EAF+VOD-ESR-825 mm轧机流程试制12%Cr型叶片钢   总被引:3,自引:3,他引:0  
长城特钢采用 30 t EAF +VOD ESR(2~3 t锭 ) 825mm轧机试生产了 1Cr12Mo ,2Cr12NiMo1W1V等12%Cr型叶片用钢。结果表明 ,当 1Cr12Mo钢成分为 (%) :C 0.13~0.15 ,Cr 11.70~11.90 ,Ni 0.46~0.55 ,Mo 0.34~0.47,以及2Cr12NiMo1W1V钢成分为 (%) :C 0.22~0.25 ,Cr 11.30~11.68,Ni 0.67~0.95 ,Mo 0.96~0.99,W 0.96~0.98,V 0.22~0.25时 ,钢中的δ 铁素体含量δF <5 % ,满足标准要求。电极母材精炼时 ,用Ca-Si,Si-Al-Ba终脱氧有利于在电渣过程去除钢中夹杂物  相似文献

试验1Cr12Ni3Mo2VN钢(/%:0.13C,0.16Si,0.70Mn,11.42Cr,2.78Ni,1.67Mo,0.30V,0.0360N)的冶金流程为30t EAF-LF-VD-3t ESR-锻造成Φ350mm材。研究了950~1100℃淬火和200~700℃回火对1Cr12Ni3Mo2VN钢组织与性能的影响以及500℃,500~10000h时效的拉伸性能。结果表明,淬火温度950~1100℃对1Cr12Ni3Mo2VN钢力学性能的影响不明显;该钢的回火脆性区在600℃左右,但对钢的塑性的影响较小。经1040℃淬火、540℃回火的1Cr12Ni3Mo2VN钢,在500℃时效500h后,其抗拉强度和屈服强度分别下降了7.7%和5.8%,时效10000h后,其抗拉强度和屈服强度分别下降了13.4%和14.6%,断面收缩率下降了40%,主要原因是杂质元素在晶界处偏聚以及碳化物在晶界处析出。  相似文献

研究了淬火温度1025~1125℃+570℃4 h空冷+720℃2 h空冷和1050~1075℃淬火后二次回火温度680~780℃对马氏体耐热钢X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1(%:0.11C、10.28Cr、0.77Ni、1.0Mo、0.96W、0.18V、0.04Nb、0.053N)力学性能的影响。结果表明,随淬火温度的提高,钢的强度增加,塑性变化不大,但冲击韧性显著下降。随回火温度的提高,强度下降、塑性、韧性增加。该钢优化的热处理工艺为:1 050~1 075℃1~2 h油冷+570℃4 h空冷+715~725℃2 h空冷。  相似文献

为弄清Mo和Ni元素在低Cr钢耐蚀方面所起的作用,炼制了新型2Cr1Mo2Ni钢,研究其在模拟油田采出液中的腐蚀行为,实验条件为80℃,0.8 MPa CO2分压.利用扫描电镜和能谱分析研究了2Cr1Mo2Ni钢和3Cr钢的腐蚀产物膜微观形貌和成分,测试了高温高压极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱,分析了腐蚀产物膜的生长过程.实验结果表明,Mo和Ni元素在提高抗CO2腐蚀性能方面的作用不及Cr元素.2Cr1Mo2Ni钢腐蚀164 h后,中低频感抗弧消失,腐蚀产物膜开始完全覆盖基体表面;腐蚀240 h后,生成的腐蚀产物膜具有较好的保护性.  相似文献

2Cr12NiMo1W1V钢Φ180mm棒材的生产工艺流程为80t BOF-VD-LF-ESR 6t锭-锻造-900℃退火。2Cr12NiMo1W1V不锈钢棒材成品低倍组织中出现GB/T1979-2001《结构钢低倍组织缺陷评级图》中无对应类型的中心黑色腐蚀区域缺陷,分析得出,该钢退火后的正常组织为铁素体基体+碳化物,而中心区域为板条马氏体+托氏体,托氏体耐腐蚀性差,形成黑色区域。将原先的退火工艺优化为900℃-700℃等温退火工艺,可保证全截面组织的均匀转变。该工艺可消除和避免2Cr12NiMo1W1V钢棒材中心黑色区域。  相似文献

叶片钢1Cr12Ni2Mo2VN电极坯母材(/%:0.10C,0.24Si,0.81Mn,0.013P,0.002S,11.75Cr,2.63Ni,1.70Mo,0.32V,0.033N)的生产流程为30 t EAF-VOD-LF-2.67 t铸锭-退火-Φ250 mm锻坯。通过将ANF-6二元渣改成高纯度、低杂质NEUD06预熔四元渣,平均熔速由5.27 kg/min降低至3.5~4.0 kg/min等工艺措施,成功地生产出Φ430mm叶片钢1Cr12Ni2Mo2VN电渣锭(/%:0.10~0.12C,0.75~0.86Mn,0.21~0.24Si,0.011~0.014P,0.0001S,11.76~11.82Cr,2.54~2.61Ni,1.63~1.71Mo,0.31~0.32V,0.039N)。检验结果表明,电渣锭的组织为马氏体+0.5%~1.5% δ-铁素体,非金属夹杂物总和为1.5~2.0级,[O]15×10-6~17×10-6,[H]1.24×10-6~1.47×10-6,保证了电渣钢的质量。  相似文献

采用横向可变拘束裂纹试验方法,定量地研究了 Si、Ni、Nb、Mo、W、Cr、V 等合金元素对12SiMoVNb 钢埋弧自动焊焊缝金属热裂纹敏感性的影响。Si、Nb、Ni 等元素对抗热裂纹不利,Cr、W、V 等元素对抗热裂纹有利,Mo 对抗热裂纹的影响不明显,因此选出了抗热裂纹性能良好的 Cr-W 合金系焊丝。  相似文献

Rhizobitoxine is synthesized by the legume symbiont Bradyrhizobium elkanii and the plant pathogen Burkholderia andropogonis. Rhizobitoxine competitively inhibited 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate (ACC) synthase bLE-ACS2 from the tomato, a key enzyme in the pathway of ethylene biosynthesis. Several naturally occurring food components or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) may reduce gastrointestinal cancer rates. Recently we have shown that dietary administration of such compounds enhanced the glutathione S-transferase (GST) enzyme activity and class alpha, mu and pi isoenzyme levels in the rat gastrointestinal tract. Elevation of the levels of GSTs, a family of biotransformation enzymes with many functions such as detoxification of carcinogens, might be one of the mechanisms that lead to cancer prevention. We therefore investigated whether the anticarcinogens alpha-angelicalactone, alpha-tocopherol, beta-carotene, coumarin, ellagic acid, flavone, indole-3-carbinol, d-limonene, oltipraz, phenethylisothiocyanate (PEITC) and the sulphoraphane analogue compound-30 affect gastrointestinal rGSTT1-1 protein levels in male Wistar rats. rGSTT1-1 protein levels were determined in cytosolic fractions of liver and oesophageal-, gastric-, small intestinal- and colonic mucosa by densitometrical analyses of western blots after immunodetection with an anti human GSTT1-1 monoclonal antibody, that cross-reacts with rGSTT1-1. In control Wistar rats, gastrointestinal rGSTT1-1 protein levels were highest in the liver and decreased in the order liver > stomach > colon > oesophagus > small intestine. Gastric rGSTT1-1 protein levels were enhanced by alpha-angelicalactone, alpha-tocopherol, coumarin, ellagic acid, oltipraz, PEITC and the sulphoraphane analogue compound-30. Oesophageal rGSTT1-1 protein levels were elevated by a-angelicalactone and coumarin, whereas colonic rGSTT1-1 protein levels were elevated by coumarin. Ellagic acid, on the other hand, reduced hepatic rGSTT1-1 protein levels to 53% of the control. In conclusion, dietary anticarcinogens are capable of inducing rGSTT1-1 protein levels in the rat gastrointestinal tract, and are most pronounced in the stomach. Enhanced rGSTT1-1 protein levels might lead to an increase of enzyme activity and to a more efficient detoxification of carcinogens and thus could contribute to prevention of carcinogenesis.  相似文献

Leukocyte adhesion and transmigration through the endothelial cell (EC) layer plays a crucial role in inflammation. IL-1 alpha and TNF alpha increase EC-adhesiveness for leukocytes by stimulating surface expression of ICAM-1 (intercellular adhesion molecule 1, CD54), VCAM-1 (vascular cell adhesion molecule 1, CD106) and E-selectin (CD62E). In this study, the effects of ibuprofen on IL-1 alpha and TNF alpha-induced expression of ICAM-1, VCAM-1 and E-selectin on cultured human umbilical vein EC (HUVEC) were analyzed. Exposure to IL-1 alpha or TNF alpha resulted in an increased expression of VCAM-1, ICAM-1, and E-selectin. Ibuprofen was identified as a potent inhibitor of IL-1 alpha and TNF alpha-induced surface expression of VCAM-1 and a less potent inhibitor of pyrogen-induced expression of ICAM-1, whereas no effect on E-selectin was found. The effects of ibuprofen on VCAM-1 expression were dose-dependent (IC50 [IL-1 alpha]: 0.5 mM; IC50 [TNF alpha]: 0.5 mM) and time-dependent with maximum responses observed after 18 h. Moreover, ibuprofen abrogated pyrogen-dependent adhesion of leukocytes to HUVEC. Ibuprofen also inhibited VCAM-1 mRNA expression in pyrogen activated EC. VCAM-1-downregulation on EC by ibuprofen may contribute to the anti-inflammatory actions of the drug.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To develop a method for the detection of bilateral Horner's syndrome in patients with bilateral interruption of the cervical sympathetic pathway or widespread autonomic neuropathy. METHODS: Darkness pupil diameters and redilatation times during light reflexes have been recorded with infrared TV pupillometry in 65 healthy subjects, 47 patients with unilateral Horner's syndrome, and 20 patients with bilateral Horner's syndrome. The aetiologies of the last group were diabetic autonomic neuropathy (three cases), amyloidosis (four), pure autonomic failure (PAF) (four), dopamine-beta-hydroxylase deficiency (two), and one case each of hereditary sensory and autonomic neuropathy (HSAN) type III, carcinomatous sympathetic neuropathy, familial dysautonomia, multiple system atrophy, Anderson-Fabry disease, and anterior spinal artery thrombosis at C5,6 and one had had bilateral cervical sympathectomies. RESULTS: Darkness diameters on the affected side were below normal in 12 patients with unilateral Horner's syndrome, the measurement yielding only 26% sensitivity for detection of the condition. By contrast, the time taken to reach three quarter recovery in the light reflex (T3/4) was abnormally prolonged (redilatation lag) in 33 of the same eyes. The measurement yielded 70% sensitivity and 95% specificity for detection of the condition. In 20 cases, diagnosed on clinical grounds as having bilateral Horner's syndrome of various aetiologies, pupil diameters were abnormally small on both sides in five and on one side in three patients. Fourteen of these patients had significant redilatation lag in both eyes, five patients in one eye, and one patient had it in neither eye. Measurement of redilatation lag was therefore a more sensitive diagnostic test than pupil diameter in both unilateral and bilateral Horner's syndrome. CONCLUSIONS: Provided that the pupils are not tonic, bilateral Horner's syndrome can be diagnosed on the basis of redilatation lag. It occurs clinically in some generalised autonomic neuropathies and with interruption of the local sympathetic nerve supplies to the two eyes.  相似文献
