高压电缆需要通过电缆附件与输电系统进行稳定可靠的连接,电缆附件增强绝缘主要采用硅橡胶(SIR)和三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM),SIR和EPDM具有良好的介电性能和力学性能,但随着高压输电等级的不断提高,电缆附件电学性能的发展也需紧跟时代的步伐.为此,本文综合国内外研究现状,论述了高压电缆附件增强绝缘用SIR和EPDM电学性能的影响因素,分析了改善电学性能的研究进展,阐述了双层绝缘介质界面电学性能研究进展,最后总结了高压电缆附件用橡胶基增强绝缘电学性能改性的难点,并对高压电缆附件用橡胶绝缘材料的未来研究趋势进行了展望. 相似文献

In high‐voltage aerial distribution systems, creeping discharges progress along the cable surface from the free end of the binding wire when overvoltages caused by a lightning surge have invaded the central line of an insulated cable. Consequently, various accidents such as punch‐through breakdown, melting, or snapping of a cable, often occur at these systems. In our previous studies, it has been clarified that the lengths and aspects of creeping discharges under a 1.2/50 µ s impulse voltage condition can be markedly affected by changes in the electric field strength on the cable surface. However, lightning impulse surges which may invade the central line of a cable have various wave front durations. This will further complicate creeping discharge phenomena due to lightning. In this paper, we report the influence of the wave front duration on both the lengths and the aspects of the creeping discharges which progress on the cable on application of lightning impulse voltages. It has been shown that the behavior of negative creeping discharges reveals pronounced changes in response to the duration of the wave front of the applied voltage. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. More than half of oil-producing wells in Russia are operated using electric submersible pumps, which provide up to 75% of all oil produced in the country. However, electric submersible pumps have a rather high specific energy consumption in production of borehole liquid. Great difficulty is posed by determination of the loss in the cable of a submersible electric motor. I derived the analytical expressions to the adjusted calculation of power loss in the cable of an electric submersible pump. The loss depends on the length and cross section of the cable conductor, the average temperature, and the flowing electric current. The temperature along the wellbore can be approximately described by a linear law. However, other factors should be taken into account: the heating of the cable with flowing electric current and pumped liquid, which, in turn, is heated by the heat of an operating submersible pump unit. I constructed the graphic dependences of cable loss under conditions of current flowing under different values of temperature and length of the cable line. The results of the investigation will help to improve the accuracy of calculating the energy performance of well pumps and optimize their operating modes. 相似文献

本文首先建立了电缆噪声信号的模型,并通过基于动态阈值的小波变换去噪方法对电缆噪声进行了去噪处理。然后,本文分析了电缆的分布阻抗参数,利用首末两端的电流差与首末两端电压平均值相角差的余角作为电缆介质损耗角,进而确定了电缆绝缘老化程度的判断依据。最后,本文建立了基于I/V转换电路的电流传感器的电路模型,分析了在考虑噪声源前后传感器的输出电压特性,并通过Matlab仿真验证了基于动态阈值的小波变换去噪方法的有效性,验证了电缆介质损耗判断方法的准确性。 相似文献
