针对航天领域环境温度测量宽量程、高精度的需求,提出一种基于温度传感器进行冷端补偿的S型热电偶测量电路,该电路由S型热电偶温度传感器信号调理电路和采样量化电路两部分组成。利用温度传感器AD590的输出电流产生补偿电动势,以补偿S型热电偶冷端温度,实现其测点绝对温度的测量;通过S型热电偶输出电动势与测量温度在分段线性拟合和全量程线性拟合两种算法下的线性度比较,S型热电偶测量时的非线性误差采用分段线性拟合校正算法。对测量电路进行多次试验,结果表明,该设计可实现的温度测量范围为0~1 600℃,全温度范围测量准确度±0.2%。电路经工程应用验证,测量结果符合环境变化情况。 相似文献

针对液体、固体物体表面过于光滑,不易测量的状况,采用ATMEL公司生产的单片机AT89S52最小系统设计并实现了一种结构简单检测迅速的超声波测距仪。根据超声波在空气中的传播特性,重点讨论了超声波测距的数据处理方法、装置的硬件实现以及为提高测量精度采用的温度补偿方法。系统由单片机最小系统、温度测量电路、数码管显示电路、超声波发射接收电路、LED显示电路、报警电路组成。通过实验,表明系统测量工作可靠,有良好的测量精度和灵敏度。 相似文献

A novel method for the determination of the optical properties of tissue from time-domain measurements is presented. The data analysis is based on the evaluation of the first moment and the second centralized moment, i.e., the mean time of flight and the variance of the measured distribution of times of flight (DTOF) of photons injected by short (picosecond) laser pulses. Analytical expressions are derived for calculation of absorption and of reduced scattering coefficients from these moments by application of diffusion theory for infinite and semi-infinite homogeneous media. The proposed method was tested on experimental data obtained with phantoms, and results for absorption and reduced scattering coefficients obtained by the proposed method are compared with those obtained by fitting of the same data with analytical solutions of the diffusion equation. Furthermore, the accuracy of the moment analysis was investigated for a range of integration limits of the DTOF. The moment analysis may serve as a comparatively fast method for evaluating optical properties with sufficient accuracy and can be used, e.g., for on-line monitoring of optical properties of biological tissue. 相似文献

水三相点是开尔文热力学温度的唯一基准点,也是ITS-90国际温标重要的定义固定点。因此,水三相点不确定度分析对整个温标的建立、温度量值传递起着至关重要的作用。近3年来,中国计量科学研究院研制出一系列高质量的水三相点容器,加强了水三相点的研究,为不确定度的分析提供了更为可靠的实验依据。同时,不确定度的分析也是客观评价新研制容器性能的一个重要指标。因此,根据实验结果对新研制容器所复现的水三相点进行了不确定度评定。评定结果表明,其扩展不确定度为0.16mK(k=2.69,P=0.99)。 相似文献
