The structures and compositions of Ti and Zr rich phases in ternary Al-Ti-Zr and quaternary Al-Si-Ti-Zr systems were investigated by energy dispersive spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.The additions of Ti and Zr were changed.It was found that Ti and Zr can replace each other in the Ti and Zr rich phases of Al-(Si-)Ti-Zr alloys.Compositions of the phases have been measured as a function of Ti and Zr additions.The content of Ti(Zr) in the phases increases with its addition in the alloys.Besides,the increase of Ti content can result in a decrease of lattice parameters.Microhardness of the phases in Al-18Si-xTi-/Zr alloys changes with composition evolution.Moreover,the microhardness is higher than that of the intermetallics of ternary Al-Si-Ti and Al-Si-Zr alloys,due to the distortion of crystal structure caused by the replacement of Ti and Zr.  相似文献

Research on Web measurement and industrial collaboration in measurement fields in a wide-area and across-organizationally is accepted globally. This paper proposes a novel, scalable management architecture of measurement resources for the resource organization and resource access of the current wide-area collaborative measurement applications in the context of a grid. The complexity of the measurement management on a grid arises from the scale, dynamism, autonomy, heterogeneity, and distribution of the measurement systems and the relative data systems. This paper mainly discusses the interconnection, collaboration, and transparent access of the multi-measurement resources based on the proposed management architecture in the context of complexity. We first discuss the logical architecture used in the measurement fields, and then the resource management system is put at a high premium with layered architecture. Finally, the problems such as resource interconnection, sharing and collaboration are studied in the context of the proposed management environment. MXenes,novel 2D transition metal carbides,have emerged as wonderful nanomaterials and a superlative contestant for a host of applications.The tremendous characteristics of MXenes,i.e.,high surface area,high metallic conductivity,ease of functionalization,biocompatibility,activated metallic hydroxide sites,and hydrophilicity,make them the best aspirant for applications in energy storage,catalysis,sensors,electronics,and environmental remediation.Due to their exceptional physicochemical properties and multifarious chemical compositions,MXenes have gained considerable attention for applications in water treatment and desalination in recent times.It is vital to understand the current status of MXene applications in desalination in order to define the roadmap for the development of MXene-based materials and endorse their practical applications in the future.This paper critically reviews the recent advancement in the synthesis of MXenes and MXene-based composites for applications in desalination.The desalination potential of MXenes is portrayed in detail with a focus on ion-sieving membranes,capacitive deionization,and solar desalination.The ion removal mechanism and regeneration ability of MXenes are also summarized to get insight into the process.The key challenges and issues associated with the synthesis and applications of MXenes and MXene-based composites in desalination are highlighted.Lastly,research directions are provided to guarantee the synthesis and applications of MXenes in a more effective way.This review may provide an insight into the applications of MXenes for water desalination in the future.  相似文献

The present work is focused on the influence of annealing atmosphere on the microstructure and mechanical property of free-cutting phosphor bronze alloy.The annealing of the alloy was conducted in the three kinds of annealing atmosphere such as air,vacuum and nitrogen.After annealing,a discernable difference in recystallized grain size and lead particle size was not appeared with different annealing atmosphere.The tensile strength of the alloy annealed in air or nitrogen atmosphere was higher than that of those annealed in vacuum atmosphere.In thecase of the alloy annealed in vacuum atmosphere,the mechanical strength was reduced by vaporization of zinc.In the case of annealing in nitrogen and in air atmosphere,the sweating of lead was occurred.However,the inverse segregation of lead was suppressed by copper oxide layer on the surface annealed in air.This copper oxide layer leads to a decrease of the yield during fabrication process. Therefore,annealing of the alloy in nitrogen atmosphere is favorable in terms of the mechanical strength and yield.  相似文献

Layered double hydroxide(LDH),a kind of 2D layered materials,has been recognized as the promising anticorrosion materials for metal and its alloy.The microstructure,physical/chemical properties,usage in corrosion inhibition and inhibition performance of LDH have been studied separately in open literature.However,there is a lack of a complete review to summarize the status of LDH technology and the potential R&D opportunities in the field of corrosion inhibition.In addition,the challenges for LDH in corrosion inhibition of metal-based system have not been summarized systematically.Herein,we review recent advances in the rational design of LDH for corrosion inhibition of metal-based system(i.e.Mg alloy,Al alloy,steel and concrete)and high-throughput anticorrosion materials development.By evaluating the physical/chemical properties,usage in metal-based system and the corrosion inhibition mechanism of LDH,we highlight several important factors of LDH for anticorrosion performance and common features of LDH in applying different metal alloys.Finally,we provide our perspective and recommendation in this field,including high-throughput techiniques for combinatorial compositional design and rapid synthesis of anticorrosion alloys,with the goal of accelerating the development and application of LDH in corrosion inhibition of metal-based system.  相似文献

Launching vertical shiplift is a type of shiplifts which have the advantages in characteristics of dynamics and statics,safety and simplicity in operation. But their applications are limited as the scales of mechanical equipments are too large. This paper puts forward the principle of minimization of the equivalent load for the general layout design of launching vertical shiplifts,based on the analysis of the load probability of the main hoists and their key mechanical equipments. The principle aims at determining the optimal weight of counterweight so that the equivalent loads of the main hoists of shiplifts are minimized,and larger ships are permitted to pass through. The theory and method presented in this paper have been applied in the design of the first step and third step shiplifts of the Goupitan Hydro Power Station. This has resulted in the breakthrough of the design and manufacture of launching vertical shiplifts so that the ships with tonnage of 500 t can pass through hydro dams for this type of shiplifts,comparing with the largest launching shiplift in Yantan Hydro Power Station with the 250 t shiplift.  相似文献

Persistent luminescence phosphors are a novel group of promising luminescent materials with afterglow properties after the stoppage of excitation.In the past decade,persistent luminescence nanoparticles(PLNPs)with intriguing optical properties have attracted a wide range of attention in various areas.Especially in recent years,the development and applications in biomedical fields have been widely explored.Owing to the efficient elimination of the autofluorescence interferences from biotissues and the ultra-long near-infrared afterglow emission,many researches have focused on the manipulation of PLNPs in biosensing,cell tracking,bioimaging and cancer therapy.These achievements stimulated the growing interest in designing new types of PLNPs with desired superior characteristics and multiple functions.In this review,we summarize the works on synthesis methods,bioapplications,biomembrane modification and biosafety of PLNPs and highlight the recent advances in biosensing,imaging and imaging-guided therapy.We further discuss the new types of PLNPs as a newly emerged class of functional biomaterials for multiple applications.Finally,the remaining problems and challenges are discussed with suggestions and prospects for potential future directions in the biomedical applications.  相似文献
