针对LTE-A移动终端应用,采用双功率模式架构设计了一款宽带功率放大器,利用功放工作模式的切换,改善了功放回退区域的效率。该功放还采用了InGaP/GaAs HBT和AlGaAs/InGaAs pHEMT的一体化工艺,将功放电路与控制电路单片集成,实现模式控制的片上切换,能有效提高功放的集成度。该功放在工作电压为3.4 V,频率2.3~2.69 GHz范围内,使用10 MHz LTE调制信号输入,在输出功率为10 dBm时,测得LPM相对于HPM效率提高至少6%,有效提高了功放功率回退时的效率,功放的性能在全频带内满足3GPP协议要求。  相似文献

提出了一种应用于TD-LTE信号手持设备功率放大器MRF9742的开关电源设计.该电源采用脉冲宽度调制的降压电路结构,采用包络跟踪技术,通过输入信号功率值来动态调节功率放大器的供电电压,与使用稳压电源供电的功率放大器相比,在不影响输出的条件下降低直流功耗,因此提高了功率放大器的功率附加效率.使用开关电源进行供电的功率放大器比使用稳压电源供电的功率放大器PAE提高了10%左右.故在手持设备中采用开关电源进行供电可以提高电源的使用效率,从而延长了手持设备的使用时间.  相似文献

基于CSMC 0.18 μm工艺,介绍了一种应用于LED驱动芯片内部的PWM振荡器电路.采用双低压线性稳压器(LDO)结构,针对传统PWM振荡器高频振荡时因内部时延造成输出占空比偏差严重的问题,通过电流双向补偿技术,在保持电路振荡频率不变的情况下,消除了内部时延对输出占空比的影响;利用高PSRR带隙基准为电路提供基准电压,抑制电源噪声.仿真结果表明,该振荡器输出频率为200 Hz~20 MHz,在固定频率下占空比可从10%~90%连续变化,电源电压抑制比为110 dB.  相似文献

With the aggressive scaling of device technology,the leakage power has become the main part of power consumption,which seriously reduces the energy recovery efciency of adiabatic logic.In this paper,a novel low-power adiabatic logic based on FinFET devices has been proposed.Due to the lower leakage current,higher on-state current and design flexibility of FinFETs,the proposed adiabatic logic shows considerable power reduction,performance improvement and area saving compared with CMOS adiabatic logic.An 8-state clock chain as the test circuit has been demonstrated based on the 32-nm FinFET Predictive Technology Model.The simulation results show that adiabatic circuit based on FinFET devices achieves a power reduction of up to84.8%and a limiting frequency of up to 55 GHz.  相似文献

根据电力系统电流测量和继电保护对电流互感器的不同准确度要求,设计了电子式低功耗电流互感器(电子式LPCT)。针对额定电流60A的LPCT进行了相关误差实验,结果表明:LPCT具有较宽的测量范围,一个二次绕组即可同时满足0.2级计量及5P20保护的要求,使得LPCT的尺寸较传统电流互感器(CT)大为降低。同时,LPCT满足IEC60044-8对温度稳定性的要求。  相似文献

A 2.4 GHz low power transceiver for low-rate wireless personal area network(LR-WPAN)applications is presented.The optimized low-IF receiver consists of a novel current reuse RF front-end with an inductor-less-load balun LNA and quadrature mixer,and an adaptive analog baseband to reduce power and area.It achieves-94 dBm of sensitivity,-9 dBm of IIP3 and 28 dBc of image rejection.The phase-locked loop based direct phase modulated transmitter is proposed to reduce power and deliver a+3 dBm output power.The phase noise of the low power frequency synthesizer with current reuse stacked LC-VCO achieves-107.8 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset.An ultra-low power nonvolatile memory is used to store configuration data and save power.The chip is implemented in a 0.18μm CMOS process,and the area is less than 2.8 mm2.The transceiver consumes only 10.98 mW in the receiving mode and 13.32 mW in the transmitting mode.  相似文献

Dynamic integrity constraints are used to specify admissible sequences of database states. We present algorithmic fundamentals of monitoring constraints expressed in temporal logic. The essential means are finite transition graphs which can be constructed from temporal formulae by utilizing an appropriate normalform. To ensure admissibility of a state sequence, the integrity monitor has to follow a corresponding path through the graph and to check certain nontemporal conditions in each state; these conditions are provided as edge labels. Thus, monitoring dynamic integrity is reduced to a controlled checking of static integrity. All errors in present database behaviour are detected as well as many inevitable future errors.  相似文献

In general, logic programs are undirected, i.e., there is no concept of “input” and “output” arguments to a procedure. An argument may be used either as an input or as an output argument, and programs may be executed either in a “forward” direction or in a “backward” direction. However, it is often the case that in a given program, a predicate is used with some of its arguments used consistently as input arguments and others as output arguments. Such mode information can be used by a compiler to effect various optimizations. This paper considers the problem of automatically inferring the models of the predicates in a program. The dataflow analysis we use is more powerful than approaches relying on syntactic characteristics of programs. Our work differs from that of Mellish in that (1) we give a sound and efficient treatment of variable aliasing in mode inference; (2) by propagating instantiation information using state transformations rather than through dependencies between variables, we achieve greater precision in the treatment of unification, e.g. through =/2; and (3) we describe an efficient implementation based on the dynamic generation of customized mode interpreters. Several optimizations to improve the performance of the mode inference algorithm are described, as are various program optimizations based on mode information.  相似文献

传统CORDIC算法需要通过查找表和许多乘法器才能实现多种超越函数的计算,这会导致硬件电路实现复杂,运算速度降低,此外它能够计算的角度范围也有限.针对传统CORDIC算法的缺陷,在旋转模式下提出一种改进型CORDIC算法,它不需要查找表和模校正因子,只需通过简单的移位和加减运算就能实现多种超越函数的计算,从而能够减少硬件的开销,提高运算的性能,并通过重复迭代和区域变换使得该算法能够适用于所有的旋转角度.误差分析表明该算法具有很小的误差.  相似文献

In this paper a semantics for dynamic predicate logic is developed that uses sequence valued assignments. This semantics is compared with the usual relational semantics for dynamic predicate logic: it is shown that the most important intuitions of the usual semantics are preserved. Then it is shown that the refined semantics reflects out intuitions about information growth. Some other issues in dynamic semantics are formulated and discussed in terms of the new sequence semantics.  相似文献

Knowledge based privacy policies are more declarative than traditional action based ones, because they specify only what is permitted or forbidden to know, and leave the derivation of the permitted actions to a security monitor. This inference problem is already non trivial with a static privacy policy, and becomes challenging when privacy policies can change over time. We therefore introduce a dynamic modal logic that permits not only to reason about permitted and forbidden knowledge to derive the permitted actions, but also to represent explicitly the declarative privacy policies together with their dynamics. The logic can be used to check both regulatory and behavioral compliance, respectively by checking that the permissions and obligations set up by the security monitor of an organization are not in conflict with the privacy policies, and by checking that these obligations are indeed enforced.  相似文献

In this study an indirect adaptive sliding mode control (SMC) based on a fuzzy logic scheme is proposed to strengthen the tracking control performance of a general class of multi-input multi-output (MIMO) nonlinear uncertain systems. Combining reaching law approach and fuzzy universal approximation theorem, the proposed design procedure combines the advantages of fuzzy logic control, adaptive control and sliding mode control. The stability of the control systems is proved in the sense of the Lyapunov second stability theorem. Two simulation studies are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of our new hybrid control algorithm.  相似文献

针对转弯机动目标跟踪,提出一种改进的“当前”统计模型对角速度进行估计.该模型在当前统计(CS)模型的基础上,通过加权一个以新息方差之迹为参数的活化函数,对加速度方差和机动频率进行自适应处理,经滤波获得目标速度方向角.然后,将角度滤波获得的方向角度、角速度、角加速度作为曲线模型的输入,实时跟踪机动状态.新模型可准确估计目标的角速度,算法可显著提高转弯机动目标的跟踪精度,仿真实验验证了算法的有效性.  相似文献
