研究铜、锌、钴三相合金镀层钢丝帘线贝泰威?结合无钴粘合胶料在轮胎中的应用,并与现行的黄铜(铜锌合金)镀层钢丝帘线结合含钴粘合胶料进行对比。结果表明:在高温高湿的老化条件下,与黄铜镀层钢丝帘线加含钴橡胶相比,贝泰威?钢丝帘线的粘合力明显提升,无钴胶料表现出优异的抗硫化返原性能;轮胎中贝泰威?钢丝帘线的剥离力和附胶率及覆胶形貌明显优于黄铜镀层钢丝帘线;使用贝泰威?钢丝帘线加无钴胶料的轮胎钢丝帘线粘合层的规整性明显优于使用黄铜镀层钢丝帘线加含钴胶料。 相似文献

研究表明,采用含有钴的三相合金镀层(TAWI)与没有钴盐的粘合橡胶的粘合力,与现行的黄铜镀层(Brass)与含有钴盐的粘合橡胶相比,在高温高湿度的老化条件下,TAWI的粘合力要明显有所改进;同时采用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)来表征粘合层在高温高湿度下的演变过程,发现镀层中的钴可以抑制老化过程中脱锌的速度。此外,由于橡胶中去除了钴盐,橡胶的机械性能,抗裂纹扩展能力得到了明显提升,Tanδ减小。 相似文献

对不同粘合体系,不同牌号钴盐在全钢子午线轮胎中的应用进行了探讨。结果表明。间甲白钴复合粘合体系综合性能最佳。不同钴盐对胶料物性和初始粘合无明显影响,硼酰化后的粘合保持率和覆胶率明显高于其它钴盐,尤其是耐汽老化和盐水老化性能较好。正交设计得出粘合体系主要因素最佳用量组合为间苯二酚1.5,粘合增进剂6,硫黄6.5,硼酰化钴1.1,大料及产品试验结果表明,优选配方达到技术指标和产品使用性能要求。 相似文献

对硼酰化钴MC23(钴质量分数为23%)用量(06~16份)对橡胶与钢丝帘线粘合性能的影响进行研究。采用的基本配方为:NR1000;炭黑N326620;芳烃油80;氧化锌90;硬脂酸05;防老剂402020;不溶性硫黄IS702060;促进剂DZ10;粘合剂RS35;粘合剂A23;沉淀法白炭黑50。结果表明,随着钴盐用量的增大,在未老化、热空气老化及盐水老化条件下,胶料与钢丝的粘合强度有所提高;在湿热老化条件下,粘合强度由于热量和湿气的交互作用而发生较大幅度的下降,但钴盐用量在10份时粘合强度的下降为最小。综合胶料初始和老化后的应力应变性能和粘合强度,以10份钴盐用量为最佳。 相似文献

研究2.5,2和1.5份粘合树脂用量对钢丝帘线粘合胶的胶料性能和钢丝帘线与粘合胶粘合性能的影响。结果表明:随着粘合树脂用量减小,钢丝帘线粘合胶的交联密度下降,硫化速度加快;胶料的邵尔A型硬度、定伸应力和拉伸强度呈减小趋势;老化前,随着粘合树脂用量减小,钢丝帘线与粘合胶的初始粘合力呈减小趋势,这与粘合树脂与亚甲基给予体形成三维网络减少有关;分别热老化和盐水老化7 d后,粘合树脂用量为2份的粘合胶与钢丝帘线的粘合力下降率最小。综合来看,粘合树脂用量为2份、粘合剂RA-65用量为4.1份时,粘合胶与钢丝帘线的粘合性能最佳。 相似文献

There is widespread use of two main groups of adhesion promoters, the SRH-system and an organic cobalt salt. They are used either jointly or individually in the rubber compound for promotion and maintenance of good adhesion of rubber to brass-coated steel cord in radial tyres.
This paper describes the influence of anions associated with cobalt promoters on the adhesion energy and the pull-out force between brass-coated steel cord and rubber and their relationship to other relevant physical properties, under the influence of various environments which simulate tyre service conditions.
It is observed that incorporation of a cobalt promoter greatly enhances the adhesion energy and influences the Young's modulus and crosslink density of the rubber compound in a similar fashion. The study establishes the supremacy of boroacylate among the anions considering its overall good performance and the protection offered against various hostile environments. However, the benefits of the cobalt promoter is not realised with stearate ion. The results are explained on the basis of chemical stability of the promoter and the properties of the interfacial film and the compounds. 相似文献
