Cu-7Mn-0.5Ag-0.2Ce-0.2Zr电阻合金的制备及性能研究

通过熔炼、机械加工和热处理制备了铜锰电阻合金带材，研究了固溶温度、冷轧变形量、退火温度及退火保温时间对合金电阻率和电阻温度系数的影响。试验结果表明，最佳试验方案为固溶温度900℃、冷轧变形量90%、退火温度350℃及退火保温时间1 h,获得的合金电阻率和电阻温度系数均较低，分别为24.1μΩ·cm和60×10^-6/℃。     

矿热炉炉料导电性与透气性关系的实验研究

采用“电导池”法测量铁合金混合炉料的电阻，利用Ergun公式计算炉料的空隙率，用于评价炉料的透气性。实验表明，混合炉料中焦炭体积大于矿石体积（如硅铁冶炼，V焦／V矿〉1）时，固定矿石粒度调整焦炭的情况下。炉料电阻随炉料平均粒度的增加而减小，而透气性随炉料平均粒度增加而增加；固定焦炭粒度调整矿石的情况下，炉料电阻随炉料平均粒度增加而增加，而透气性随炉料平均粒度增加而减小。当混合炉料中焦炭体积小于矿石体积（如锰硅合金冶炼，V焦／V矿〈1）时，固定焦炭粒度改变矿石粒度调整炉料粒度，炉料的电阻随炉料平均粒度增加而减小，而炉料透气性随炉料平均粒度增加呈非线性变化规律。     

液体电阻软启动装置应用浅析

介绍液体电阻软启动装置的原理，着重对其在我厂抽风机6kV／lOSOkW电动机使用过程中，出现的问题进行了分析和探讨。     

高强度粉末冶金零件的电阻凸焊组合

研究了Ｆｅ－Ｃ－Ｃｕ－Ｎｉ－Ｍｏ系高强度粉末冶金零件的电阻凸焊工艺以及焊前和焊后热处理对焊接强度的影响。结果表明，粉末冶金制品在适当的焊接规范下表现出良好的可焊性。在本实验条件下，最佳焊接参数为：电极压力Ｐ＝０．３ＭＰａ；焊接电压Ｕ＝６．０Ｖ；焊接时间ｔ＝０．５５ｓ。焊前的预热处理不利于提高焊接性能，焊后经８６０℃淬火及２００℃回火有利于改善焊区的显微组织，提高焊接强度。电阻凸焊工艺已成功应用于轿

介绍了在合理选择助烧剂的前提下，低温烧结制造成体Ａｌ／Ａｌ２Ｏ３陶瓷在复合材料的方法，结果表明，助烧剂及反应产物在８００℃以上，处于流体状态，产生粘滞流动，促进固体颗粒的相对移动，形成紧密堆积，从而引起体积收缩及致密化，１０００℃以下，由于流体的流动性随温度升高而增大，烧结过程得以充分进行，材料的性能舒畅屯明显升高，而在１０００℃以上，这种现象并不明显，可见，选择１０００℃作为Ａｌ／Ａｌ２Ｏ３陶瓷
