuclear power design. 相似文献

A novel technique based on sub-wavelength plasma structure effects on enhancement of RF communication signals on a receiving antenna is carried out in this paper in laboratory experiments and analyzed by corresponding numerical simulations. Considerable intensification on receiving signal gain up to~10 dB in comparison with that without the plasma modulation is observed experimentally in~1 GHz RF band, with an effective enhancement bandwidth of~340 MHz and the fractional bandwidth of~34%. Then, the optimal modulation parameters of plasma are further studied by a numerical simulation. It is shown that the number density, the layer thickness, and the collision frequency of the plasma, as well as the relative distance between the plasma layer and antenna synergistically affect the modulation. Compared to the metallic antenna with the same overall dimension, the modulated antenna covered by the subwavelength plasma structure features higher receiving efficiency and lower radar cross section in the studied RF band. The mechanism of the reception enhancement is further revealed by analyzing characteristics of electromagnetic scattering and electric field distribution in the subwavelength plasma layer. The results then exhibit scientific significance and application potential of sub-wavelength plasma modulation on compact receiving antennas with higher performance and better feature of radar stealth. 相似文献
