A novel complex of lanthanum(Ⅲ) with demethylcantharidate group (DCA), Na[La(DCA)2(H2O)], was synthesized in aqueous solution and characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, IR, UV, 1H-NMR spectra and TG-DTA. The results suggest that lanthanum ion is seven-coordinated. Six oxygen atoms are from carboxyl groups and cyclic ethers of two DCA ligand, and on oxygen is from a H2O. The antitumor activities of the complex against HL-60 human leukemia, BGC-823 human gastric carcinoma, Bel-7402 human hepatic carcinoma, Hela human cervical carcinoma were investigated with MTT or SRB assays. Na[La(DCA)2(H2O)] exhibits stronger inhibition against certain kinds of cancer cells than Na2DCA in vitro.  相似文献

Three soil-transmitted pathogenic fungi including Rhizoctonia solani, Fusarium solani, and Pythium sp. were selected to investigate the effect of lanthanum on their growth and the pathogenic enzymes using liquid culture. Variance analysis shows significant differences among treatments with different concentrations of lanthanum (Rhizoctonia solani F = 6.75 〉 F0.01= 5.99; Fusarium solani F = 18.1 〉 F0.01 = 5.99, Pythium sp. F = 23.29 〉 F0.01 = 5.99). The inhibitory effect of lanthanum on pathogenic fungi increased with an increase in La concentration. The activities of the three pathogenic enzymes per gram mycelium were promoted remarkably. However, the quantity or the activities of the total enzymes were inhibited because of the strong inhibition of mycelium growth by lanthanum. Meanwhile, the effect of lanthanum on toxins of pathogenic fungi were studied using the seed germination experiment. Toxins of pathogenic fungi are influenced by lanthanum and the virulence decreases significantly with the increase of lanthanum concentration.  相似文献

Ag-BaO thin films doped with lanthanum were prepared by vacuum deposition. Compared with the normal Ag-BaO thin film, there is almost no change with the shape and the peak site of the fluorescence spectrum; however, fluores-cence emission strength of the whole observation band(325 -600 nm)increases about 40%, and the increase of short wavelength range is more remarkable than that of long wavelength range, which we named “blue-stronger“ phenomenon. Analytic results show that, with the forming of intermetallic compounds between silver and lanthanum, the 4f-state energy levels lie just below the Fermi level within 5 eV. It is the energy exchange between the 4f energy levels and the conduction band that causes the increase effect of fluorescence emission, and it is the optical absorption cross section of 4f electron, which increases with the increase of energy of incidence photon, that gives rise to the “blue-stronger“ phenomenon.  相似文献

The effects of lanthanum (Ⅲ) on the bone resorbing activity of rabbit mature osteoclasts (OCs) in the presence of osteoblasts (OBs) were studied in vitro by measuring the number and area of absorption pits. La(Ⅲ) at concentrations ranging from 1.00×10-5 to 1.00×10-8 mol·L-1 show no effect on mature OC number (P>0.05). In the OC-OB co-culture systems without La(Ⅲ), osteoblasts alone did not influence the pit number and area whether the two kinds of cells were in contact or not (P>0.05). Under the OC-OB not-in-contact condition, the effect of La(Ⅲ) on the bone-resorbing activity of OCs was similar to that of La(Ⅲ) in the absence of OBs (P>0.05). However, while OCs were in direct contact with OBs, the inhibitory effects of La(Ⅲ) on OCs' bone-resorbing activity decreased at the concentrations of 1.00×10-5, 1.00×10-6 and 1.00×10-7 mol·L-1, and the promotion effects increased at 1.00×10-8 mol·L-1 (P<0.05). The results suggest that direct cell-cell contact between OC and OB be essential for OBs to play their role in regulating the response of OCs to La(Ⅲ).  相似文献

The performance of deep oxidation of methanol on supported Pd catalyst was examined by a chromatograph-micro-reactor. The results show that the addition of La into γ-Al2O3 support can affect greatly the performance of the Pd catalyst. In the absence of CO, La can decrease the content of oxygen-containing intermediate, although La can not lower the light-off temperature of methanol oxidation. In the presence of CO, La can lower the light-off temperature, decrease theamount of CO adsorption, and weaken evidently “CO inhibition“ to the oxidation of methanol. By XPS technique, it is shown that La modifies the electronic structure of Pd, which attributes to the modifications of the catalytic performance.  相似文献

The effect of La3 on formation of osteoclast-like cells in rabbit bone marrow cells induced by 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 and their bone-resorbing activity was evaluated by counting the number of tartrate resistant-acid phosphatase-positive [TRAP( )] multi-nucleated cells and measuring the number and surface area of bone resorption pits with photomicrography and image analysis. The formation and morphological characteristics of osteoclast-like cells and bone resorption pits were observed under a phase contrast inverted microscope. La3 promotes the formation of osteoclast-like cells at the concentration of 1.00×10-8mol·L-1 compared with the control group(P<0.01), whereas no significant change in cell number is observed at higher concentrations(1.00×10-5, 1.00×10-6 and 1.00×10-7 mol·L-1)(P>0.05). La3 at the concentration of 1.00×10-8mol·L-1 also increases the number and surface area of the resorption pits(P<0.01), but inhibits the bone-resorbing activity dose-dependently(P<0.01)at higher concentrations(1.00×10-5, 1.00×10-6 and 1.00×10-7 mol·L-1). These findings suggest that La3 may promote or inhibit the formation and bone-resorbing activity of osteoclast-like cells depending on its concentration.  相似文献

The effects of La on some hydrolytic enzyme activities in red soil were studied in incubation and pet culture experiments. In the incubation experiment, La slightly stimulates the activities of urease and acidic phosphatase in soil and strongly stimulates sucrase activity in soil. In the pet culture experiment, La stimulates the activities of urease, acidic phosphatase and sucrase to different degrees. The effect of La on nitrification, P transformation and phenol decomposition in red soil was studied by incubation and pot culture experiments. La at low concentration has stimulative effect on soil nitrification and P transformation while its high concentration has inhibitory effects, and the inhibition is strengthened with increasing concentration of La. La has strongly inhibitory effect on soil phenol decomposition and the inhibition is strengthened with increasing concentration of La. When the incubation time is prolonged, the inhibitory effect of La on soil nitrification and phenol decomposition tends to decrease.  相似文献
