针对多属性群决策问题,采用能够方便专家参考语言集信息进行评价并且取值灵活的勾股模糊语言集进行了处理。首先,基于语言集和勾股模糊集的距离测度给出了勾股模糊语言数距离测度的定义与相关性质;然后,以勾股模糊语言数的距离测度作为幂均(PA)算子的距离度量,提出了勾股模糊语言幂加权平均(PFLPWA)算子用以对群决策过程中不同专家评价矩阵进行融合,并同时在融合过程中考虑专家评价的差异性;最后,基于PFLPWA算子构建了勾股模糊语言环境下的群体决策新方法,并通过案例分析检验了PFLPWA算子应用于群决策中的有效性和适用性。  相似文献

Due to the uncertainty of the decision environment and the lack of knowledge, decision-makers may use uncertain linguistic preference relations to express their preferences over alternatives and criteria. For group decision-making problems with preference relations, it is important to consider the individual consistency and the group consensus before aggregating the preference information. In this paper, consistency and consensus models for group decision-making with uncertain 2-tuple linguistic preference relations (U2TLPRs) are investigated. First of all, a formula which can construct a consistent U2TLPR from the original preference relation is presented. Based on the consistent preference relation, the individual consistency index for a U2TLPR is defined. An iterative algorithm is then developed to improve the individual consistency of a U2TLPR. To help decision-makers reach consensus in group decision-making under uncertain linguistic environment, the individual consensus and group consensus indices for group decision-making with U2TLPRs are defined. Based on the two indices, an algorithm for consensus reaching in group decision-making with U2TLPRs is also developed. Finally, two examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms.  相似文献

Considered in this paper is the group decision making problem with inter-dependent or interactive attributes, where evaluation values of decision makers are in linguistic arguments. By using the Choquet integral, some new aggregation operators are introduced, including the 2-tuple correlated averaging operator, the 2-tuple correlated geometric operator and the generalized 2-tuple correlated averaging operator. The proposed operators can better reflect the correlations among the elements. After investigating properties of these operators, a new multiple attribute decision making method based on the new operators is proposed. Finally, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this study, a multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problem is investigated, in which decision makers provide their preferences over alternatives by using linguistic 2-tuple. In the process of decision making, we introduce the idea of a specific structure in the attribute set. We assume that attributes are partitioned into several classes and members of intra-partition are interrelated while no interrelationship exists among inter partition. We emphasize the importance of having an aggregation operator, to capture the expressed inter-relationship structure among the attributes, which we will refer to as partition Bonferroni mean (PBM). We also investigate the behavior of the proposed PBM operator. Further to aggregate the given linguistic information to get overall performance value of each alternative in MAGDM, we analyze PBM operator in linguistic 2-tuple environment and develop three new linguistic aggregation operators: 2-tuple linguistic PBM (2TLPBM), weighted 2-tuple linguistic PBM (W2TLPBM) and linguistic weighted 2-tuple linguistic PBM (LW-2TLPBM). Based on the idea that total linguistic deviation between individual decision maker's opinions and group opinion should be minimized, we develop an approach to determine weight of the decision makers. Finally, a practical example is presented to illustrate the proposed method and comparison analysis demonstrates applicability of the proposed method.  相似文献

基于直觉不确定语言信息,针对属性间不严格相互独立且具有较大关联度的群决策问题,提出了两种基于直觉不确定语言信息的Choquet积分算子.首先,分析了因属性关联使得以往直觉不确定语言信息集结算子失效的现象,对此引入模糊测度,提出了直觉不确定语言的Choquet加权算术平均算子(IULCWA)和直觉不确定语言的Choquet加权几何平均算子(IULCGM);然后,证明了算子的相关性质,研究了属性间相关的、属性值为直觉不确定语言数的多属性群决策方法;最后,通过实例分析说明了以往直觉不确定语言信息集结算子的局限性以及新算子的有效性.  相似文献

Multiple-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) under linguistic environment is an important part of modern decision sciences, and information aggregation operator plays an import role in solving MAGDM problems. In this paper, an approach for solving MAGDM problem with q-rung orthopair fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic information is developed. First, the q-rung orthopair fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic weighted averaging (q-ROFTLWA) operator and the q-rung orthopair fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic weighted geometric (q-ROFTLWG) operator are presented. Furthermore, the q-rung orthopair fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic Muirhead mean (q-ROFTLMM) operator and the q-rung orthopair fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic dual Muirhead mean (q-ROFTLDMM) operator are proposed on the basis of Muirhead mean (MM) operator and dual Muirhead mean (DMM) operator. Then, an approach is developed to deal with MAGDM problem under q-rung orthopair fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic environment based on the proposed operators. Finally, a numerical example for selecting desirable emergency alternative(s) in the process of designing emergency preplan is given to illustrate the application of the developed method and demonstrate its effectiveness.  相似文献

In this paper, we expand the generalised Heronian mean (GHM) operator, generalised weighted Heronian mean (GWHM), geometric Heronian mean (GHM) operator, and weighted geometric Heronian mean (WGHM) operator with 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy numbers (2TLPFNs) to propose generalised 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy Heronian mean (G2TLPFHM) operator, generalised 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy weighted Heronian mean (G2TLPFWHM) operator, 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy geometric Heronian mean (2TLPFGHM) operator, 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy weighted geometric Heronian mean (2TLPFWGHM) operator. In this paper, a new conception of linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy number (Lq-ROFN) is proposed where the membership and nonmembership of the q-rung orthopair fuzzy numbers ( q-ROFNs) are represented as linguistic variables. Compared with linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy numbers, the Lq-ROFNs can more fully describe the linguistic assessment information by considering the parameter q to adjust the range of fuzzy information. To deal with the multiple-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) problems with Lq-ROFNs, we proposed the linguistic score and accuracy functions of the Lq-ROFNs. Further, we introduce and prove the operational rules and the related properties characters of Lq-ROFNs. For aggregating the Lq-ROFN assessment information, some aggregation operators are developed, involving the linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy power Bonferroni mean (BM) operator, linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy weighted power BM operator, linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy power geometric BM (GBM) operator, and linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy weighted power GBM operator, and then presents their rational properties and particular cases, which cannot only reduce the influences of some unreasonable data caused by the biased decision-makers, but also can take the interrelationship between any two different attributes into account. Finally, we propose a method to handle the MAGDM under the environment of Lq-ROFNs by using the new proposed operators. Further, several examples are given to show the validity and superiority of the proposed method by comparing with other existing MAGDM methods.  相似文献

This essay designs an innovate approach to work out linguistic multiattribute group decision-making (MAGDM) issues with complex q-rung orthopair fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic (Cq-ROF2TL) evaluation information. To begin with, the conception of Cq-ROF2TL set is propounded to express uncertain and fuzzy assessment information. Meanwhile, the score and accuracy function, a comparison approach, Cq-ROF2TL weighted averaging, and Cq-ROF2TL weighted geometric operator are put forward. Furthermore, to take into consideration the correlation among multiple input data, the Cq-ROF2TL Maclaurin symmetric mean (MSM) operator, the Cq-ROF2TL dual MSM operator and their weighted forms are presented. Several attractive characteristics and particular instances of the developed operators are also explored at length. Later, an innovative MAGDM methodology is designed based upon the propounded operators to settle the emergency program evaluation issue under the Cq-ROF2TL circumstance. Consequently, the efficiency and outstanding superiority of the created approach are severally substantiated by parameter exploration and detailed comparative analysis.  相似文献

With the continuous development of the economy and society, decision-making problems and decision-making scenarios have become more complex. The q-rung orthopair fuzzy set is getting more and more attention from researchers, which is more general and flexible than Pythagorean fuzzy set and intuitionistic fuzzy set under complex vague environment. In this study, the concept of q-rung orthopair fuzzy linguistic set (q-ROFLS) is proposed and a new q-rung orthopair fuzzy linguistic method is developed to handle MAGDM problem. Firstly, the conception, operation laws, comparison methods, and distance measure methods of the q-ROFLS are proposed. Secondly, the q-ROFL weighted average operator, q-ROFL ordered weighted average operator, q-ROFL hybrid weighted average operator, q-ROFL weighted geometric operator, q-ROFL ordered weighted geometric operator, and q-ROFL hybrid weighted geometric operator are proposed, and some interesting properties, special cases of these operators are investigated. Furthermore, a new method to cope with MAGDM problem based on q-ROFL weighted average operator (q-ROFL weighted geometric operator) is developed. Finally, a practical example for suppliers selection is provided to verify the practicality of the presented method, and the effectiveness and flexibility of the presented method are illustrated by sensitive analysis and comparative analysis.  相似文献

Hesitant 2-tuple linguistic variable realizes a graded information approach to characterize the uncertainty of human cognition. This study is concerned with the development of new aggregation operators and aims to design a new group decision making approach to address the information fusion involving the interrelationship between aggregated terms and the prioritization relationship among decision makers under hesitant 2-tuple linguistic situation. Firstly, hesitant 2-tuple linguistic Bonferroni mean (H2TLBM) operator and prioritized weighted hesitant 2-tuple linguistic Bonferroni mean (PWH2TLBM) operator are established. Subsequently, some pertinent properties and special forms of the developed operators are studied in detail. To employ the proposed operators to solve group decision making problems, a novel TODIM (an acronym in Portuguese of interactive and multiple attribute decision making) method based on possibility degree is developed under the situation of hesitant 2-tuple linguistic information. The designed decision making method not only inherits the merits of the traditional TODIM approach, but also characterizes the interrelationship of criteria. The detailed process of solving problems is exemplified to highlight the practicality and feasibility of the designed method. Furthermore, comparative analysis with other methods is carried out to further offer insights on the designed decision method.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to put forward a consensus reaching method for multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) problems with linguistic information, in which the weight information of experts and attributes is unknown. First, some basic concepts and operational laws of 2-tuple linguistic label are introduced. Then, a grey relational analysis method and a maximising deviation method are proposed to calculate the incomplete weight information of experts and attributes respectively. To eliminate the conflict in the group, a weight-updating model is employed to derive the weights of experts based on their contribution to the consensus reaching process. After conflict elimination, the final group preference can be obtained which will give the ranking of the alternatives. The model can effectively avoid information distortion which is occurred regularly in the linguistic information processing. Finally, an illustrative example is given to illustrate the application of the proposed method and comparative analysis with the existing methods are offered to show the advantages of the proposed method.  相似文献

With respect to comprehensive evaluation model for computer network security with linguistic information and incomplete weight information, a new comprehensive evaluation model is proposed. In the method, the 2-tuple linguistic representation developed in recent years is used to aggregate the linguistic assessment information. In order to get the weight vector of the attribute, we establish an optimization model based on the basic ideal of traditional TOPSIS, by which the attribute weights can be determined. Then, the optimal alternative(s) is determined by calculating the shortest distance from the 2-tuple linguistic positive ideal solution (TLPIS) and on the other side the farthest distance of the 2-tuple linguistic negative ideal solution (TLNIS). The method has exact characteristics in linguistic information processing. It avoided information distortion and losing which occurred formerly in linguistic information processing. Finally, a numerical example of the evaluation of network security systems is used to illustrate the use of the proposed method. The result shows the approach is simple, effective and easy to calculate.  相似文献

针对属性值为毕达哥拉斯二元语义数(P2TLN)的多属性决策问题,考虑到决策者的有限理性行为,提出基于前景理论的偏好顺序结构排序法(PROMETHEE)的决策方法。首先,介绍毕达哥拉斯二元语义集的相关概念,并对现有P2TLN的距离进行改进,提出一种基于得分函数和精确函数的P2TLN距离,并证明其性质;其次,为体现决策者在比较决策信息时的风险偏好,利用前景价值函数构造P2TLN的优先函数,并以此对方案进行两两比较,从而计算各方案的净流量,进而对各方案进行排序。最后,通过物流公司的评估实例说明所提方法的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

提出一种权重系数存在残缺信息的多准则区间直觉模糊集的排序算法。该方法通过逻辑集成得到各方案的区间直觉模糊集,计算各种方案的区间直觉模糊数的Hamming距离,并建立非线性规划模型,利用粒子群算法求解所得的优化模型,得出最优准则的权重系数。然后通过比较区间直觉模糊集与优级方案 及次级方案的距离来进行最优排序。最后利用实例对方法的有效性和可行性进行了说明。  相似文献

In this paper, according to the Maclaurin symmetric mean (MSM) operator, the dual MSM (DMSM) operator and the q-rung interval-valued orthopair fuzzy set (q-RIVOFS), we develop some novel MSM operators under the q-rung interval-valued orthopair fuzzy environment, such as, the q-rung interval-valued orthopair fuzzy MSM operator, the q-rung interval-valued orthopair fuzzy weighted MSM (q-RIVOFWMSM) operator, the q-rung interval-valued orthopair fuzzy DMSM operator, and the q-rung interval-valued orthopair fuzzy weighted DMSM operator. In addition, some precious properties and numerical examples of these new operators are given in detail. These new operators have the advantages of considering the interrelationship of arguments and can deal with multiple attribute group decision-making problems with q-rung interval-valued orthopair fuzzy information. Finally, a reality example for green suppliers selection in green supply chain management is provided to demonstrate the proposed approach and to verify its rationality and scientific.  相似文献
