With a focus on aero‐engine distributed control systems (DCSs) with Markov time delay, unknown input disturbance, and sensor and actuator simultaneous faults, a combined fault tolerant algorithm based on the adaptive sliding mode observer is studied. First, an uncertain augmented model of distributed control system is established under the condition of simultaneous sensor and actuator faults, which also considers the influence of the output disturbances. Second, an augmented adaptive sliding mode observer is designed and the linear matrix inequality (LMI) form stability condition of the combined closed‐loop system is deduced. Third, a robust sliding mode fault tolerant controller is designed based on fault estimation of the sliding mode observer, where the theory of predictive control is adopted to suppress the influence of random time delay on system stability. Simulation results indicate that the proposed sliding mode fault tolerant controller can be very effective despite the existence of faults and output disturbances, and is suitable for the simultaneous sensor and actuator faults condition.  相似文献

针对存在外部干扰、转动惯量矩阵不确定以及执行器故障的航天器姿态跟踪控制问题,本文提出了基于自适应快速非奇异终端滑模的有限时间收敛故障容错控制方案.通过引入能够避免奇异点,且具有有限时间收敛特性的快速非奇异终端滑模面,设计了满足多约束条件有限时间收敛的姿态跟踪容错控制律,利用参数自适应方法使控制器不依赖转动惯量和外部干扰的上界信息.Lyapunov稳定性分析表明:在存在外部干扰、转动惯量矩阵不确定以及执行器故障等约束条件下,本文设计的控制律能够保证闭环系统的快速收敛性,而且对执行器故障具有良好的容错性能.数值仿真校验了该控制律在姿态跟踪控制中的优良性能.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This paper proposed a new adaptive integral sliding mode FTC scheme to deal with the actuator faults and failure. The scheme combines integral sliding mode control, control allocation scheme and adaptive strategy. The unknown actuator faults are handled by adaptive modulation gain of nonlinear ISMC law. To cope with complete failure, control allocation scheme is integrated with the baseline controller to provide tolerance. The proposed strategy relies on the estimate of actuator effectiveness. Therefore, an adaptive sliding mode observer based fault reconstruction scheme is proposed in this paper. The proposed scheme is implemented on dissimilar redundant actuation system driven by hydraulic and electro-hydraulic actuators. In nominal and faulty conditions, both actuators are contributing to achieving the desired control surface deflection. However, when the actuator failure occurs, the control signals are reallocated to the redundant actuator. The problem of dynamics mismatch is addressed using fractional order controller designed in an inner loop. The comparison with the existing literature is also conducted in the simulation to validate the dominant performance.  相似文献

针对一类不确定非线性系统, 基于滑模观测器研究执行器和传感器同时故障时的鲁棒重构问题. 引入线性变换矩阵并添加后置滤波器构建增维系统, 综合?? 控制将鲁棒滑模观测器增益矩阵设计方法, 转化为LMI 约束下的多目标凸优化问题. 在滑模增益中添加了自适应律, 确保状态估计误差渐近稳定, 同时滑模运动经有限时间到达滑模面, 在此基础上给出执行器和传感器故障同时重构算法. 最后通过数值算例表明了所提出方法的有效性.

针对风力机变桨距执行机构突变故障,提出了基于风速估计的自适应状态反馈滑模容错控制策略.首先,设计了基于自适应状态反馈滑模理论的鲁棒主动容错控制器,并结合全阶补偿器对控制律进行设计;然后,利用基于变速灰狼优化算法的组合径向基函数神经网络实现风速估计,可以改善风速测量精度并提高控制系统可靠性;最后,根据线性矩阵不等式和Lyapunov理论对控制器稳定性进行讨论,并与现有控制策略进行比较.仿真结果表明,在健康/故障的变桨距执行机构条件下,所提容错控制方法均能获得较好的控制效果.  相似文献

In this paper, a robust controller for a six degrees of freedom (6 DOF) octorotor helicopter control is proposed in presence of actuator and sensor faults. Neural networks (NN), interval type-2 fuzzy logic control (IT2FLC) approach and sliding mode control (SMC) technique are used to design a controller, named fault tolerant neural network interval type-2 fuzzy sliding mode controller (FTNNIT2FSMC), for each subsystem of the octorotor helicopter. The proposed control scheme allows avoiding difficult modeling, attenuating the chattering effect of the SMC, reducing the number of rules for the fuzzy controller, and guaranteeing the stability and the robustness of the system. The simulation results show that the FTNNIT2FSMC can greatly alleviate the chattering effect, tracking well in presence of actuator and sensor faults.  相似文献

针对风能转换系统中执行器故障,论文提出了一种新型的主动容错控制策略.设计滑模故障观测器,实时动态采集执行器故障前后数据信息,对执行器故障进行重构,达到故障诊断的目的.通过补偿控制,保证了滑模控制器对风能转换系统的可靠控制输入,以达到对执行器故障主动容错的功能.仿真结果表明,滑模故障观测器模块能够实时精确地重构风能转换系统执行器故障,主动补偿容错控制器在不影响风能转换系统动态性能的情况下,仍能实现系统的最大风能的捕获.  相似文献

针对非线性系统的执行器故障及传感器故障,提出一种鲁棒多故障检测方法.首先,对可能发生的每种执行器故障分别构造模型,并设计相应的滑模观测器用于残差生成,从而实现执行器故障检测.然后,设计一种算法,利用简单滤波器将传感器故障转换为执行器故障,从而直接利用执行器故障检测的方法实现传感器故障的检测,将执行器故障的检测方法推广到执行器、传感器故障同时存在的情况.最后,通过在单关节机械手中的仿真应用验证了所提方法的有效性.  相似文献

In this paper, observer‐based sliding mode control is considered for networked control systems subject to quantization, in which packet dropout may happen when the measurement output is transmitted from the sensor to the controller. Firstly, a compensating scheme is proposed to deal with the effect of packet loss modelled as a Bernoulli process. Then, by means of available output information and state observer, the desirable sliding mode controller is designed. Furthermore, both the reachability and the stochastic stability of sliding mode dynamics can be attained and the corresponding sufficient conditions are derived. Finally, numerical simulation results are provided to illustrate the proposed control law.  相似文献

The attitude fault‐tolerant control problem for a satellite with reaction‐wheel failures, uncertainties, and unknown external disturbances is investigated in this paper. Firstly, an iterative learning observer (ILO) is proposed to achieve fault detection, isolation, and estimation. Secondly, based on the ILO, a third‐order sliding mode controller is proposed to stabilize the satellite attitude rapidly under unknown external disturbances and reaction‐wheel faults. Thirdly, the asymptotically stability of the ILO and the third‐order sliding mode controller is proved by using the Lyapunov stability theory. Finally, simulation results demonstrate that the proposed control scheme is more effective and feasible by comparing with other fault‐tolerant control approach.  相似文献

This article investigates the design and application of a sliding mode observer (SMO) strategy for actuator as well as sensor fault detection, isolation, and estimation (FDIE) problem for a class of uncertain Lipschitz nonlinear systems. Actuator FDIE is addressed by regrouping the system's inputs into a structure suitable for SMO design. Similarly, by filtering the regrouped outputs, a similar system structure can be developed for sensor FDIE problem. Once in the suitable form and under certain assumptions, nonlinear SMOs are proposed for actuator and sensor FDIE. A systematic LMI-based design approach for the proposed SMO is presented. Additionally, the article addresses four problems, namely: (P1) What are the conditions for isolating single and/or multiple faults? (P2) What is the maximum number of faults that can be isolated simultaneously? (P3) How should one design SMO-based FDI approach in order to achieve multiple fault isolation using as few observers as possible? (P4) How can one estimate the shape of the faults? To solve the above problems, a new concept called fault isolation index (FIX) is proposed for actuator and sensor FDIE. It is proved that fault isolation can only be achieved if FIX?≠?0, and also that the maximum number of faults that can be isolated is equal to FIX. Using the proposed fault isolation strategy and by treating some healthy inputs or outputs as unknown inputs, a systematic FDIE design scheme using a bank of nonlinear SMOs, which provides a solution for the four problems is provided. An example is used to illustrate the proposed ideas. The simulation results show that the proposed FDIE scheme can successfully detect and isolate both slowly and fast-changing actuator faults. It is also shown that accurate estimation of actuator faults can be achieved.  相似文献

In this paper, a Takagi–Sugeno Sliding Mode Observer for actuator fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control scheme of wind turbines with hydrostatic transmission are presented. It will be shown that sliding mode techniques have the advantages that several actuator faults of the wind turbine drive train can be simultaneously reconstructed with one and the same observer and directly applied for fault compensation. Furthermore, a simple compensation approach is implemented by subtracting the reconstructed faults obtained from the (faulty) inputs. These corrected inputs act on the system as virtual actuators, such that the originally designed controller for the nominal, i.e. fault-free situation, can still be used. The fault reconstruction and fault tolerant control strategy are tested in simulations with several faults of different types.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the sliding mode control of uncertain nonlinear systems against actuator faults and external disturbances based on delta operator approach. The nonlinearity, actuator fault, and external disturbance are considered in this study, and the bounds of Euclidean norms of the nonlinearity and the specific lower and upper bounds of the actuator faults and the disturbances are unknown knowledge. Our attention is mainly focused on designing a sliding mode fault‐tolerant controller to compensate the effects from the nonlinearity, unknown actuator fault, and external disturbance. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, a novel‐adaptive fault‐tolerant sliding mode control law is deigned such that the resulting closed loop delta operator system is finite‐time convergence and the actuator faults can be tolerated, simultaneously. 针对含有外部扰动和执行器故障的一类航天器姿态控制系统,本文提出基于迭代学习观测器的主动容错控制方案.首先,建立了含有外部扰动和执行器故障的航天器姿态控制系统的运动学和动力学模型.其次,为了提高观测器的故障估计精度,在传统迭代学习观测器设计基础上引入上一时刻状态估计误差信息,文章提出一种改进型学习估计算法.进一步,基于滑模控制和指定时间稳定理论,利用学习观测器的故障估计信息设计指定时间主动容错控制器.与现有的航天器主动容错控制方案相比,本文所提出的算法的优势在于可以使故障系统的姿态能在指定时间跟踪上指令信号.基于Lyapunov方法,本文从理论上证明了改进型学习观测器和姿态容错控制系统的稳定性.最后,通过数值仿真,说明了所提容错控制方案的有效性和可行性.  相似文献

针对一类执行器及传感器同时发生故障的非线性系统,综合鲁棒滑模重构观测器及自适应滑模容错控制器设计技术,提出一体化跟踪主动容错控制方案.首先,将系统增维变换为广义系统,运用广义约束逆引入辅助矩阵,采用线性矩阵不等式设计观测器系数矩阵,综合自适应律给出广义鲁棒滑模观测器设计程式;在此基础之上,通过设计鲁棒滑模微分器估计输出向量微分,结合广义鲁棒滑模观测器状态估计结论,实现执行器及传感器故障同时重构.其次,基于故障重构及状态估计结论,提出自适应滑模的跟踪主动容错控制律设计程式.最后,通过开展飞行模拟转台伺服系统数值仿真,检验一体化跟踪主动容错控制器设计方法的有效性.  相似文献

针对一类同时具有执行器和传感器故障的不确定线性系统,讨论了基于观测器的故障检测和隔离方法.首先,通过引入增维向量,使得在构造的增维系统中,故障向量包含了原系统的执行器故障和传感器故障.通过构造辅助输出使增维系统的观测器匹配条件得以满足,同时设计高增益滑模观测器对辅助输出进行估计.然后,对增维系统构造鲁棒滑模观测器并用作故障检测观测器,通过滑模控制项来抑制干扰,使观测器具有鲁棒性.在此基础上,结合多观测器故障隔离思想,提出了可以同时对执行器故障和传感器故障进行检测和隔离的方法. 最后,通过对一个五阶飞行器模型进行仿真,证明了所提方法的有效性.  相似文献

A fixed-time fault-tolerant control scheme based on sliding mode observer is proposed, which makes the system more stable and stronger anti-jamming ability. In our design, its distinct characteristic is to combine the passive fault-tolerant control and non-singular fast terminal sliding mode (NFTSM). And it ensures that the system states can converge to a very small neighborhood near the equilibrium point in a fixed time no matter in normal condition or fault condition. In addition, a novel sliding-mode observer and a fast variable power reaching law are added to make the system converge faster and chattering smaller. Finally, the computer simulation results of a two-joint manipulator demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed strategy.  相似文献

This paper develops novel fault‐tolerant integral sliding mode control allocation schemes for a class of an overactuated affine nonlinear system. The proposed schemes rely on an existing baseline controller, and the objective is to retain the nominal (fault‐free) closed‐loop performance in the face of actuator faults/failures by effectively utilizing actuator redundancy. The online control allocation reroutes the control effort to healthy actuators using the knowledge of actuator effectiveness level estimates. One of the proposed schemes is tested in simulation using a well‐known high‐fidelity model of a large civil transport aircraft (B747) from the literature. Good simulation results show the efficacy of the scheme.  相似文献
