针对基本无线传感器网络DV-Hop定位算法中,计算平均跳距时产生偏小误差的原因,提出了基于平均跳距修正的DV-Hop算法。改进算法中,引入信标节点个数比例、所有信标节点平均跳距的最大值以及所有信标节点平均跳距的平均值三个因子,并采用它们对平均跳距进行修正。通过Matlab软件对算法进行仿真验证,结果表明,改进后的DV-Hop算法有效降低了未知节点的定位误差,是一种可行的无线传感器网络节点定位解决方案。 相似文献

针对无需测距DV-Hop定位算法存在较大定位误差的问题,从3个方面对其进行了改进:采用最小二乘法准则校正了信标节点间的平均每跳距离;基于对多信标节点平均每跳距离的加权处理修正了用于位置估计的平均每跳距离;通过设定定位精度门限,给出了对估计的定位节点坐标进行迭代求精的数值方法.给出了改进定位算法的实现流程,并对算法的性能进行了仿真研究.仿真结果表明,在适当增加节点计算量和通信开销的条件下,改进算法的定位精度和精度稳定性有明显改善,是一种可行的无线传感器网络节点定位的解决方案. 相似文献

节点定位算法是无线传感器网络中的关键技术。针对DV-Hop定位算法定位精度不高的问题,提出一种改进的DV-Hop定位算法,通过减小全网平均跳距与真实的平均跳距的差距,重新修订不在网络区域的未知节点的坐标,提高平均跳距取值的准确性。仿真结果表明,在同等网络环境下,改进的DV-Hop定位算法的定位误差减小,能有效提高节点的定位精度。 相似文献

本文在基于三维DV-Hop定位算法的基础上,提出了一种基于平均跳距修正的三维DV-Hop定位算法.该算法除了将DV-Hop定位算法从二维空间扩展到三维空间以外,还对未知节点到锚节点的平均每跳距离作了相应的修正,仿真结果表明:与原始算法相比改进后的算法定位精度有了一定提高. 相似文献

针对无线传感器网络中经典定位算法 DV-Hop 存在定位精度低的缺陷,提出了一种改进算法。在传统 DV-Hop 算法的基础上,首先采用最小均方误差准则校正信标节点的平均每跳距离,然后对各未知节点到参考信标节点的平均每跳距离进行加权处理,最后通过参数分析,对未知节点进行位置修正。仿真实验结果表明,改进算法相比于传统的 DV-Hop 定位算法以及已有的改进算法具有很高的定位精度,并且无需增加额外的硬件设施。因此在工程上具有很好的实用性。 相似文献

定位技术是无线传感器网络的关键技术之一,传统DV-Hop定位算法只考虑了最近一个锚节点估计的平均跳距离值,而单个锚节点估计的平均跳距离值无法准确地反映网络的实际平均跳距离。本文提出了一种基于加权处理的平均跳距离估计算法,考虑多个锚节点估计的平均跳距离值,根据距离未知节点的跳数进行加权,使网络平均跳距离的估计更加准确,从而提高定位精度。仿真结果表明,与DV-Hop算法的平均跳距离估计算法相比,本文算法更准确地估计平均跳距离,降低了均方根误差,并提高了定位精度。 相似文献

针对传统无线传感器网络定位算法平均误差大、节点能耗过高、定位精度不够理想等缺陷,提出了一种新的无线传感器网络定位算法IMDV-Hop.该算法引进了局部跳数Si和修正因子δ-i,用修正因子-δi对局部跳数进行修正,使待定位节点到锚节点的平均跳数更加符合实际情况;通过权衡定位精度和能耗,分三种情况计算了平均每跳间距,使得平均每跳间距更接近于真实值.仿真实验结果表明IMDV-Hop算法平均定位误差低,具有较小的通信开销,在非规则网络中可达到较好的定位精度. 相似文献

DUV lithography, using the 248 nm wavelength, is a viable manufacturing option for devices with features at 130 nm and less. Given the low kl value of the lithography, integrated process development is a necessary method for achieving acceptable process latitude. The application of assist features for rule based OPC requires the simultaneous optimization of the mask, illumination optics and the resist.Described in this paper are the details involved in optimizing each of these aspects for line and space imaging.A reference pitch is first chosen to determine how the optics will be set. The ideal sigma setting is determined by a simple geometrically derived expression. The inner and outer machine settings are determined, in turn,with the simulation of a figure of merit. The maximum value of the response surface of this FOM occurs at the optimal sigma settings. Experimental confirmation of this is shown in the paper.Assist features are used to modify the aerial image of the more isolated images on the mask. The effect that the diffraction of the scattering bars (SBs) has on the image intensity distribution is explained. Rules for determining the size and placement of SBs are also given.Resist is optimized for use with off-axis illumination and assist features. A general explanation of the material' s effect is discussed along with the affect on the through-pitch bias. The paper culminates with the showing of the lithographic results from the fully optimized system. 相似文献

The relation between the power of the Brillouin signal and the strain is one of the bases of the distributed fiber sensors of temperature and strain. The coefficient of the Bfillouin gain can be changed by the temperature and the strain that will affect the power of the Brillouin scattering. The relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is thought to be linear by many researchers. However, it is not always linear based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Therefore, errors will be caused if the relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is regarded as to be linear approximately for measuring the temperature and the strain. The parallel thinning algorithm with two subiterations is improved in this paper. By analyzing the notions of connected components and passes, a conclusion is drawn that the number of passes and the number of eight-connected components are equal. Then the expression of the number of eight-connected components is obtained which replaces the old one in the algorithm. And a reserving condition is proposed by experiments, which alleviates the excess deletion where a diagonal line and a beeline intersect. Today, micro-system technology and the development of new MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) are emerging rapidly. In order for this development to become a success in the long run, measurement systems have to ensure product quality. Most often, MEMS have to be tested by means of functionality or destructive tests. One reason for this is that there are no suitable systems or sensing probes available which can be used for the measurement of quasi inaccessible features like small holes or cavities. We present a measurement system that could be used for these kinds of measurements. The system combines a fiber optical, miniaturized sensing probe with low-coherence interferometry, so that absolute distance measurements with nanometer accuracy are possible. 相似文献

This paper presents a new method to increase the waveguide coupling efficiency in hybrid silicon lasers. We find that the propagation constant of the InGaAsP emitting layer can be equal to that of the Si resonant layer through improving the design size of the InP waveguide. The coupling power achieves 42% of the total power in the hybrid lasers when the thickness of the bonding layer is 100 nm. Our result is very close to 50% of the total power reported by Intel when the thickness of the thin bonding layer is less than 5 nm. Therefore, our invariable coupling power technique is simpler than Intel's. 相似文献

Teleportation of an arbitrary unknown N-qubit entangled state under the controlling of M controllers
A new quantum protocol to teleport an arbitrary unknown N-qubit entangled state from a sender to a fixed receiver under M controllers(M < N) is proposed. The quantum resources required are M non-maximally entangled Greenberger-Home-Zeilinger (GHZ) state and N-M non-maximally entangled Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) pairs. The sender performs N generalized Bell-state measurements on the 2N particles. Controllers take M single-particle measurement along x-axis, and the receiver needs to introduce one auxiliary two-level particle to extract quantum information probabilistically with the fidelity unit if controllers cooperate with it. 相似文献

A continuous-wave (CW) 457 nm blue laser operating at the power of 4.2 W is demonstrated by using a fiber coupled laser diode module pumped Nd: YVO4 and using LBO as the intra-cavity SHG crystal With the optimization of laser cavity and crystal parameters, the laser operates at a very high efficiency. When the pumping power is about 31 W, the output at 457nm reaches 4.2 W, and the optical to optical conversion efficiency is about 13.5% accordingly.
