综述了建筑节能概况及其与外墙保温技术的关系和硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料在建筑外墙保温中的应用。外墙保温的隔热节能效果明显,其保温效果仍优于内墙保温所产生的效果。硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料一般都是闭孔结构,具有施工方便、强度高、质量轻等特点。硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料作为外墙保温材料,不仅具有良好的保温性能,而且防水性能好。硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的性价比较高,维护成本较低。加强聚氨酯泡沫塑料在外墙保温中的研究是未来几年的发展方向。  相似文献

选择阻燃剂三聚氰胺和甲基磷酸二甲酯(DMMP)对硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料进行阻燃改性,研究了异氰酸酯指数、水、三聚氰胺以及DMMP添加量对硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料阻燃性能和拉伸强度的影响主次顺序。结果表明,添加三聚氰胺和DMMP可以提高硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的阻燃性能,当三聚氰胺的添加量为25份、DMMP的添加量为25份、异氰酸酯指数为1.15、水添加量为1.5份时,硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的综合性能最佳。  相似文献

In this investigation, silica aerogel (SA)/Rigid Polyurethane (PUR) foam composites and silica aerogel/Polyurethane (PU) composites were prepared by dry mixing of granular and grinded silica aerogels with polyol part. They were then combined with diisocyanate part. Three different types of PUR foams and an elastomeric coating grade of PU were studied as well. Results show that thermal conductivity of foams did not decrease by adding silica aerogel. It even increased for some grades which is assumed to be due to the change in cell configuration of these foams. It was also found that sound insulation performance of these cellular composites did not improve significantly. Unlike foam composites, addition of silica aerogel into elastomeric PU improved its thermal and acoustic insulation properties. Because of the more promising properties of elastomeric PU composites, further examinations including measurements of compression strength and water contact angle of silica aerogel/PU composites were also taken. Final results showed a significant improvement in general properties of PU coatings by adding little amounts of silica aerogel (1–4 wt %). © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym. 以聚醚多元醇和异氰酸酯为主要原材料,制备了硬质聚氨酯灌封料。讨论了异氰酸根含量、催化剂用量,以及树脂和固化剂配比对产品性能的影响。对所研制的聚氨酯灌封料理化性能和工艺性能同进口料PU200进行了比较。结果表明,所研制的聚氨酯灌封料性能基本达到PU200的水平。  相似文献

以酯基间有2~6个碳原子的聚酯二元醇(CMA-24、CMA-44、CMA-254、CMA-66)、甲苯二异氰酸酯和扩链剂3,5-二甲硫基甲苯二胺(DMTDA)为原材料,通过预聚体法制备了一种耐水解聚酯型聚氨酯弹性体。探讨了水解稳定剂、防酶剂、紫外线吸收剂和抗氧剂等助剂对聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响,测定了耐水解聚酯型聚氨酯弹性体的耐湿热老化和耐海水性能。结果表明,通过添加适量的水解稳定剂、防霉剂、紫外线吸收剂和抗氧剂可大幅度提高聚酯型聚氨酯弹性体的耐湿热老化和耐紫外线老化性能,特别是耐海水性能较传统的聚酯型聚氨酯弹性体提高了5倍以上。  相似文献

R-RIM PU (reinforced-reaction injection molding polyurethanes) from the automotive industry (production scrap and parts at the end of their life cycle) can be recycled for the production of new RIM PU by a chemical process. Among the various possible chemical processes (hydrolysis, alcoholysis, aminolysis, and pyrolysis), we have examined glycolysis, a particular form of alcoholysis, for the purpose of obtaining a mixture of oligomers sufficiently similar to a polyol to be used in the production of new R-RIM PU. Glycolysis with dipropylene glycol (DPG) of R-RIM PU forms a monophasic product that could be used in the preparation of new, highly crosslinked polymers, similar to those used in the preparation of rigid thermal insulation foams. The same product, because of its high hydroxyl number, cannot be directly re-used in the production of new RIM PU. Partial substitution of free DPG in the glycolysis product with a triol having high molecular weight forms a homogeneous mixture suitable for production of new RIM PU. This final product has been used in the original R-RIM application introducing an appropriate optimization of formulation. In comparison with RIM PU obtained from only virgin materials, the loss in properties of molded parts based on even high amounts of regenerated polyol was only marginal.  相似文献

Rigid polyurethane (PUR) foams are widely used as heat insulation material in construction industry or for electronic appliances manufacturing. After finishing their life-time, it is necessary to eliminate foam wastes. The aim of this study was to prepare a pair of industrial PUR adhesives of medium viscosity containing recycled rigid PUR foam. Three methods of milling were tested: knife-milling, two-roll milling, and ball-milling. Only two-roll milling gives the PUR micro-powder usable for following adhesives modification. The micro-powder was used as passive filler in PUR adhesives and potential reactivity for polyol pack replacement was studied. Hydroxyl and amine numbers were determined in mixture with virgin polyol. One-component PUR prepolymer adhesive was prepared using various dosages of the micro powder and the tensile strength of bound wood was measured. As additional parameters, also free film adhesive mechanical parameters were tested and particle size distribution of the micro powder was analyzed. Two adhesive formulations were prepared for independent evaluation of the micro powder reactivity. The results showed growing of the mechanical strength of wood bonding with growing dosage of the micro powder.  相似文献
