本文是以BSA-GA为交联剂,将异常汉逊氏酵母菌(Hansenula anomalaVar.scheggil)菌体固定成膜,与氧电极偶合研制成BOD微生物传感器.在29.5℃、pH6.8的工作条件下,该传感器响应时间为2~3min,线性范围1~85mg/L,标准偏差0.91mg/L,变异系数4.2%,回收率94~107%,该电极操作简便、快速、测定的重现稳定性较好,能连续稳定测试一周以上,可作为各种污水中BOD测定的新方法. 相似文献

有机磷水解酶(OPH)传感器作为检测农产品中农药残留的新型检测装置,其酶的固定化对OPH传感器的灵敏度和稳定性有重要的影响。研究了几种酶固定化载体、孔径大小、固定方式、固定方法(试剂组成)对传感器pH值的影响。结果显示:采用孔径为0.45μm的硝酸纤维素膜制备固定化酶片的pH值要大于其余几种;采用浸泡方式制备固定化酶片的pH值明显大于传统的滴定法;采用牛血清白蛋白(BSA)、戊二醛交联固定的效果优于酶直接吸附法和BSA固定法,且当戊二醛体积分数为2.5%,BSA为10%时,酶固定化效果最好。 相似文献

A thin film of TCNQ (tetracyanoquinodimethane) complex and immobilized glucose oxidase (GOD) has been prepared as a new type of enzyme electrode, and evaluated for an amperometric glucose-sensor application. This enzyme electrode is coated with two layers. The inner layer is TCNQ charge-transfer complex, which is prepared by the spontaneous electrolysis of Ag substrate in TCNQ solution. The outer layer consist of GOD and an electron mediator (dimethylferrocene) dispersed uniformly in the polymer matrix. Electron transfer from the outer layer to the inner layer take place with the aid of the mediator and the conducting charge-transfer complex. This enzyme electrode shows a rapid current response and is not affected by fluctuations of the dissolved oxygen concentration. Furthermore, a glucose-sensing system has been constructed by placing the counter electrode near the enzyme electrode. This system shows a rapid current response to a drop of glucose solution and a linear relationship between the response current and the glucose concentration on applying low potential. Therefore the system has been applied to human serum containing up to 25 mM glucose without preliminary treatment (diluting or mixing the sample). 相似文献

This paper firstly proposes a bilateral optimized negotiation model based on reinforcement learning. This model negotiates on the issue price and the quantity, introducing a mediator agent as the mediation mechanism, and uses the improved reinforcement learning negotiation strategy to produce the optimal proposal. In order to further improve the performance of negotiation, this paper then proposes a negotiation method based on the adaptive learning of mediator agent. 软测量技术对化工生产过程中提高产品质量和保证安全生产具有重要的作用,因此对化工软测量建模方法的研究具有重要意义.本文将贝叶斯网络应用于化工软测量建模,采用高斯混合模型来近似表达贝叶斯网络模型中的联合概率分布,通过Expectation Maximization算法求解出高斯混合模型参数并给出了贝叶斯网络估计公式.应用此法分别对某炼油厂脱丁烷塔塔底丁烷含量和某双酚A生产过程中脱水塔出口组分苯酚含量建立了软测量模型,取得了良好的离线估计结果.仿真结果表明,与支持向量机相比,在估计精度相当的情况下,省去了许多过程参数的估计,是1种有效的软测量建模方法. 相似文献

Machines in industry, including industrial robots, have in many cases dramatically reduced the man-made work and improved the work environment. New machines introduce, however, new risk factors. Traditionally machines are safeguarded by means that more or less rigidly separates the machines from the personnel. This works well in many traditional areas, i.e., where industrial robots are involved. There is however a risk that the safety system limits the valuable flexibility of the robot, which can be considered as a quality that tends to become even more valuable in the progress of programming possibilities and sensor technology. This article shows an example how a safety system can be designed to achieve increased flexibility in co-operation between human and production safety strategy. The proposed safety system is totally based on sensor information that monitors the working area, calculate the safety level and improve the system dynamically, e.g., reduce the robot capability in conjunction to the system safety level. The safety system gain information from the sensors and calculates a risk level which controls the robot speed, i.e., the speed is reduced to achieve a sufficiently low risk level. The sensor data is combined with fuzzy-based sensor fusion and fuzzy rules. The safety system is based on sensor information, hence it automatically adjusts to changes in the guarded area as long as the functionality of the sensors is maintained.
