针对三维场景深度信息观测稀疏问题,提出一种融合彩色图像的多引导结构感知网络模型以补全稀疏深度.首先,利用三维平面法向量与场景梯度信息之间的映射关系,设计一种两分支主干网络框架,结合图像特征和几何特征进行深度预测,以充分提取空间位置信息的特征表示;然后,考虑到大范围场景下不同物体的结构差异性,基于网络通道注意力机制设计一种自适应感受野的结构感知模块,以对不同尺度的信息进行表征;最后,在网络采样的过程中,以不同尺寸图像为指导对预测子深度图进行滤波并修复物体的边缘细节.公开数据集上的实验结果表明,所设计的深度补全算法可以获得准确的稠密深度,同时通过两个下游感知任务进行深入评估,表明利用所提出方法能够有效提升其他感知任务的效果.  相似文献

高分辨率卫星遥感图像场景信息的分类对影像分析和解译具有重要意义,传统的高分辨卫星遥感图像场景分类方法主要依赖于人工提取的中、低层特征且不能很好的利用图像丰富的场景信息,针对这一问题,提出一种基于频带特征融合与GL-CNN(Guided Learning Convolutional Neural Network,指导学习卷积神经网络)的分类方法。首先通过NSWT(Non-Subsampled Wavelet Transform,非下采样小波变换)提取出图像的高低频子带,将高频子带进行频带特征融合得到融合高频子带,然后联合频谱角向能量分布曲线的平稳区间分析实现融合高频子带与低频子带的样本融合,最后指导卷积神经网络自动提取图像的高低频子带包含的高层特征来实现场景分类。通过对UCM_LandUse 21类数据进行试验表明,本文方法的分类正确率达到94.52%,相比以往算法有显著提高。  相似文献

提出一种基于三元空间融合的模糊人脸图像特征相似度识别方法.通过建立模糊人脸图像特征相似度投影矩阵,将模糊人脸图像映射到同一个特征表示空间,得到维数一致的特征向量;针对10种LIH特征相似度进行分析,确定模糊人脸图像特征相似度信息能量百分比;使用三元空间融合技术中编码的方式描述模糊人脸图像中的特征描述子,基于三元空间融合提取局部特征描述子;通过设计对称表示相似性度量方法,取得最完整的特征相似度识别结果.实验结果表明,该方法可以实现模糊人脸图像特征相似度精准识别,其特征相似度识别分辨率明显高于传统方法.  相似文献

现有的大多数步态识别方法是基于轮廓的步态识别方法,然而轮廓容易受到遮挡的影响,从而导致识别准确率下降。在现实的监控场景下,遮挡几乎是不可避免的,提高遮挡情况下的步态识别精度是算法能够“落地”于实际应用的前提。针对此问题,提出了结合轮廓与姿态的时空融合步态识别方法。利用姿态具有抵抗遮挡的能力,设计多模态空间特征融合模块,利用特征重用策略和模态融合策略以提高空间特征的信息容量;设计多尺度时间特征提取模块,利用独立分支提取不同时间尺度下的时间信息,提出一种基于注意力的特征融合策略以自适应地整合时间信息;设计空间特征集合分支,以深监督方式提高时空特征的表达能力。在公开数据集上的实验结果表明了所提方法的有效性,模型在遮挡情况下具有较好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

手机3D 动画自动生成系统是要实现从用户发送信息给服务器,经过信息抽取、情节规划、场景规划等一系列的处理,最终生成与短信内容相关的视频动画并发送给接收方这一过程。其中场景规划模块是在情节定性规划的基础上确定情节的各个细节,并将其量化到三维动画场景文件中。在动画情节规划的基础上,对动画场景规划模块中的三维场景空间布局问题进行研究,将三维场景可用空间根据物体的语义信息进行布局,基于语义网技术设计和实现三维场景的布局知识库,最终实现了三维物体的合理摆放,系统不仅保证了物体的无遮挡、无碰撞摆放,也实现了同一物体添加多个的情况,使物体的摆放具有多样性同时也体现了物体的语义信息。  相似文献

针对单一传感器在光谱、空间分辨率等方面存在的局限性,通过多传感器融合技术,最大限度地获取对目标场景的信息描述。首先采用不同的边缘提取算法提取同一场景的光学图像和SAR图像,得到各自的边缘特征图,通过不变矩和轮廓矩等算法对两幅边缘特征图中的边缘进行匹配融合,得到了比单一图像边缘特征图更完整更清晰的边缘特征图,获取了更多的目标场景的信息描述。  相似文献

针对传统数据融合算法在多场景下的眼动跟踪数据融合效果较差的问题,提出一种新的基于深度学习的眼动跟踪数据融合算法,即Eye-CNN-BLSTM算法。该算法在原始眼动跟踪数据空间位置信息基础上添加新的人工特征;将卷积神经网络(Convolutional Neural Network,CNN)与双向长短时记忆网络(Bi-directional Long Short-Term Memory,BLSTM)结合,设计了新的融合结构。实验结果表明,与六种经典数据融合算法相比,该算法在OTB-100数据集上融合性能更优。  相似文献

Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. 融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.  相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.  相似文献

This paper provides the author's personal views and perspectives on software process improvement. Starting with his first work on technology assessment in IBM over 20 years ago, Watts Humphrey describes the process improvement work he has been directly involved in. This includes the development of the early process assessment methods, the original design of the CMM, and the introduction of the Personal Software Process (PSP)SM and Team Software Process (TSP){SM}. In addition to describing the original motivation for this work, the author also reviews many of the problems he and his associates encountered and why they solved them the way they did. He also comments on the outstanding issues and likely directions for future work. Finally, this work has built on the experiences and contributions of many people. Mr. Humphrey only describes work that he was personally involved in and he names many of the key contributors. However, so many people have been involved in this work that a full list of the important participants would be impractical.  相似文献

提出了一种基于复小波域统计建模与噪声方差估计显著性修正相结合的合成孔径雷达(Synthetic Aperture Radar,SAR)图像斑点噪声滤波方法。该方法首先通过对数变换将乘性噪声模型转化为加性噪声模型,然后对变换后的图像进行双树复小波变换(Dualtree Complex Wavelet Transform,DCWT),并对复数小波系数的统计分布进行建模。在此先验分布的基础上,通过运用贝叶斯估计方法从含噪系数中恢复原始系数,达到滤除噪声的目的。实验结果表明该方法在去除噪声的同时保留了图像的细节信息,取得了很好的降噪效果。  相似文献
