本文针对电镀生产线综合自动化问题,设计了一套微机控制系统。该系统以TK—80工业控制机为核心,实现了对电镀生产线上双车双臂的顺序控制和电镀工艺参数(温度、电流密度、PH值)的控制及生产过程监视,故障诊断等多种功能。实际应用证明,该系统具有可靠性高,灵活性好及操作简单的优点,适于推广使用。  相似文献

针对目前电镀厂水中镀件定位问题,应用FRID技术,提出了一个区域定位算法。该算法把各工序电镀槽作为一个个定位区域,通过计算各个电镀槽四周的参考标签与被定位标签的距离,建立一个区域矩阵,通过区域矩阵确定被定位标签的位置。提出一个记录镀件轨迹算法,解决了附着电子标签的镀件掉入水下的定位问题。实验结果表明系统减少了定位误差,提高了定位精度。该定位系统的部署能大大提高电镀厂的生产效率和效益。  相似文献

The problem of electroplating selection has been of concern to users for many years. The selection process is becoming more and more difficult due to the availability of large variety of electroplating configurations and manufacturing plants/products. The methods proposed so far consider only physical parameters (thickness, hardness, adhesion, etc.). In order to have precise information about the selection process, the performance of electroplating plays a vital role.The objective of this paper is to propose a methodology by which selection of electroplating product/plant can be made easy. This selection procedure will help the user to select the system most suited for his operational needs. Moreover, the paper discusses how the electroplating suppliers, designers and maintenance personnel will also be benefited.The identification and codification of attributes based on n-digit alpha numeric code is presented here. The 3 stage selection procedure allows rapid convergence from a very large number of options to manageable shortlist of potentially suitable electroplating option using ‘elimination search’ based on a few pertinent attributes. Then the selection procedure ranks them by employing a multiple attributes decision making (MADM) method using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) approach. It helps the decision maker(s) to organize the problem to be solved, and carry out analysis, comparisons and ranking of the alternatives. Magnitudes of different attributes are used to generate parameters of the hypothetical ideal electroplating, with all the candidate electroplating compared and ranked. This ranking gives the best available electroplating for particular application. The methodology is presented with the help of illustrated example of gold plating, which shows that it can benefit the designers, users or manufacturers.  相似文献

The LIGA process combines X-ray lithography with electroplating and molding. It is a technique used worldwide for the fabrication of high aspect ratio microstructures. In Germany, this technique will be established as a production line to manufacture micro system devices. A project named (modular production method using the LIGA process) MODULIGA has the goal to link together the activities of the German LIGA centers Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe / Institut für Mikrostrukturtechnik, Karlsruhe (FZK/IMT), Institut für Mikrotechnik, Mainz (IMM) and Berliner Elektronenspeicherring-Gesellschaft für Synchrotronstrahlung, Berlin (BESSY). LIGA process steps will be standardized and interface specifications will be defined to establish a modular production method. Interface specifications are defined for masks, substrate and resist, exposure technology, development and finally electroplating. The standards are defined by testing criteria. 国产脉冲电镀电源通常采用手动方式调节参数,因此在设定参数之后,只能以单一参数的脉冲波形进行电镀;某些国外电镀电源虽然实现了程控,但也存在一定的缺陷.如脉宽调节范围较窄,脉冲频率不可调等。针对上述缺陷,对传统脉冲电源进行了优化设计。新设计的APCP-150型程序控制脉冲镀银电源主要基于程控技术和斩波技术,以大功率半导体器件为主开关器件。通过PLC输出不同频率的脉冲信号来进行控制,以实现各种不同工艺要求的电镀,并在镀银生产中减轻了工人的劳动强度,节省了工时。  相似文献

The cyclic hoist scheduling problem is encountered in electroplating facilities, when mass production is required. This class of problems is a branch stemming from the Hoist Scheduling Problem (HSP) where automatic hoist is used for moving electroplates through chemical baths. A repetitive sequence of moves is searched for the hoist in cyclic schedule. To minimize the cycle time of r different part-jobs, we propose a linear optimization approach. An illustrative example is given in order to show some feedback of our exact solving method. Afterward, two comparisons are presented: firstly, between a two 1-cycle homogenous schedule and a 2-cycle heterogeneous part-job and secondly, between 2-cycle and 4-cycle heterogeneous part-job. These comparisons show how, by considering r-cyclic scheduling, we can optimize the cycle length considerably and then the throughput rate of the electroplating line.  相似文献

Superficial and electroplating defects are the most commonly seen flaws on the lens collar. The former arose from cutter offset or chip winding during the cutting process, while the later occurred if the surface was stained with rough or foreign material during the electroplating process. Relying on human inspection to ensure quality of a lens collar was time consuming and accounted for occupational injury. Thus, implementation of automatic inspection technology became invertible in the mass production environment. Since the texture on the surface of lens collar was not only regular but also statistical, the system used image restoration based on discrete Fourier transformation (DFT) to detect defects embedding on those two types of textures.  相似文献

 This paper was presented at the Fourth International Workshop on High Aspect Ratio Micro-Structure Technology (HARMST) 2001 in Baden-Baden, Germany. For building high aspect ratio parts, using a combination of UV lithography and electroplating is a very promising approach. This paper describes investigations regarding the application of UV lithography and electroplating to fabricate high aspect ratio component parts of microactuators, such as coils and pole pieces. As resist materials, both novolac-based resists and photosensitive epoxy were investigated.
