根据自动平压平模切机的受力特点,提出了一种模切机动态响应分析的方法,它利用有限元分析求解模切压力与动平台位移的关系,再利用动力学仿真来分析双肘杆机构运动副反力和曲轴阻力矩的变化过程,并求解模切机构的极限工作速度和最大模切荷载。该方法对于同类冲压机械的工作原理的分析与机械设计的研究有重要意义。  相似文献

遗传算法对于多参数系统优化设计具有较好的鲁棒性。针对注塑机肘杆机构优化设计的问题,通过对注塑机单肘杆合模装置的运动分析,建立了数学模型。以肘杆机构长度最小为目标,利用遗传算法进行了优化设计,并与常规设计方法进行了比较。研究结果表明,基于遗传算法的优化设计体现出了明显的优化效果,具有一定的实际应用价值。  相似文献

油缸驱动肘杆机构合模部件触动系统在注塑成型的开模过程中出现的瞬时停顿的不连续运动现象,分析了肘杆机构合模部件弹性变形能的实质,从理论和实例上对瞬时停顿的不连续运动现象进行论证,说明主要原因是由于油缸动力驱动系统与肘杆机构合模部件弹性力学的两者之间的动态性能不匹配所引起。提出的油马达—滚珠丝杆—肘杆机构等组合的传动系统,改变了合模部件弹性恢复能量转化型式,达到弹性恢复不干涉开模运动速度,实现开模的连续运动;传动系统组成型式的改变,打破传动的油缸驱动肘杆机构合模部件传动系统的增力比的设计极限,由传统的约20倍可增大到约100倍,实现肘杆机构合模部件节能降耗驱动的突破,拓展了运动性能优化设计空间。  相似文献

针对伺服压力机主驱动机构的主要杆件对机构运动学和动力学特性的影响,提出一种优化结构的方法以提高机构的机械效益。基于压力机的主驱动机构的工作原理,建立压力机主驱动机构的上三角肘杆机构的ADAMS仿真模型。建立上三角肘杆机构的正运动学数学模型,同时运用MATLAB编写计算程序进行数值计算,得到上三角肘杆机构在不同杆长条件下输出端的运动变化特性曲线,验证连杆尺寸的设计具有合理性。进行上三角肘杆机构的动力学特性分析,得到各个铰节点的受力变化情况。建立机构的参数化优化模型,以机械效益最大为优化目标,计算获得优化后的杆长尺寸,并得到上三角肘杆式主驱动机构输出力的放大倍数提高了2.75倍。  相似文献

A high servo control response and a high energy efficiency, which are difficult to achieve simultaneously, are requested in hydraulic servo systems of current hydraulic injection moulding machines. This investigation develops new solutions to concurrently implement energy-saving control and velocity control for simultaneously realising high velocity control response and high energy efficiency for injection moulding machines. Two different hydraulic pump systems, including a variable displacement pump and a variable rotational speed pump, are developed and in each one of them two different energy-saving control concepts, such as load-sensing control and constant supply pressure control, are implemented. Thus, for verifying the feasibility of the integrated control systems and comparing the energy-saving effects, velocity control of the hydraulic cylinder can be integrated with four different energy-saving control systems (ESCSs) and also the conventional hydraulic system without energy-saving control. A fuzzy sliding mode control that can simplify the complex fuzzy rule bases is used for solving the complex two-input two-output systems. The experimental results show the excellent performance of the integrated concurrent control systems.  相似文献

为了满足半导体生产线多目标优化要求,提出了多目标优化动态调度规则。它由正常状态调度规则、瓶颈设备较低在制品水平的调度规则、非瓶颈设备较高在制品水平的调度规则、多批加工设备调度规则以及紧急工件调度规则五种类型的调度规则组成。使用具有半导体生产线本质特征的简化模型,将多目标优化动态调度规则与先入先出法、最早交货期法、临界值法进行了比较,结果表明,多目标优化动态调度规则能够改善半导体生产线的整体性能,更好地优化模型的生产率、加工周期与在制品水平,最终提高准时交货率。  相似文献

Die casting machines, which are the core equipment of the machinery manufacturing industry, consume great amounts of energy. The energy consumption prediction of die casting machines can support energy consumption quota, process parameter energy-saving optimization, energy-saving design, and energy efficiency evaluation; thus, it is of great significance for Industry 4.0 and green manufacturing. Nevertheless, due to the uncertainty and complexity of the energy consumption in die casting machines, there is still a lack of an approach for energy consumption prediction that can provide support for process parameter optimization and product design taking energy efficiency into consideration. To fill this gap, this paper proposes an energy consumption prediction approach for die casting machines driven by product parameters. Firstly, the system boundary of energy consumption prediction is defined, and subsequently, based on the energy consumption characteristics analysis, a theoretical energy consumption model is established. Consequently, a systematic energy consumption prediction approach for die casting machines, involving product, die, equipment, and process parameters, is proposed. Finally, the feasibility and reliability of the proposed energy consumption prediction approach are verified with the help of three die casting machines and six types of products. The results show that the prediction accuracy of production time and energy consumption reached 91.64% and 85.55%, respectively. Overall, the proposed approach can be used for the energy consumption prediction of different die casting machines with different products.  相似文献

The objective of this research is to implement a novel parallel control of clamping force and energy-saving in hydraulic injection moulding machines (HIMMs) in order to simultaneously achieve accurate force control response and high energy efficiency. In order to verify the feasibility of the integrated control system and compare energy-saving effects, the clamping force control of HIMMs can be integrated with two different energy-saving control systems or integrated with a conventional hydraulic system without energy-saving control. The overall control system is a coupled two-input two-output system. Therefore, a decoupling fuzzy sliding-mode control (DFSMC) strategy, which can reduce the fuzzy rule numbers and counteract the coupling effects, is developed for the integrated control of HIMMs. The experimental results show the outstanding performance of the parallel control in HIMMs with DFSMC .  相似文献

Scheduling of flexible manufacturing systems is a well-known NP-hard problem which is very complex, due to additional considerations like material handling, alternative routing, and alternative machines. Improvement in the performance of a flexible manufacturing system can be expected by efficient utilization of its resources, by proper integration and synchronization of their scheduling. Differential evolution is a powerful tool which proved itself as a better alternative for solving optimization problems like scheduling. In this paper, the authors addressed simultaneous scheduling of both machines and material handling system with alternative machines for the makespan minimization objective. The authors proposed a machine selection heuristic and a vehicle assignment heuristic which are incorporated in the differential evolution approach to assign the tasks, to appropriate machine and vehicle, and to minimize cycle time.  相似文献
