经过系列技术攻关,改进了武钢专用钢板冶炼及连铸过程中一些工艺,形成了一套自主操作技术模式,生产的微合金化低合金高强钢中杂质含量显著降低,钢板性能稳定性明显提高.利用武钢新改进的冶炼技术研制了一种600 MPa级低焊接裂纹敏感性高能量输入焊接水电站压力钢管用钢,研究了该钢的力学性能、微观组织结构以及焊接粗晶热影响区(CGHAZ)的组织特征及力学性能.结果表明,研制的新钢种集高强度、高韧性、优异的焊接性能于一体,且能承受大线能量焊接,焊前不预热,焊后不热处理.CGHAZ中弥散分布的复合氧化物夹杂促使针状铁素体的形成,提高了CGHAZ的力学性能. 相似文献

In this paper, a laboratory study has been made to develop low cost high performance steel plates with superior HAZ toughness for large heat input welding. Simulated results show that the absorbed impact energy of heat-affected zone (HAZ) at -20℃reaches above 200J when large heat inputs of 100 to 400kJ/cm were applied, suggestive of superior HAZ toughness for large heat input welding of developed steel plate. The microstructures in HAZ are transformed from mainly fine ferrite and bainite at 100kJ/cm, through an intermediate stage of ferrite, bainite and pearlite at 200 and 300kJ/cm, to nearly fine ferrite and pearlite at 400kJ/cm. The prior austenite grain size and ferrite grain size in HAZ are controlled to ~50 and ~20μm, respectively. The high HAZ toughness is due to the inhibition of prior austenite grain size at high temperatures and the formation of beneficial microstructures to HAZ toughness during continuous cooling. 相似文献

This paper discusses the influence of Flux Cored Arc Welding Process parameters such as welding current, travel speed, voltage on bead profile, metallurgical and mechanical properties of welds of 2 mm thick 409M ferritic stainless steel sheets. The study reveals that, grain coarsening, volume fraction of martensite, hardness of heat affected zone and % of delta ferrite in ER 309 weld metal increases with increase in heat input. However, the results show that variation of heat input does not make any significant effect on tensile strength of the joint. Hence, welding parameters that provide uniform bead profile for the weld are recommended for fabrication. 相似文献

为了研究EH36海洋平台用钢焊接工艺,对100 mm厚的EH36海洋平台大线能量用钢进行了大线能量埋弧焊焊接试验。焊后对焊接接头进行了综合性能测试和微观组织分析。结果表明,焊缝表面及中心部位组织由大量针状铁素体、少量先共析铁素体和少量M-A组元组成,焊缝接头具有良好的韧性。接头硬度测试表明,EH36大线能量用钢在100 k J/cm热输入条件下,焊缝及热影响区具备较好的硬度,满足热输入条件下焊接施工条件。 相似文献

A high strength structure steel plate --brand JG785E, which with more than 690MPa yield strength ,more than 47 joules toughness at minus 40℃ has been developed by Jigang of Shandong Steel Group P. R. China. The steel plates can be easily welded in engineering structure due to its lower carbon equivalent value. The maximum thickness of heavy plate is 50.88mm (2 inch), the yield strength is 710-860MPa, the toughness of steel plate is 139~336J at the temperature of - 40℃ . The microstructure of steel plate is lower carbon Bainite. The main solid dissolve elements are silicon and manganese. All parameters of reheating, rolling and accelerating cooling are controlled strictly. This TMCP procedure can ensure to get better mechanical properties of steel plates, and to keep the market competitive power and lower cost of manufacture. The cleanness of steel is high by refined in ladle furnace (LF), the contents of P and S is lower. It is the low carbon Bainite microstructure that possesses the high strength, excellent lower temperature toughness and better weld-ability without preheat process. The JG785E is typical brand of the Jigang’s high strength steel brands as the S690QL conforms to EN10025-6 and as the ASTM A514M conforms to USA quenching and tempering steel specification. 相似文献
