考虑到氧的影响,本文导出一组H_2O-H_2及H_2O-H_2-惰气混合气体氧位新的表征式。经典表征式是该公式的特例。本文讨论了微量氧存在时对平衡气氛影响的各种因素以及减小误差的最佳配气条件,同时评价了某些用H_2O-H_2(或H_2O-H_2-惰气)混合气体控制氧位的平衡实验的可靠程度。 相似文献

考察了氧对Mo2FeB2金属陶瓷性能的影响。结果表明:基体中的氧能与硼形成表观像玻璃的B2O3杂质,烧结时这些B2O3杂质能从基体内迁移到基体表面,而在基体内部留下了大量孔洞,恶化了基体性能。通过适当的工艺措施,减少B2O3杂质的形成,可制得较好综合性能的Mo2FeB2金属陶瓷 相似文献

通过溶-胶凝胶(sol-gel)制备了添加TiO2的RuO2+TiO2/Ti纳米涂层钛阳极,并通过XRD,DTA,TEM分析了TiO2组元对RuO2+TiO2+SnO2/Ti的电极涂层的组织、晶粒尺寸和外观形貌的影响,结果表明,所获涂层为纳米级结构,添加TiO2细化晶粒的效果不显著.研究表明,涂层组成物主要为(Ru,Sn,Ti)O2固溶体,TiO2含量增加,该固溶体仍能稳定存在.退火温度升高后,发生单质Ru的析出,TiO2组元不能阻止涂层析出Ru单质.添加TiO2的涂层晶粒外观成等轴状特征. 相似文献

The mathematical formulas are given for calculating the partial molar thermodynamic proper-ties in a ternary system from its three corresponding binary systems based on the new ternarysymmetric model presented by the authors in the foregoing paper.Applying this model toNaCl-BaCl_2-SrCl_2 system,the phase diagram of which as well as some isothermal sectionshave been calculated.The devations of temperature between the calculated and experimen-tal diagrams are less than five degrees. 相似文献

采用高温高压釜,辅以失重法和扫描电镜,对不同H2S分压下(1.4 kPa,20 kPa,60 kPa,120 kPa)油管钢N80、P110的CO2/H2S腐蚀进行了研究.结果表明,在试验H2S分压范围内,随着H2S分压的升高,两种钢的腐蚀速率先增后降,且都在H2S分压为20 kPa时取得最大值.

Reaction between Cu_2S and Cu_2O was investigated at 1150 to 1250℃.The reaction rate in-creases with the increase of surface area of Cu_2O grains and depends unobviously on temper-ature.At the suggestion of controlling step of reaction rate being oxygen diffusion through theliquid layer along reaction boundaries,two final kinetical equations would be made as follows:x=6.69×10~(-2)At for 0<α<0.74 and ln(l-α)=-A(9.83×10~(-2)t+1.76)for 0.74<α<1,whereα is SO_2 evolved in time t and A is surface area of Cu_2O particles. 相似文献

利用DTA和X射线衍射技术研究了SmCl_3-PbCl_2二元系和SmCl_3-PbCl_2-CaCl_2三元系相图。发现SmCl_3-PbCl_2系有一个异份熔化化合物3SmCl_3 PbCl_2,体系转熔点p为465℃,42.0mol-%SmCl_3,低共熔点e是452℃,33.0mol-%SmCl_3,SmCl_3-PbCl_2-CaCl_2三元系有对应SmCl_3,PbCl_2,CaCl_2,和3SmCl_3·PbCl_2四个液相面,五条二次结晶线,一个三元低共熔点E[396℃,29.5mol-%SmCl_3,58.0mol-%PbCl_2],一个三元转熔点P[417℃,36.0mol-%SmCl_3,50.0mol-%PbCl_2),对应的两个四相平衡反应为: L=PbCl_2+CaCl_2+3SmCl_3·PbCl_2 L+SmCl_3=3SmCl_3·PbCl_2+CaCl_2 相似文献

设计、制备了三个系列(不同Bi2O3与Sb2O3掺杂浓度)的ZnO基复合材料.力学性能测试的结果表明,Bi含量(2%,原子分数)保持不变,随Sb含量(在合适的剂量范围内)的增大,由于基质ZnO晶粒减小,陶瓷致密度增大,所得材料的模量、抗弯强度以及断裂韧性均增大;Sb含量(3%,原子分数)保持不变,随Bi含量的增大,由于基质ZnO晶粒增大、陶瓷致密度减小,所得材料的模量、抗弯强度以及断裂韧性均减小.在设计组成范围内材料的最佳力学性能约为:弹性模量114 GPa,弯曲模量115GPa,抗弯强度 120 MPa,断裂韧性1.87 MPa·m1/2. 相似文献

利用X-射线衍射和扫描电镜技术研究了纯Zn和Zn-Fe合金(含Fe0.2~0.7wt%)镀层的结构,发现Zn-Fe合金镀层的晶粒较纯Zn镀层细小,晶体排布更为致密;利用电化学综合测试仪研究了纯Zn和Zn-Fe合金镀层的极化电阻和腐蚀电流,结果表明Zn-Fe合金镀层的极化电阻更高而腐蚀电流较纯Zn镀层显著减小。 相似文献
