二氧化钛中磷的比色测定,有磷钼黄法、磷钼兰法和用有机溶剂萃取钼兰法等,使用的有机溶剂有乙醚、甲基异丁基酮、乙酸乙酯和三氯甲烷—正丁醇等。我们选择了乙醚—甲基异丁基酮(1:1)作萃取剂,它既克服了在乙醚中有色络合物的不稳定性,又克服了甲基异丁酮灵敏度低的缺点。对部分测定条件及干扰情况进行了试验。试验证明:在硝酸介质中,用(1:1)混合萃取剂萃取磷钼黄后,以二氯化锡还原的比色方法是灵敏的稳定的。其实验情况概述如下:  相似文献

建立了以甲苯-甲基异丁基酮为萃取剂、罗丹明B为显色剂分光光度法测定黄磷电尘灰冶炼物料中镓的方法。试样采用体积分数10%硫酸溶解后,加入三氯化钛还原铁至二价,在6 mol/L盐酸中用甲苯-甲基异丁基酮萃取罗丹明B与镓生成络合物,有机相经硫脲、三氯化钛和罗丹明B溶液洗涤后,在最大吸收波长560 nm测定吸光度,同时采用校正法消除样品分解带来的方法系统误差。镓的质量浓度在0~1.0 μg/mL时,吸光度与浓度呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999。将实验方法与传统溶样方法的测定值进行对照,结果一致。对6个黄磷电尘灰冶炼物料样品中镓进行测定,结果的相对标准偏差小于10%,加标回收率在96%~103%之间。  相似文献

使用盐酸溶解样品,在微酸性介质中,铁与硫氰酸钾、1,10-二氮杂菲形成紫红色三元络合物,用甲基异丁基酮萃取该络合物,于分光光度计波长520 nm处测量其吸光度,从校准曲线上查得铁含量,从而建立了使用分光光度法测定镁锰铈合金中铁的方法。试验的最佳条件为:水相酸度在3%~7%(V/V),硫氰酸钾溶液加入量为2 mL,1,10-二氮杂菲乙醇溶液加入量为2 mL,显色时间为2 min,甲基异丁基酮加入量为5 mL,振荡时间为60 s。结果表明,试液中铁质量在1~9 μg范围内与吸光度呈线性,校准曲线的线性回归方程为y=14.743 x-0.207,相关系数r=0.999 3;方法中铁的检出限为0.000 037%(质量分数)。按照实验方法测定两个镁锰铈合金样品中铁,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)分别为0.23%和0.18%,结果与电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定结果相吻合;加标回收率为97%~107%。  相似文献

研究了甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)萃取分离金,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP AES)测定镀金液中杂质元素的新方法。对分析谱线、基体元素和等离子体参数等进行了讨论。结果表明,方法的检出限为0.008~0.019μg/mL,回收率为89.4%~102.3%,RSD小于3.12%。该法准确、快速、简便,应用于镀金液中杂质元素的测定,结果满意。  相似文献
