A well-defined and flexible design chain reference model forms the basis for promoting collaborative design chain. The Special Interest Group under the Design Chain Council proposed the design chain operations reference (DCOR) in an attempt to assist enterprises building a design chain modeling frameworks. To date, DCOR version 1.0 only provides preliminary definitions, such as those for major design procedures, and lacks an example of best practices in the industry. Additionally, few studies have attempted this research issue. This study integrates the concepts of design chain, collaborative product design, and collaborative product commerce in a proposed collaborative design chain operations reference model (CDCORM) based on DCOR as a reference for developing a collaborative design chain system in the product lifecycle. The CDCORM consists of four hierarchical levels: collaborative design chain business model; collaborative design chain cooperative model; collaborative design-chain process model; and, a collaborative design chain operational model. Based on project management, the CDCORM has five core procedures-product plan, concept design, detail design, design review, and design amend. This study also assesses the effectiveness of the CDCORM by applying it to the motorcycle industry. In summary, this study extends the DCOR model and proposes a complete collaborative design chain reference model and implements a system in the motorcycle industry as a case study. This case study serves as a best practices example for the motorcycle industry.  相似文献

针对网络化协同产品开发资源的特点和集成需求,提出了一种能促进资源快速共享和高效利用的基于资源池模型的网络化协同产品开发资源集成服务框架,并探讨了其中基于Web本体语占的网络化协同产品开发资源描述机制,以及基于扩展的统一描述、发现和集成协议的网络化协同产品开发资源集成服务机制;研究了采用双层过滤机制的语法级与语义级相结合的三层搜索匹配算法等关键技术.最后,通过一个典型应用实例,验证了以上模型及方法的实用性和有效性.  相似文献

为满足协同产品开发环境对项目管理的需求,结合自行开发的工作流管理系统与工作流仿真系统,提出了一种适合协同产品开发环境的分布式集成项目管理系统体系结构,介绍了系统的主要模块及基本功能。在系统实现过程中,融入了关键链项目管理的方法,提高了项目计划制定的质量。通过信息管理模块的信息发布和实时协同工具,提供了项目管理必要的协同功能,实现了项目管理、工作流和产品数据管理三者的有效集成。在理论研究的基础上,开发了一个适合协同产品开发项目的项目管理系统,并通过应用实例进行了测试验证。  相似文献

Design is an integral component of product development, which includes manufacturing. In order to avoid costly reworks and delays, and to reduce the lead-time in product development, effective communication of design concepts among the various stakeholders such as customers, designers and engineers is of utmost importance. In this respect, functional representations provide a methodology, which can be used to describe a design or product effectively. However, function is not the only type of information that needs to be communicated among the various stakeholders during a design process. Other types of information such as design specifications and constraints, which are non-functional, also need to be taken into account. This non-functional information cannot be adequately expressed using existing functional representations. Accordingly, in this work, a novel purpose-behaviour-structure (PBS) representation scheme to capture vital design knowledge for collaborative product development is proposed. The proposed PBS representation scheme can be used by designers working in a collaborative environment for product development. A case study on the design of a vacuum cleaner is used to illustrate the functionality of the PBS representation scheme. It is apparent that the development or implementation of a collaborative product development management (CPDM) system in an enterprise should be based on the right understanding of core domain objects, their main attributes, and their relationships to other objects in the product development domain. For this purpose, an object-oriented conceptual model of a CPDM system based on a top-down approach is presented in this paper. For building the conceptual model systematically, this paper proposes the 4P2C modeling views, which are multi-faceted views of engineering information that provides an integrated and consistent perspective on engineering information. The 4P2C stands for product, process, project, participant, cost, and collaboration. Based on the 4P2C modeling views, six sub-models are constructed that eventually constitute a complete conceptual CPDM model. In each sub-model, the decomposition of core domain objects, their main attributes, and their relationships to other objects are represented in detail. A prototype application program along with an illustrative cost calculation example is also presented to demonstrate that the proposed CPDM model will enable enterprises to maintain consistency in product data efficiently throughout the product life cycle.  相似文献

为了描述大规模协同产品开发过程的不确定性和复杂性,概述了大规模协同产品开发社区的演化过程,并基于复杂适应系统理论建立了包含应激层、自主层和协作层的主体模型;设计了完整的主体行为协议,运用人工智能的谓词逻辑对协议进行了严格的语义定义;将所建立的主体模型用于构建大规模协同产品开发过程的多主体仿真系统,给出了任务模块执行阶段的仿真流程,并详细介绍了仿真实验平台的各类参数设置;通过仿真实例证明了主体模型的有效性,分析了大规模协同产品开发过程中主体和产品的相关指标,包括产品进化周期、主体开发效率等.将主体模型应用于多主体系统的仿真实例中,分析了大规模协同产品开发过程中的主体行为和产品进化周期等,证明了模型的正确性和有效性.  相似文献

协同产品开发过程具有分布性、冲突性和协作性等显著特点,这些特点增加了该过程中动态资源配置的复杂性和不确定性.针对这一问题,首先提出一种面向协同产品开发过程的两阶段多主体资源配置方法,该方法包括设计主体的本地选择与管理主体的仲裁两阶段;其次提出设计主体进行本地选择时所依据的任务优先级函数及其算法,并为管理主体建立了混合整数非线性规划仲裁模型;最后,运用通用代数建模系统完成对混合整数非线性规划仲裁模型的求解.应用算例的结果表明,两阶段多主体资源配置方法能够系统评价过程中的各项重要因素,为动态资源配置提供了更为全面的视角,并为今后实时优化的实现打下了坚实的基础.  相似文献

结合产品协同开发过程的集成性、复杂性、动态性和层次性等特点,通过对目前协同产品开发过程建模方法的分析和研究,指出了各自的优缺点,并在此基础上提出了全息工作流网的建模方法及其相应的分析技术和仿真算法.全息工作流网通过扩展工作流网组成元素的内部结构,丰富了模型的信息量,集成了产品开发过程的时间、资源、组织等信息,提高了模型的可读性、动态性和层次性,并能够更有效地支持模型的分析、优化和仿真.最后通过实例验证了该方法的可行性.  相似文献

为了实现网络制造环境下制造资源的共享与优化配置,提出了面向复杂零件的协同制造链的概念,分析了协同制造链的特点。通过对某航空发动机关键零件制造过程的分析,详细论述了协同制造链的生成与演化过程,提出了一种基于蚂蚁算法的组合优化求解策略,有效地解决了协同制造链优化配置问题。最后,基于网络协同制造平台实现了协同制造链的构建与运行。  相似文献

面向网络化协作制造环境,分析了产品任务规划与制造资源配置的关系,建立了机械产品加工任务粒度模型。针对机械产品网络化协作制造成本、产品功能组件和工艺方法、任务制造周期等3方面的影响因素,从宏观角度定性、定量地分析了产品制造任务粒度的规划问题,建立了它们与制造任务粒度之间的数学关系式,得出了在相应条件下任务粒度的最佳值。从这些数量化的结果与关系中,得出一些在网络化制造环境中对机械产品制造任务设计有意义的结论,为进一步的制造资源优化配置打下了理论基础。  相似文献

在分散制造环境下,为使用户的各种需求快速地反馈到产品开发过程的相应环节上,提出了同步响应的产品开发过程规划方法。该方法在构造基于产品语义的过程语义网络基础上,通过功能活动状态互动的同步时序演变来触发事务过程语义解,动态更改过程语义网络上的知识节点语义,使活动向前可追溯,向后可预知,实现过程的快速响应和调整。最后,据此构建了网络化实现平台,并以某汽车空气负离子发生器为例,验证了该规划方法的可行性。  相似文献

Faced with today's competitive market, the development of innovative product needs to be accelerated. But this is limited by heterogeneous systems and a distributed environment. A way of utilising network technology to this end must be found. In this paper, we use a new approach, called asynchronous and synchronous coupling, which is a network-based product development approach. This is then applied to rapid-response manufacturing by small- and medium-sized enterprises in a distributed environment. It demonstrates integrated thinking, high development speed and a transparent development process. Visual technology and real-time monitoring technology are used to solve asynchronous process and data management problems. An ICE (integrated collaborative environment) is also created to support synchronous collaboration.  相似文献

The shortened time-to-market of new products requires experts from multiple disciplines to cooperate in product development. In this collaborative product development environment, an Internet-based conceptual design support system for Injection moulding is developed. It can help designers to put forward feasible design solutions quickly and provide strong support for collaborative design. The architecture, implementation and evaluation of this system are discussed in this paper. The proposed system makes fully use of component-based web technology and has a flexible distributed architecture. A hybrid neural network and genetic algorithm approach is also adopted for more accurate and efficient retrieval. Experiment results indicate it is superior to conventional systems in accuracy and time.  相似文献

针对协同产品开发的协同深度和协同层次问题,首先建立一个网络化产品开发的协同层次模型。基于层次模型,从技术、组织和经营三个方面建立协同层次的影响因素集,分解出具体的影响因子。最后应用差距分析法对影响协同的关键因素进行分析,并给出具体的应用实例。基于层次模型的影响因素分析能较好地解决网络化产品开发协同层次的多样性和动态性问题,可通过量化分析识别影响协同的关键因素,从而提高网络化产品开发的综合效益。  相似文献

With the fast development of information technology and the global market, collaboration between different functional units in a supply chain becomes one of the most critical factors for global companies to respond to rapid changes in customer needs and increase the efficiency of the whole supply chain. This supply chain environment requires a production-distribution planning system to enable the collaboration between production and distribution units more quickly and orderly. Generally, collaboration in a supply chain needs to resolve conflicts between two decentralised functional units, because each unit tries to locally minimise its own costs, not the overall supply chain costs. Also, there exists incomplete information sharing according to the information privacy of each functional unit. This paper proposes a decentralised production-distribution planning system using collaborative agents that can efficiently mediate the planning gaps between two decentralised planning functions: production and distribution. The validity of collaborative-agent model has been shown using some lemmas and numerical examples.  相似文献
